Ordered a Christmas Gift from the website on 11/24. On 12/13, received an email saying my order had been cancelled as the item was no longer in stock. I understand that things happen, but waiting 3 weeks to inform me seems a bit much, especially at this time of year read more

Lost shipment, lies from Rejuvenation We spent 2530.99 at Rejuvenation on February 25th. We were told our packages would arrives between February 28th - March 1st. It is now March 12th.. the lights have not arrived. We called last week to say they have clearly been lost as USPS never recived them from Rejuvenation. I was told by Shaquille no you are wrong they are arriving. Then i went over the order again with him and explained what I was seeing online with tracking he said oh well I told you they would arrive monday but that was actually something else.. Lies. He then put me on hold for 47 minutes. Then I was transferred to Joshua. Joshua told us more lies. He said the swithplates would arrive monday. Today is Wednesday they just arrived. I explained the lights were clearly lost. He refused to do anything about this until Monday. He reordered them. Today I got an email from Angela saying the original order of lights arrived and had been picked up at the PO Box. Only we hadn't gone to the PO Box.. When we looked up tracking the lights on the original order still show as being lst as USPS have never received them from Rejuvenation to even ship to us. We went to the PO Box they had the switchplates. We have photos and documentation of all of this. We are looking for a refund and a real apology for what Rejuvenation is putting us through. We do not like being lied to over and over again. Order: 350563798684 Tracking: 9234690215603050177725 Tracking: 9234690215603025177972 read more

Few months ago I wanted to exchange two oil decanters because they had cloudy glass. The employee asked me if I tried to clean them on my own. I did try a couple ways and the decanters still had the cloudiness. The employee proceeded to stick a rolled up paper towel into the bottle to try clean the insides. This is a tall three inch wide bottle with a skinny neck. I was amused on how she tried to clean the insides with a rolled up paper towel. I felt the employee doubted me and I also was annoyed at the same time. She reluctantly decided to replace my items. She even asked a fellow employee to retrieve a bottle brush but there wasn't one the store. It was a simple exchange but I didn't understand her reasons why it took her own effort to clean them on her own. I will not return to the Lynnfield location because of the bizarre experience with that employee. read more

Horrible manager. I bought a margarita cocktail mix 2 months ago and found that the sell by date was 4 years ago. I had lost the receipt and asked her to look up the purchase with my credit card. All I got from her is that these items aren't returnable, and I told her it was defective. She basically told me to get lost. Attitude is customer is always wrong. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. The store manager, customer service and editing team do not work together. You get passed between all of them with zero resolution. You are better off purchasing the item from another vendor. Better deals and store policies read more

I received a French Grey 5.5 Le Creuset as a gift. I got it home, took it out of the box and saw that it was clearly a floor model, with a sticker on the lid and scratches on the lid, like the lid had been flipped and scratched on the edges. I called customer service and explained it was a gift, and there was no receipt. The woman on the phone said I should have no problem taking it to a store and exchanging it. If They have a problem with it, tell them to call customer service and we can let them know it is ok. I had to rent a car( living in the city) and go to the nearest WS, where I brought in the pan and immediately was met with resistance. Val/Valentina, the snarky, I'm assuming Mgr on duty, didn't believe me. She called customer service and they told her no. I told her I was calling customer service and got someone who said yes then changed his mind, then I asked for the manager and was put in contact with Adrian the customer experience Mgr. She was the rudest of them all. During all of this call, Val/ Valentina texting on her phone and making negative faces and gestures to her coworkers. I have never lost it like I did on her. If her customer service line didn't lie to me, I wouldn't have rented a car for nothing. She deserved every rude comment and word I uttered. She told me I could only go to Le Creuset to get an exchange( for an exclusive color that only WS CARRIES!!!) I have since learned that she lied to staff about this interaction. Update: after sending my actual experience( unlike Valentina's version) to Williams Sonoma Corporate, I received an email back the next morning from Bobby H,telling me they are happy to resolve this by sending out a new pan and arranging to pick up the defective one, and apologized profusely for failing in Customer Service. Please feel free to let Val know she failed. Epically. Two lessons learned. No good deed goes unpunished, and vengeance is a dish best served cold, in a Le Creuset pan. I shall think of Val fondly each time I use my pan! read more

I bought a pizza stone from the store and they would not take it back. Said it was used when it was not. I was furious! They also have a very snobby attitude that was intolerable!. I will never go back! read more

Racist employees, overpriced expired food is sold here and you will not receive a refund without charging back on credit card. Terrible employees here that go out of their way to really make you feel unwelcomed as if you ruined their day shopping here. DO NOT SHOP HERE read more

The customer service at this store is abysmal. The person at checkout messed up our transaction and we ended up spending 25 min in line trying to get it fixed. We eventually had to leave the store without them succeeding in getting back the $20 rewards credit I had in my account that they lost. They claimed it would return in 24-48 hrs though it never did. Multiple emails and more time was wasted with customer service after this transaction to try to fix this. Best to just stick with online shopping. read more

