Upon arriving, I was greeted by an employee who asked if I needed anything. He brought me a pair of sneakers that I was interested in. Shortly thereafter, another seasoned employee who was previously helping another customer asked how I was doing. He asked me a few questions about the fit and feel and suggested that I go up a size. I also asked him socks and waterproof spray. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the exceptional and courteous service that I received by both employees. The store is smaller than other local standalone athletic stores in the area. The one complaint that I have about this location is that the windows are bare with no blinds so it was very bright to see the sneakers against the windows. It is particularly challenging for those of us who have sensitive eyes. I had a hard time seeing the merchandise. Full price unworn items are available for exchange, store, credit, or refund within two weeks of purchase. Full price worn items can be returned for store credit or exchange within two weeks of purchase. A perk of this retailer is that they offer a loyalty rewards program where when you have made a purchase total of $250 you get a reward of $25 to use for future in-store purchases. Unlike other retailers, you don't have to pay for the loyalty reward program. I will definitely be shopping here going forward for my athletic shoes. Service is way better than when I was a member of Road Runner.

The backpacks that I looked at were a bit larger and heavier than what I am looking for. I perused several sandals and the first pair of Teva sandals I saw were ginormous. The sandals look like they were swallowing my feet. The sandals at this retailer are likely meant more for practicality and comfort rather than their style. I found a second pair of Teva sandals that weren't as wide and fit my feet better. They are not the cutest, but they felt comfortable when I tried them on. The staff are amazing. I was greeted by three employees. The first one greeted me when I entered the store. The second one asked if I needed anything when I passed by him while I was shopping. The last one Krissy asked if I needed help when I was looking at the sandals. Krissy informed me about their lifetime membership which cost $30 and their current $30 new member bonus card which you get with a $50 purchase. The bonus card expires September 12 and can be used towards any purchase. A few benefits of being a member include: -10% back on full-price merchandise -occasional 20% coupon -Lightly worn items can be returned within a year -free shipping with no minimum purchase -Shop and trade gently used gear and apparel

At my last visit in August, I waited a while before an associate assisted me with a scan to do an assessment of which type of shoes I should purchase, stability or neutral. I requested that the scan be emailed to me, but it never was. Over the last week or two, I tried calling to request it. I tried calling closer to closing thinking it would be lighter for them to assist me. The line went unanswered after many rings. This week, I decided to call at 10 a.m. this past Monday when they open. Cerise answered and put me on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up and called again. She said it was busy and got my info and said she would return my call in 15 minutes. 15 minutes came and went. It's now Friday and still no call. I even left a voicemail later this week. The automated system said calls are returned in 24 hours. Apparently that is false. I decided to go into the store at opening and finally got what I needed. Shawn, the manager, was friendly and helpful. Two recommendations I have is that they need to hire more staff and do a better job of answering the phone and returning calls. I gave them three stars because the service when I am in the store is exceptional.

Staff were super friendly. I was asked how I was doing and if I needed a fitting room. I asked an employee for her opinion and mentioned that the sleeves were too long to which she informed me that they hem for free. For $118 for a top, I was glad to see it was complimentary.

Within an hour I was at the store, manager greeted me well as he immediately recognized that I was the one who called him an hour earlier to hold Kyrie 4s. I tried them on and bought it immediately. Staff members are very polite and very welcoming. The store has a great variety of brands and lots of choices. I gave them one star less as they hardly have good sale when compared to other stores. I still prefer to shop here as the products are very authentic and in case you don't like it then return processing is pretty simple too.

Upon delivery, the team did not bring batteries and therefore could not verify that the unit powered on. I purchased the required batteries that same evening, but the equipment still failed to power up. This appears to be due to either a loose or disconnected console mast wire or a faulty console. I immediately contacted my salesperson, Bryan Fortini, via email and voicemail. He did not respond. When I visited the store in person, he stated there was nothing he could do except report it to the delivery team. This is unacceptable. As the salesperson and my primary point of contact, he represents the company and should have responded promptly and taken ownership of the issue. The lack of responsiveness and ownership in this situation is extremely disappointing--especially considering that our household has invested over $15K in Johnson Fitness equipment since 2021. We've purchased multiple products, including an Octane Fitness elliptical, a Matrix stationary bike, a treadmill, and the Matrix S-Force Trainer, to build out our home gym. Given this level of commitment and loyalty, I expect a much higher standard of service. This experience falls well short of how a repeat customer should be treated.

I had contacted other local JF&W stores to see which store had the WaterRower I needed in stock but the only person who truly answered my questions and was super helpful from time of purchase to pick up was Nathan. If I ever am in the market for gym equipment I'd definitely contact Nathan first.
