The sandals look like they were swallowing my feet. The sandals at this retailer are likely meant more for practicality and comfort rather than their style. I found a second pair of Teva sandals that weren't as wide and fit my feet better. They are not the cutest, but they felt comfortable when I tried them on. The staff are amazing. I was greeted by three employees. The first one greeted me when I entered the store. The second one asked if I needed anything when I passed by him while I was shopping. The last one Krissy asked if I needed help when I was looking at the sandals. Krissy informed me about their lifetime membership which cost $30 and their current $30 new member bonus card which you get with a $50 purchase. Instead, we got great customer service and sympathetic and helpful ski boot fitter. Alex waz great and she listened and helped. She heat molded the boot, putting a piece of foam around the front of the foot, so the boot molding could expand more when heated. We went back skiing the next day and the fix worked amazing. My daughter said the boots felt great and the tightness was gone.

They have sales on top of their outlet prices as well but just keep an eye on what they serial is actually on sale such as fleeces instead of the entire store being on additional sale. I came by for a yoga class on a Sunday morning (bring your own mat!). This was hosted by Andrea and attendance was about 15 people and was a very pleasant peaceful start to the morning! When we got there it was understaffed and there was over an hour wait to be fitted and try on shoes. I get that it's first come first serve but if that's the case please tell the customer calling in advance that you are short staffed and there may be more of a wait. Will not be buying running shoes from here again. Esp given the price point and encouragement toward membership this isn't great. Also heard the manager saying to an employee saying they were backed up. Apparently the calls go to a call center. That would have been good to know in advance.