This is another beautiful Williams-Sonoma. I love the hand towels here, so I made a special stop before meeting my friends at the Market St. Starbucks. Parking is hard in this complex, try to go weekdays if you can. The staff was helpful, but the chalkboard sign in front said "25% off all linens" so I asked and they said it wasn't the case. When I told them it was on the sign, they said "Okay, then we'll honor that" which was great, but then the other salesperson said "Oh yeah, a couple other people mentioned that. You're not the first." I suggested that if it wasn't true, maybe they should change the board. They said they weren't going to. Weird. Other than that, my experience here was good. The towels and silicone tools are a decent price and hold up for years, but if you're looking for a pumpkin shaped pancake pan or something equally useful, plan to spend a lot. Also, I saw a chef coming in for some kind of demo or class so that's cool they do that. They have a serious stove/oven and giant hood, so it's not just for show. read more

I purchased a food item by essential living foods. ( wild protein smoothie mix) It tasted horrible so I tried to return it at the Lynnfield store. The sales person said no food item can be returned. When I reviewed the William Sonoma return policy it did not state food items can not be returned. I then read other reviews on how awful this product tastes so I am not the only unsatisfied consumer. Don't waste your money at the William Sonoma store in Lynnfield. Horrible customer service! read more

I stopped this W-S location twice while staying in the Wakefield/Boston area. The store has the usual high end, high priced W-S products. Hubby and I were staying at the hotel nearby and he had work to attend to, so I did some shopping. As I said, I stopped in this store twice. In both instances, I was not greeted or asked if I needed some help. read more

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at W-S Market Street, Lynnfield yesterday. A couple of days ago, I purchased an expensive, partially filled W-S salt mill ($49.95). I brought it home and I unscrewed the top to check the salt level and there was not enough of the post sticking out to screw the top back on. Totally unused and defective at the time it left the store, I put the item back in the bag, tags receipt and all, to return it. I attempted to do so yesterday and the salesperson struggled to also get the cover back on spilling salt all over the cash counter and unable to put it back. I was informed by her while I was looking for a replacement salt mill that because the item was used and damaged and was considered food product (all made up and silly...calling a salt mill food product because it has salt in it is like calling a pan food product because you put food in it...ridiculous) I could only exchange it for the same inferior quality item which I refused. The salesperson then told me these were the instructions she had from her manager who she allegedly called while out to dinner. When I asked to speak to that manager the salesperson refused indicating she couldn't be disturbed (even though she herself did so). All the while my frustration was met with "deer in the headlights" stares without any eye contact as this person continued to make up silly stories for why she couldn't help me. In frustration and unwilling to accept the stupidity and incompetence which had just been hoisted upon me, I left with the broken salt mill vowing never to return as a W-S customer. This is after $1,000's I spend there. Good bye and good riddance. There are other stores worthy of my business...W--S is not among them. read more

My boyfriend and I felt incredibly uncomfortable and discriminated against as an Asian/Mexican couple walking into this store. Not only were we side-eyed by the older white female employee with black curly hair standing at the very front- who's sole responsibility is greeting customers- but she blatantly chose not to greet us. We wandered through the first section of the store and listened as she warmly welcomed 2 white couples who walked in after us. Soon after, a short white female employee with red hair came over without so much as a smile and asked "do you need any help?" and quickly walked away. We were looking to purchase a knife set, but after this experience we will never be buying from this store. It's 2023 and the company needs to do a better job of training their employees on profiling and discrimination. I'm not surprised to see similar reviews here about the service; even if they weren't blatantly racist, they weren't helpful or proactive in connecting with their customers. read more

This week I purchased a blood orange cocktail mix from this store. I brought it home and served it and two people spit it out. Rancid. I brought it back today, and to my surprise the manager said she would not accept return as it had been opened. Of COURSE it had been opened! How would I have known it was spoiled if I hadn't opened it? She refused to take it off my card or even issue me a store credit. She even tried to defend the merchandise by saying "you know blood orange has a bitter taste "..Sister there is a difference between bitter and rancid. I know the difference. I get that blood orange can be finicky.. my son works at Whole Foods and told me they routinely swap out the blood orange juice after 2 weeks, expired or not, as it can go bad quickly...I told the manager to taste it if she wanted proof and she said "I wouldn't taste that, it's been opened" DUH! (She acted as if I had pee'd in it or something)...so I had proof that it was rancid, but she wouldn't even taste it, so I was just plain screwed...I get that the company has a horrid policy when it comes to their overpriced food products, but the manager was borderline insulting to me , as if I was trying to pull a fast one on her precious cash register. She SERIOUSLY needs to take a customer relations course if she is going to manage a high end retail store...and was this yelp review and the email I am sending to corporate worth $16.95? Buyer beware..."the customer is always right " does not apply to the Lynnfield Williams Sonoma. Even if they sell you a rancid product and you have the proof. Terrible way to treat a good, now EX customer. read more

The absolute worst place to shop. Rude and insulting sales clerks and manager. Received a damaged $250 pasta maker for Christmas and when it was taken back the next day the sales clerks and manager accused my husband and I of damaging it. We assured them we had not, so then the accused FedEx!!!!!! They were so bizarre. The pasta maker had a huge crack on the side of it when I opened it up. They could not have been more insulting and did not want to rectify the situation. They totally wanted me to be stuck with a damaged $250. product that they had sold. When my husband purchased the pasta maker it was already wrapped. After taking off the wrapping paper, Christmas morning, I noticed the box was crushed. Williams-Sonoma knew the box was crushed and wrapped it anyway!!!! Don't shop there. They are deceitful. The sales staff is unprofessional. Probably poorly paid, too. read more
