    Angela lying to us

Lost shipment, lies from Rejuvenation We spent 2530.99 at Rejuvenation on February 25th. We were told our packages would arrives between February 28th - March 1st. It is now March 12th.. the lights have not arrived. We called last week to say they have clearly been lost as USPS never recived them from Rejuvenation. I was told by Shaquille no you are wrong they are arriving. Then i went over the order again with him and explained what I was seeing online with tracking he said oh well I told you they would arrive monday but that was actually something else.. Lies. He then put me on hold for 47 minutes. Then I was transferred to Joshua. Joshua told us more lies. He said the swithplates would arrive monday. Today is Wednesday they just arrived. I explained the lights were clearly lost. He refused to do anything about this until Monday. He reordered them. Today I got an email from Angela saying the original order of lights arrived and had been picked up at the PO Box. Only we hadn't gone to the PO Box.. When we looked up tracking the lights on the original order still show as being lst as USPS have never received them from Rejuvenation to even ship to us. We went to the PO Box they had the switchplates. We have photos and documentation of all of this. We are looking for a refund and a real apology for what Rejuvenation is putting us through. We do not like being lied to over and over again. Order: 350563798684 Tracking: 9234690215603050177725 Tracking: 9234690215603025177972

I received a French Grey 5.5 Le Creuset as a gift. I got it home, took it out of the box and saw that it was clearly a floor model, with a sticker on the lid and scratches on the lid, like the lid had been flipped and scratched on the edges. I called customer service and explained it was a gift, and there was no receipt. The woman on the phone said I should have no problem taking it to a store and exchanging it. If They have a problem with it, tell them to call customer service and we can let them know it is ok. I had to rent a car( living in the city) and go to the nearest WS, where I brought in the pan and immediately was met with resistance. Val/Valentina, the snarky, I'm assuming Mgr on duty, didn't believe me. She called customer service and they told her no. I told her I was calling customer service and got someone who said yes then changed his mind, then I asked for the manager and was put in contact with Adrian the customer experience Mgr. She was the rudest of them all. During all of this call, Val/ Valentina texting on her phone and making negative faces and gestures to her coworkers. I have never lost it like I did on her. If her customer service line didn't lie to me, I wouldn't have rented a car for nothing. She deserved every rude comment and word I uttered. She told me I could only go to Le Creuset to get an exchange( for an exclusive color that only WS CARRIES!!!) I have since learned that she lied to staff about this interaction. Update: after sending my actual experience( unlike Valentina's version) to Williams Sonoma Corporate, I received an email back the next morning from Bobby H,telling me they are happy to resolve this by sending out a new pan and arranging to pick up the defective one, and apologized profusely for failing in Customer Service. Please feel free to let Val know she failed. Epically. Two lessons learned. No good deed goes unpunished, and vengeance is a dish best served cold, in a Le Creuset pan. I shall think of Val fondly each time I use my pan!

a cup of wild protein smoothie

I purchased a food item by essential living foods. ( wild protein smoothie mix) It tasted horrible so I tried to return it at the Lynnfield store. The sales person said no food item can be returned. When I reviewed the William Sonoma return policy it did not state food items can not be returned. I then read other reviews on how awful this product tastes so I am not the only unsatisfied consumer. Don't waste your money at the William Sonoma store in Lynnfield. Horrible customer service!

Defective Williams Sonoma salt mill...good value at $49.95...so good they refuse to stand behind their lousy product!

