The reason why you can never find any items that correspond with the 50% off color of the day is because as soon as this place opens, there are employees assigned to hurry up and REMOVE items with that color. I was in the shoe aisle and all of a sudden saw a woman grabbing shoes and quickly tossing them into a bag. As I looked closer, these were all shoes with BLUE stickers (which happened to be the 50% off color of the day). No one else was in the aisle which is why she likely felt comfortable doing something so grimy. The fact that everything in this store was received for FREE and literally just put on a shelves and hangers--but you people have the NERVE to not only price gauge but intentionally HIDE items that would have qualified for the 50% off color is egregious. Your greed knows no bounds.

I purchased an elliptical machine from Gym Source including delivery and installation. The…read moreinstallers arrived 2 hours late (scheduled for 1-5pm on Sat, arrived at 7pm with no call). They were sloppy and made me wish I'd assembled it myself, although I was glad I didn't have to carry it upstairs! After assembly they tested it, and it made a bad noise from the left-side drive. To alleviate the noise, the installer tried jamming a phillips head screwdriver around the cover plate creating scratches and gouges in the plastic. On closer inspection, you can see it wasn't made correctly. I am going to expect them to replace the base unit rather than manufacturing mistake and installer-created cosmetic damage in my bedroom. Delivery and installation were a fail. Now I will find out about support. I will update the review once I have a usable machine.

Shortly thereafter, another seasoned employee who was previously helping another customer asked how I was doing. He asked me a few questions about the fit and feel and suggested that I go up a size. I also asked him socks and waterproof spray. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the exceptional and courteous service that I received by both employees. The store is smaller than other local standalone athletic stores in the area. The one complaint that I have about this location is that the windows are bare with no blinds so it was very bright to see the sneakers against the windows. It is particularly challenging for those of us who have sensitive eyes. I had a hard time seeing the merchandise. Full price unworn items are available for exchange, store, credit, or refund within two weeks of purchase. Full price worn items can be returned for store credit or exchange within two weeks of purchase. A perk of this retailer is that they offer a loyalty rewards program where when you have made a purchase total of $250 you get a reward of $25 to use for future in-store purchases. Unlike other retailers, you don't have to pay for the loyalty reward program. I will definitely be shopping here going forward for my athletic shoes. There's a decent variety of things and they often carry items that are sold out at other stores. Target's pretty expensive though. My last trip, I ended up spending close to $150 on only a few items.
