Customer service here is nonexistent. I waited at the cash register ready to checkout for 10 mins with NO ONE there. Hate coming to this location every time there seems to be a problem. The store was clean and organized. I only saw one sales associate working thr front of the store. I need help getting some tide and I had to wait for her to be done with other customers, which is fine but I wish they would work better at staffing the store correctly. I see lots of bad reviews but wanted to come by and thank the team here at photo department. After my order got cancelled at 3 other Walgreen locations I was ready to be disappointed again. i kept getting the same excuse at other locations which brought me to think they were just plain lazy. I heard "ink ran out" "printer is broken " . I was frustrated, I needed my poster printed out for a funeral. They came through and had my order done within 2 hours. Their pharmacy staff is rude and even combative. But if you dare to ask them to be polite, they get even worse, so I had to complain to management. So OF COURSE, the pharmacist calls me and RETALIATES by telling me they don't carry a VERY COMMON pain medication that is even listed on GoodRX that they offer and the current promo price. She denied that entirely as reality. THIS MEDICATION IS FOR MY DYING SENIOR DOG!!! Walgreens is already in SERIOUS FINANCIAL TROUBLE and this is how they treat customers? Close all the stores for all I care. I'll be calling corporate about this, along with a complaint about the games they play with my patient's prescriptions. This Walgreens is clean and fairly organized. I usually always find what I am looking for from their weekly ads which I like. Nothing more annoying than going to a store only to find out they are sold out. Workers are friendly & helpful so if you don't see something on the shelf just ask and hopefully they'll have more in the back. It can get kinda creepy at night being that the parking lot is so deserted and the lighting is a bit dim. I always make sure to park near the entrance and book it towards the door! Yes, I watch too many horror movies and episodes of Criminal Minds :p Overall a great Walgreens to check out if you are in the area. read more

This pharmacy is a joke. Employees are rude. They are not sure what they are doing. Prescriptions are not always ready when they say it, even emergency medications. You call, and they said medication would be ready. The next day, going to pick up, they're not ready and start transferring different people to " fix" the problem, and they would be saying they are not sure why the last person said the medication would be ready. Total irresponsible to people waiting for their medication. Emergency medications, too. Beware of this place. My parents are having issues with this place. I am telling them to change pharmacy because this place is playing with people's health and lives. They mix up medications, too. You have to check that you're medication is the correct one because they would give you someone else's medication. read more

I was there recently , and had to pick up some photos. I stood there in line by the photo desk and there was an employee by the front who made eye contact with me and still had me standing there like a dodo. eventually people went to the front to check out and i was still standing there waiting for KADEN to help me since he was the only there on the floor at that moment. This has to be the worst pharmacy in the city. They have on 2 different occasions only partially filled my son's antibiotics only to have to wait a week for the remaining prescription. I went in for my vaccine first off I was there for 1 hour. Then they wanted me to sit for 15 minutes and wait. My 5 year child was good while I waited and I decided she could buy a toy of her choosing. Since the pharmacist wanted us to wait I didn't see a reason to walk to the front of the store to pay for my item. I stood in line and let my child tell the man she wanted to purchase the toy. He proceeded to ignore my child and myself and assist the next person. That is not customer service and after I get my last shot I will never use Walgreens again. read more