We had previously hired Jeff Veglia Remodeling for our 3,200 sq. ft. home's gut renovation (4…read morebedroom, 3, bath, kitchen, new windows, high efficiency furnace, hot water heater, high velocity A/C, modernization of the floor plan, wall reconfiguration, tile, flooring, paint, etc.) and we were extremely satisfied with the price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism of Jeff and his entire team. So when looking to completely renovate our basement into a comfortable modern living space, we didn't hesitate in our contractor selection process. The basement's existing conditions included an uneven concrete slab floor with drafty and damp field stone walls and many legacy pipes and electrical conduits to address. There was also an existing working field stone fireplace that we wanted to preserve but it was in dire need of an update. We wanted to create a mud room while creating a play space for both children and adults alike. Jeff immediately had ideas on how we could capitalize on the existing configuration while also assuring a dry and comfortable space for all seasons. While keeping our budget in mind Jeff's team doesn't cut corners on what the job requires. They spray foamed the exterior field stone foundation walls, framed, sheet rocked and took the extra step of plastering for a superior finished look on the walls. The floors were leveled and laid with high quality wood grained porcelain tiles. The flooring provides the look of real wood but has the high traffic durability and moisture resilience of porcelain. It's a perfect solution for a basement environment. We rebuilt the original and very worn pine staircase with red oak. It was also widened with a staggered wall detail for an open modern architectural look. The fireplace was stripped and acid washed and the mortar work redone. We added a new absolute black honed granite mantle and hearth which gives it a clean contemporary look while still respecting the original fireplace stone work dating from the 1920's. The recessed lighting is all warm dimmable LEDs and the heat is a European Buderus radiator system which provides extremely efficient and ambient heat throughout. Elvis, Jeff's righthand man on site and finishing Carpenter (and all around rock star) worked with our ideas and paper napkin drawings making them a reality. He built detailed and functional built in shelving and benches for both the main room and the mudroom. In summary, there are a lot of contractors out there. But do yourself a favor and hire a known quantity who has the experience and the resources to back it up. Jeff Veglia Remodeling delivers on the promise. In fact, we were so confident in Jeff Veglia Remodeling ability that we recommended him to two close friends of ours who ultimately hired him. I suspect you'll be seeing very similar reviews to this one from our friends soon.

I appreciated his teams' skills and most importantly his ethics, honesty and integrity. I recruited Hosea and his team for a risky paint job due to the unusual designer type of paint we were going to use. Also, I had a very tight deadline at risk of not being able to move in. Every painters told me they needed at least 2 weeks or more to finish it, even with a 3-person teams. This even included a large national paint companies (those who specialized on commercial or corporate buildings). Hosea's team were able to finish it in just about a week or slightly more, allowing me to move in right in time. I used a designer paint complex to handle and prone to mistake from inexperienced painters with this particular paint. As expected, they made a mistake, but owned it without creating difficulties. The end result ended up very fan-tas-tic, above and beyond expectations. And the pricing (certainly not cheap) was rightly fair and quite reasonable I think. I am so glad I selected Hosea for this impossible mission job. It was a total success. Attached are photos before/after the job. Paint was from Farrow & Ball with the exception of the windows trim (Sherwin Williams).

In one, she created a beautiful, thoughtful design starting with a completely empty space; in the other, she helped refine and enhance the design of my home using some existing furniture and recommending new pieces where needed. They arrived at 2 PM for a 9-10 AM appointment. I called throughout the 4 hour wait but no one got back to me. There was a lot of loud banging in my kitchen. They left without finishing the job and refused to come back to complete grouting one section of backsplash to the wall. My dishwasher is dented inside and out. It was filled with refuse and is no longer attached. It wiggles in place. The door has two diagonal creases. It makes a strange noise when run because it is loose, My floor is gouged from the stove being dragged out and then turned , then dragged back. It isn't level because they didn't adjust the legs. They installed the new stainless sink and deeply scratched it. There are scratches on my cabinets, fridge and range hood. Francisco, the owner came to view the damages and said he would come back to complete the job and repair the gouges in the walls where his workmen had used chisels to remove the old backsplash and paint the wall. His son Lucas arrived instead, with an attitude. His father AND the workmen had all apologized for the damages. Lucas spread spackle on the walls to patch the gouges in the wallboard and did a good job. BUT he insisted that spackle was the correct medium to attach the backsplash to the wall of the unfinished section, as if I didn't know the difference. He said that those thick blobs would be fine when they dried. He attempted to bully me while he was there with a swaggering intimidating attitude and a fresh mouth. I was totally relieved when he left. I would not want him in my home again. All in all the damages and unfinished work came to almost a thousand dollars. I've been forced to file in small claims court. As a 72 year old widow I am unable to make the repairs myself and certainly can't reattach my dishwasher and level the stove and replace flooring. They also left the place dirty and I even had to clean dirty handprints off my walls. All in all an extremely upsetting way to be treated. I'm convinced that being an elderly female is a large contributor to their lack of response in following through with Francisco's promises of job completion and repairs and Lucas' threatening att I'll see them i i'll see you in court.
