However, the installer whom they endorse and work with "Andrew Cardone of Gloucester", did not finish the job. He stole the last $4,000 payment . He is nowhere to be found. The store has completely washed their hands of it. I now have to pay another tiler $3,000 to finish putting tile on the face of the tub. As a business, they have not stood behind the rights of me, the consumer. So please watch out, as this business will not help you out after they've gotten paid.

Prior to going to The Tile Source I went to other places and I was struggling with choosing a backsplash for my kitchen. I made an appointment and brought in several photos of my kitchen then explained what my vision was. Stacey showed me several different tiles that complimented my kitchen and then gave me some time to look them all over. Little did I know while she was giving me unhurried time alone to decide which samples I would take home, she was at the other end of the store putting together some beautiful accent tiles that she thought I might like for under my hood. They were beautiful! I ended up going with the tile I liked most with the accent tile that Stacey picked out herself. She knew that they went well together. She even recommended a tile guy who also ended up being amazing! I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Stacey and Jen were both really attentive and helpful. They were both very responsive to emails and phone calls. They were both extremely helpful and they both truly care about their clients. When we priced everything out the cost ended up being the same as going with a fully custom local cabinet maker. They also had a painted door made for us 2 years ago to check the look of the door and told us it would be $100 if we ended up not going with them. We had to delay our project and picked up the door earlier this year after they got to use it for 2 years as a floor model and Lucy mentioned it had been damaged during that time. When I returned the door and informed Lucy that we were going with another cabinet maker Lucy said it was damaged and said she'd reduce the $400 (!!!) cost of the door to $150 to be "fair". Worst of all, she was condescending and accused me of using the door for another cabinet maker to copy the design which is not the case. We went elsewhere due to cost, better customization, and better customer service. If you're considering semi-customer cabinets, you can get full custom local made cabinets for the price Northeast charges. If you're considering stock cabinets you would get a much better customer service experience at Caroles (https://www.kitchenpeople.com/), we also considered Carole's and would have gone with them if we hadn't decided to go fully custom.
