You are greeted by the employees when you walk inside the store with a smile. The store is well organized. When you walk into the store, to the front of you, they have a display of an outfit inspired by the season followed by designer denim jeans, intimate wear and shoes sizes ranging from 5-6.5. Then you have two rounds showcasing activewear and vintage/premium designer brands handpicked by the employees. To the right of the store, you have a glass display of jewelry and premium designer purses all along the wall which are color coded. The dresses and evening wear are also along this wall. It would be nice to have these color coded but they have them neatly arranged by size. To your left side, you will find quality denim jeans, pants, skirts and shorts along with shoe sizes ranging from 9+. Color coding these sections would enhance visual appeal also but they are neatly organized by sizes from 00-18+. In the middle you will find three straight rails organized by size (S, M and L/XL) and by color along with shoe sizes from 7-9. In the back you will find two round that have their monthly discounts of fifty percent off! Deals! I love a good treasure hunt! They have four fitting rooms and one big enough to accommodate mothers with strollers and those who need special needs such as walker, wheelchair, or scooter bound individuals. You will find accessories such as scarfs and belts along the back wall and a great assortment of bags sprinkled around the store. So, if you love to find great deals on second hand items then this is the store for you! Be sure to come early if you are doing walk in consignments promptly by 10:00am because they close for walk-ins pretty fast! It might end within 20 minutes of opening! So, if you are driving more than 20 minutes then you might want to give them a call first and ask if they are still taking walk-ins or request if they can save you a spot! You might get lucky! I was so disappointed. I brought the sweater back, fully expecting at the very least store credit and an apology. Nope! They scoffed at me when I explained I'd spent a lot of money at their store and basically shrugged me off. I left and told them to throw it out, since it's completely unwearable. You should really reconsider the snobby attitudes and lack of customer service. Especially in this economical climate selling Forever 21 quality sweaters for $60-$90. You'll go under- and fast if you keep this up.

For the thrift shop itself, they have a wide assortment of items available for sale. Home items, clothing, music, etc. I feel that some things are priced well, while others are overpriced. For instance, they had a power wheelchair in the shop priced at $4,000. I work in the wheelchair industry, so I understand that this chair has value, however, this wheelchair also has a repair history as noted on the back of the chair. For a thrift shop that has a mission of supporting families through such difficult times, I would hope that they would make the pricing on durable medical equipment more accessible to those who truly need it. This is a custom power chair, meaning it won't be a perfect fit for whoever buys it. There would likely need to be modifications and potential repairs, which would be even more out of pocket cost for the family. Other than that, spend time looking around at what else is offered. I liked looking through the home decor.

When they do get in full pattern dish serving sets; they bundle them up and price by item type. So they bundle the dinner plates, bowls, etc, and price those bundles. The pricing seems fair based on brand and quality. Next housewares is the book aisle. The book selection is impressive but would help with better signage on genre. They have shopping carts but some aisles, particularly the clothes racks, are narrow and accommodate one cart at a time and some coordinated efforts from other customers to maneuver about. The women's clothes are in good condition. On my last recent shopping trip, I spotted several size 6 Banana Republic jeans priced at $12.99. Current styles, great condition. Thrift shopping takes patience and calm to find the bargains and your future treasures. The donation drop off is open during shop hours. It's located in the back of the store. Stocked with gently previously owned furniture, home decor, and jewelry. The furniture quality is outstanding. The kinds of pieces solidly made not shoddy. The styles range from mid century, cherry wood Asian themed, modern farmhouse,and contemporary. So many styles. The pieces are staged in showroom type setting making everything eye catching, so much so I caught myself mentally doing a home makeup over in my mind. Hubs even found a framed lithograph art print of 1984 Laker Kareem Abdul Jabar by LeRoy Neiman. Then I happened upon the jewelry section. Letting out a big sigh, I luv looking at jewelry. They have beautiful pieces and some high end brands such as Rolex and Piguet watches, Tiffany. There is also a Fine Jewelery section which you typically do not find at a busines like this. Setup like a department store... you may view the jewelry items under glass. Value? Well, the things I am typically looking for are artificial plants like a cactus for my patio or for an indoor area I am trying to refresh. They are extremely reasonable as opposed to Target or Home Goods. From reading the reviews, customers have found some nice items. Next time you are cruising through the TJ's parking lot and have some time on your hands consider a walk through this fun and interesting store.