I made an appointment for covid test and when I got there the pharmacy tech told me that they can not do it because they don't have anymore rapid test. I said can we do it just the normal covid test. The tech said you can try other place for it. The tech said they don't have control on email, that's the reason why they did not bother to notify me in advance that my appoinment would be USeLess. Went in to grab some cosmetics as it is closest.. I was walking down the cosmetics isle I noticed this young boy had his cart turned sideways where you could not get by . He clearly was not gonna move it was not caring at all as I was trying to move it.. he ignored the fact I was a customer all together... rude & laughing with this other female worker saying ( you must not know about me ) joking / laughing as the girl was sitting next to the cart on the floor with her labels / papers were also sitting there... did not care either if I needed to get through.. I made my way through anyway ( hell imma a paying customer) looked at her papers as I was rolling my basket by her. Neither one of them said ( Do you need help or can I help you find anything or here let me move this for you or sorry excuse us ) talking under their breath ... I heard the boy say ( let me keep my mouth shut ) I continue around the store and got to the cashiers thinking I would get a better experience with her at checkout.. boy was I wrong.. this girl was not friendly as she was ringing up my stuff I noticed her inspecting the stuff I was buying... I asked her if there was a problem with it & she totally ignored me and through my stuff in the bag.. no smile not have a nice day nothing. If I could give No Stars I definitely would.. These kids that were working in here all disrespectful. They would be fired if I was their boss . What happened to Customer Service skills????? Not acceptable... I will never go here again & I'm sure I wasn't the only one they were disrespecting. Doctor sent in my prescription around 4:30... stopped by around 6:45 & it still wasn't even being processed?? Pharmacist (why was rather rude) said there were 43 orders in the queue? It's currently 8:44pm & I called to see if it's ready for pick up- it is. Was not notified like the pharmacist said I would be. I like Walgreens, but this location in particular needs to step it up. I can't even given them 1 star I walked inside to drop off scripts for a person who just had all his teeth taken ot I dropped script iff at 11:45 and was told they would be ready at 2:30 I called at 2:30 and through automated system was told 1 of 3 were ready. I have been calling there for 3 hours I get automated system that there are 2 callers ahead of me then I'm removed off hold it rings 29 times and they disconnect call. I called the store manager who put me on hold transferred me it rang and rang then a very rude person said hold on then it rang and rang and yes I was disconnected again 3 hours he's bleeding in pain he doesn't have his antibiotic, anti inflammatory or ibuprofen. I have never in my life had to wait in line so long to pick up a prescription. I have been in line for 45 minutes and there is still 3 others in front of me. There was 5 in front of me when I arrived. A police officer has used his entire 1 hour lunch waiting in line! There is only 1 person working behind the counter working both the drive thru and front counter. This is unacceptable. This Walgreens never has one of my medications in stock! Holy crap. This is the worst pharmacy ever. Anytime I've ever been through the drive-thru it takes about an hour to get through. The people that work the window or absolutely incompetent. Yesterday I was picking up my mom's prescriptions and they gave me someone else's prescription for lithium. It even takes forever even when your prescriptions are ready. This Pharmacy is such a pain in the neck. They almost always forget things including your driver's license. If it wasn't so close to my house, I would definitely go somewhere else. They really need to work on their customer service. They even lost three of my mom's prescriptions. If you have the option, pick a different Pharmacy. read more

OMG!! I am giving this Walgreens pharmacy the lowest rating possible just based on two phone calls. One of those calls were a call back because I was hung up on after a 15 min. hold time. Then I called back, and after a 9 min. hold time I spoke with a very unprofessional person. I'm hoping he was just a pharmacy tech and not the actual pharmacist. Tried to refill a prescription today. Dropped it off at 10am. And was told I could not have it till tomorrow per Insurance. So I went home then got the text showing it was ready so I called them to see if that was correct. The gentleman working in the pharmacy tells me oh ya come on it down it ready and you can pick it up. So I go back down there and suprise I cant. It's a total disregard for anyone's time and situation i need the prescription and dont appreciate running back and forth while i do not feel well. read more

This review is for the Healthcare Clinic. I have been suffering from UTI and was able to wait until I was able to see a doctor due to memorial weekend. Thank goodness for clinics like Walgreens. The nurse practitioner was efficient and performed urinalysis which came back positive for bacterial infection. He had a great bedside manner and made sure that he went over the diagnosis along with my medication. I have used CVS clinics and never been happy with their nurse practitioner. Their bedside manner are less to be desired so I'm glad that Walgreens offer this service. Will definitely use them in the future if I have any minor health issues. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. They look us up. Address was not updated. Lived at my home for over 3 years they never bothered to update new address. They told me I had to wait 20 min just to see if the prescription where covered. When I told them we were told at the hospital they were covered already he said it would take him 3 to 4 hours to put together. It was one antibiotic and one mouthwash. When I left and got home they called me saying I would have to come back because they forgot to get my insurance card. Really. I was so mad. I said can't I just give you the numbers off the phone he's like no I need to have the card. After I left again they texted me 30 min later saying my prescriptions were ready. I went back down there waited 20 min in line to find out only one of two was ready. This place is a joke. Won't be using them anymore. Don't waste your time with this place. They had like 6 people working behind the counter and still this bad. I could understand if they were short handed but they were definitely fully staffed. What a bummer. My daughter and I were unfortunately exposed to Covid. A friend of mine suggested coming to a Walgreens for the Rapid test. Made my appt for the following day. 20 min before my appt, they called to let me know they ran out of tests. Clearly that was upsetting. There was no resolution offered either. What I mean by that is maybe they could have contacted another location to see if they had tests and could help out the individuals that they couldn't. So before stopping in I decided to call to make sure a young female that was there yesterday answered the phone when inquiring about the availability I was told yes they did. I headed to pharmacy with my two daughters. When I get there I am told that they are out and only 65 and over can get it. Needless to say I got upset because I did call ahead of time. I confronted the girl that gave me the wrong information and she had the audacity to say it was not her and that I probably I called the location on MLK!! I knew I had called the right location but double checked my call log and yes I did call this location. They always mess up prescriptions and never give back the refill they ens up cancelling due to their mistake. Was told the script was written wring and they cant fufill the refill..... yet they filled it correctly the first time. Will no longer be going here. read more
