At my last visit in August, I waited a while before an associate assisted me with a scan to do an assessment of which type of shoes I should purchase, stability or neutral. I requested that the scan be emailed to me, but it never was. Over the last week or two, I tried calling to request it. I tried calling closer to closing thinking it would be lighter for them to assist me. The line went unanswered after many rings. This week, I decided to call at 10 a.m. this past Monday when they open. Cerise answered and put me on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up and called again. She said it was busy and got my info and said she would return my call in 15 minutes. 15 minutes came and went. It's now Friday and still no call. I even left a voicemail later this week. The automated system said calls are returned in 24 hours. Apparently that is false. I decided to go into the store at opening and finally got what I needed. Shawn, the manager, was friendly and helpful. Two recommendations I have is that they need to hire more staff and do a better job of answering the phone and returning calls. I gave them three stars because the service when I am in the store is exceptional.

( The shoes I desired wasn't available in my granddaughter's size ) Once I located the shoes I wanted at DTLR in PG Plaza I tried paying for them at the register with my gift card. Only to find out that my gift card had a zero balance ??? When I called back out Columbia Mall the young woman who helped me told me her manager said, give it 24-48 hours to load my refund on the card. Fast forward to March 4th and I still haven't received my refund and my gift card is showing a zero balance still. Yes, I called customer service several times and was directed to the District Manager ( Mr.Garcia ) who I've literally left half a dozen messages over the last 2 weeks.... NO RESPONSE !! I escalated things and tried to reach out to their corporate office ? Yup same result... NO RESPONSE !! What I did find out from customer service is that the gift card I was issued was issued to someone on December (2025) and used in the first few days of January (2026) a week before it was reissued to me ????
