I dropped off a prescription to be filled in the drive through around 6pm. Tech stated it would be done after 8pm. Awesome, so I was able to run my errands and return after 8. I return after 8pm via drive through. Tech stated again that it would be another 15 minutes because they were still working on it. Fine with me still cuz I needed to get something inside. After getting the items I needed, I walked over to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. THIRD TIME, another tech stated they are still working on the prescription. Really now? I don't mind waiting but give customers a BETTER time to return to pick up medications. Nice customer service but pharmacy needs to do a better job with providing accurate information. Worst pharmacy Ever! Don't dare call them because you will be on hold from 30 min to 1 hour and they just keep picking up the phone and slamming it down without even saying please hold. Then, when you finally head to the store to pick up your prescription, they are so SLOW! The line is sooo long and takes forever. All of the pharmacy techs seem to hate their jobs and are so rude. I never see the same person twice so they obviously have a hard time keeping employees. I picked up my medication yesterday, and I felt compelled to leave this review because I believe how people are treated matters. My prescription was sent to this Walgreens, which is not the location I usually visit or one in my neighborhood. When I arrived at the pharmacy, there was an older white couple in front of me. The pharmacist, a young Black woman, greeted them warmly, laughed with them, and seemed very friendly. When it was my turn, her demeanor noticeably changed. I greeted her by saying, "Hi, how are you?" and was met with almost complete silence. She went to retrieve my medication, returned, and briefly hesitated as if something was wrong, but there wasn't. She scanned my medication, handed it to me, and that was it. As I was leaving, I told her, "Have a great day," and she didn't respond--not even with a simple "You too." I found that to be discourteous and disappointing. I can't say for certain why I was treated differently, but the contrast between the interaction I witnessed and the one I experienced was noticeable. Respect and kindness should be shown to every customer, regardless of who they are. Unfortunately, I did not feel that same level of courtesy was extended to me. read more

I came in to make prints of my daughter's birthday invitations. I connected my phone to their computer and was able to import the invitation I designed and have it printed in store. In the future I would probably do this online and then pick up in the store as they were pretty busy. The print quality was great and exactly what I had hoped for. The invitations was bright and vibrant. I was assisted by Edgar and Tinesha who were both a great help. They were very kind and made sure that I was satisfied with my prints. No insurance change, no changes at all....total at window was $135.80.....I asked why so high it was $36.00 3 months ago....pharmacist said she say the prior price and wasn't sure.....I asked she check for a lower price....she said she did and still no change. I paid, called my insurance and Walgreens back and they said to go into Walgreens to fix. Waited in line again, new lady said the cash price and discount price were the same and she couldn't help because they billed it already. A quick stop shop to have a photo taken for my passport. I was there much longer than I anticipated but the assistant was also there alone and the line kept on keeping on so it was not the best experience but we were both positive in nature so that helped with our mood and the ambiance we were in. It's not a restaurant so there was no food involved but it would have been nice to have more help. This is a review of Walgreens and their clinical trial team. I recently signed up to a clinical trial in need of funds that promised me $75 and then $25 for subsequent visits up to $225 for a study over the course of the following year in which I would be given money for blood samples and answering weekly questionnaires to track the efficacy and effectiveness of the covid vaccinations. Walgreens has provided me payment on a prepaid bank card which does not allow me to take money out in cash form or transfer the funds to another financial institution effectively preventing me from paying bills or using the money how I see fit. It is only good for purchases at a merchant not even atm withdrawals. Walgreens and their clinical trial teams are a scam do not ever sign up for any of their clinical trials. This pharmacy is a joke. Employees are rude. They are not sure what they are doing. Prescriptions are not always ready when they say it, even emergency medications. You call, and they said medication would be ready. The next day, going to pick up, they're not ready and start transferring different people to " fix" the problem, and they would be saying they are not sure why the last person said the medication would be ready. I waited on hold for 20 minutes to speak with a pharmacist tonight about the medication I was given. After I was asking questions about it and why I am so sleepy and having night sweats after taking the pills, he said "this medication does not make you sleepy, ok, have a goodnight" & hung up. No real assistance AT ALL. I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant and I have questions about why I feel how I do and this pharmacist didn't seem to care to help at all. So I decided to do my own research and turns out the medication DOES make you sleepy as a possible side effect. So today we need to give an awesome review to Ms. Lanesha (hopefully I spelled that right). One of the concerns in this location is the photo area. We get emails that the pics are ready but they're NOT when we pick them up smh. So yesterday, we came and pick the grad pic of my daughter but it's NOT ready. So the lady said come back in an hr. Today we came and pick it up, it's ready but the prob now is they barely printed it and they didn't honor the price when I ordered it online last week. The one ring us in the register, well she wasn't really a help, she's don't care. Ms. LANESHA however, showed what a MANAGER, leader should be. She was so professional, very patient and just awesome. We went in for passport photos and were told it would take about 30 minutes. We get there and had to wait 15 mins just for someone to provide service. After taking our photos, the clerk then said, "It will be 30-60 minutes..." So we ran other errands and came back 60 minutes later. Then we were told the machine had to 'warm up' so it would be another TWO hours before they were ready. Went back 2 hours later and they were not ready, still have to be cut into the photos. I would give their service an F rating and do NOT recommend anyone go there for passport photos. read more

Using this Pharmacy for about 5 years with no problems at all, logically during the pandemia long lines and waiting, but is better now. Pharmacy staff is great, prompt service, online refills and they will contact my Dr's in a prompt manner when necessary. I can't tell the same for the store...there's no way that I can shop with no troubles....most of the time the price does not match the barcode and if you don't watch it you end up paying more. This Walgreens is a joke. They tell you your prescription is ready but it is really just a partial amount and they charge you full price. We were at the drive thru and received the partial medication and gave it back immediately after we saw it was only 1/8 of what it should have been and promptly asked for a refund. It was windy and the receipt had blown away. The manager was rude, rolled her eyes and said she could reprint the receipt but refused because she was upset she had to walk over to address our refund. She then walked away and proceeded to call the cops instead of just giving the refund. She made us wait over an hour and called the cops because we wouldn't move until they gave us the refund. They had our debit card and the medication that we refused. We finally got a refund but it wasn't from the crusty tired looking manager, it was the nice pharmacist that helped us in the end. No wonder they have one star on Yelp, their management and inconsistent prescription fulfillment is the worst ever I've seen. read more
