Upon arriving, I was greeted by an employee who asked if I needed anything. He brought me a pair of sneakers that I was interested in. Shortly thereafter, another seasoned employee who was previously helping another customer asked how I was doing. He asked me a few questions about the fit and feel and suggested that I go up a size. I also asked him socks and waterproof spray. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the exceptional and courteous service that I received by both employees. The store is smaller than other local standalone athletic stores in the area. The one complaint that I have about this location is that the windows are bare with no blinds so it was very bright to see the sneakers against the windows. It is particularly challenging for those of us who have sensitive eyes. I had a hard time seeing the merchandise. Full price unworn items are available for exchange, store, credit, or refund within two weeks of purchase. Full price worn items can be returned for store credit or exchange within two weeks of purchase. A perk of this retailer is that they offer a loyalty rewards program where when you have made a purchase total of $250 you get a reward of $25 to use for future in-store purchases. Unlike other retailers, you don't have to pay for the loyalty reward program. I will definitely be shopping here going forward for my athletic shoes. Service is way better than when I was a member of Road Runner.

I usually shop only at the outlets, but my friend and I popped in as there was a 40% sale. The sale price was still pricier compared to at the outlets. I found a belt I liked but it was $45. I went to the cash register to ask for a price check. The sales associate confirmed that it would be $27 with the 40% off which I thought was still expensive. I was on the fence if I wanted to pay that much so I asked if the price ever dropped below 40% and she said no. She was very friendly and helped me look online to see if there were any similar belts that were cheaper. She didn't find any, but offered to give me an additional 10%. Although the merchandise is pricier than I typically pay, I'll come back to shop when they have a sale and based on the exceptional service I received today.

I was proven wrong when I showed up here and saw an actual store. With it in front of me, I ran inside because I always rely on Old Navy for my choice of underwear. Don't ask, but they are comfortable and the way I like them. If Old Navy were to ever finally close up shop, I would be devastated. I browsed a bit before making my selections and I always end up finding myself in the clearance section. Sometimes you might find a better deal there for the item you want. Today was not the case. They were actually having a sale on the underwear I wanted that made the regular priced items cheaper than the clearance. It took a bit of time to make it through the checkout line. In fact, the line was extremely long. The associates running the checkouts ended up keeping pace with the ever growing line. They threw me their credit card pitch, which I declined, I had gotten their credit card twice in the past, paid it off and they, the company, closed it out on me twice.
