Jessica is awesome! Made my appointment as a new client to get my brows waxed after she was caught up with her current clients. I had to change my appointment due to my work schedule changing and she was totally accommodating and was able to change it for me with short notice! Well I wasn't done throwing her curve balls... on my way to my appointment I drove to the wrong location... I arrived pretty early and texted her letting her know and was going to look around Trader Joe's which made her realize I was at the wrong one. Nooo!
