We wanted a premium quality update for 20 year-old kitchen, but had a tight budget. After getting some eye-popping bids from contractors that wanted to do everything or nothing, we decided to DIY it and hoped for the best. We looked at all the online, RTA and big box retailers but weren't happy with the combination of quality, price and guidance we found. Fortunately, we came to Kraftmaid Vantage, Pandora and Shaw. Shaw worked with us to DIY what we could and provided help (patiently) when we asked. He had great ideas, but also listened to our ideas. He gave great guidance on configuration, color and countertops. The cabinets were professionally delivered on time. We had one damaged item and the factory didn't cut the oven cabinet correctly. Shaw sorted the problems quickly without issue. We're very happy with Kraftmaid Vantage quality and finish - particularly for about the same cost as online brands and for less than lower quality Kraftmaid product from the big box stores. Shaw also provided guidance on the quartz counter tops and arraged for their installation. His contractors were polite, professional, on-time and did beautiful work. Again, for about the same cost as the box box stores. While we aren't 100% finished (still need to install the range top in the island and some lighting), we are thrilled with the result. Either that or they would have to ship it to me, and shipping cost more than the damn tile. I came across ProSource on Yelp and spoke with Jensen Weh who was a huge help from beginning to end. While ProSource didn't physically have this tile, Jensen ordered the time for me from his distributor and I was able to pick it up. All in the same week! Of course, just my luck they no longer carry it. While shopping, I purchased few ceramic plates, a cake server, and a pie plate with a lid. They removed registers and now have self checkout. I prefer this except if you are using coupons, it may be problematic. They accept expired coupons with the exception of the $25 coupons, which I was told by the employees. Every time I come, this location is always packed, but it was empty on that day I recently came in. When I checked out, I asked two employees if this location was closing and they said no. With so few patrons, I hope this location doesn't close as others have.

It was a bathroom gut and remodel, same footprint, no real changes. I would have used my Dad, but he's getting on in age now. Just a few of the 1000s of issues I had: - Stored the demo ON MY DECK, ruining the deck while charging me for a removal dumpster. - The final tub shower never had the drain plug attached (behind the wall) so baths couldn't be taken. - Mis-drilled holes in brand new tile, covered up to place glass doors. - Finishing work was HORRIFIC, Helen Keller could have done better. Huge globs of caulk, thick seams where there should be none. - Job took over 2+ weeks, putting me, my kids and dogs into a hotel. - Floor tile set uneven and grout work never cured. - Upon initial demo, never capped off the sink drain, shooting water across my floor when I came home. A certified plumber would have NEVER done that. - I had to make runs to Home Depot for the proper parts FOR THE WORKERS. I have TONS of photos and if I can, I will attach to this review. We needed to flip the shower and tub area in order to have enough space for an ADA compliant rolling shower. Bath Boutique accomplished the remodel with class and style. Their father and daughter team did absolutely beautiful work. They use top quality materials and it shows in their work. Reggie, the owner and his management staff have a very hands on approach making sure everything is taken of. We also added work to the contract for a new kitchen countertop, sink, faucet, and backsplash. We love sitting in the kitchen now. It is so cheerful. Thank you
