The food never disappoints, the staff are all very nice and i normally get the chicken piccata with no capers and i get lemon on the side because im a lemon kinda girl. I love any lemon dish. The amount of food is great too. The price is worth it because you know it's authentic and u get a great amount with a beautiful dining service. I took my family twice since they reopened. The last time we were there- Tuesday, October 22, my daughter ordered broiled salmon. They brought her breaded, she sent it back because she can't have breading/stuffing in her diet. She ate a little bit and realized that instead of making her a new meal, they scraped the breading/stuffing off. When we told the waiter, "lectured" telling her that she should have told him right away instead of eating part of it. Maybe it's just me... But isn't it the waiter supposed to make sure they are serving what was ordered? I'm deadly allergic to nuts, what if she was allergic to the stuffing? I will never go back there again! read more

Williams has changed a lot since the last time I was here. It is under a new owner. The inside was really down well. The menu was very clean and organized. The service is a bit slow. Absolutely worst dinning experience I have ever had this evening. My family has frequented this establishment in the past. It has always been decent, but but not great. Not even a decent value. But since it was close we always kept trying. Back to tonight... After one and a half hours we had not been served our food. We had seen groups come and go and still not be served or entree. The waitress was good and let us know there had been some issue with our order. But after that long we asked the manager what they issue was with our order. The bar area is open to the rest of the restaurant which I like except for when the TVs are playing random game shows or soap operas. Servers are very nice but can be slow at times. Best chicken Parm in Massachusetts! No I'm not exaggerating anytime we work in the area (within a 30 min drive). I drive down to get the chicken parm and the bread is amazing. Work for the film industry in Massachusetts and I always look for chicken parm it's my thing. Williams restaurant is perfect! First time here, reminds me of Barbaras Crossing. Nice spacious rooms, we started with a fresh dinner roll to share that is made inhouse which the waitress confirmed. Started with six potato skins that were good.I had a Ruben sandwich which the cooks made a panini for me on request, it was very good. Food was good, I think our waiter must have been new as he seemed very unorganized and not very familiar with the menu. I ordered the pot roast, and they asked if I wanted gravy. I told them no, and when I got home, it had gravy all over it so I couldn't eat the meal. The overall experience was good at William's but the food is bland at best. I got the burger which had a strong processed taste to it that came on a bun that instantly turned into a pancake when I tried to eat it. I do not recommend the burger at all. If you are choosing the gluten free options, be prepared for the up charges. The service was fantastic, the waitress was hustling and seemed to have more than her share of tables, (9+) at the time. The appetizer of artichoke spinach dip was dry and way overcooked. My chili was sweet and watery. The chocolate cake looked delicious ..... but was dry and crumbly and the coffee....well I would like to say it was from the morning, but I don't know what day in the week morning. Value was worth every penny for every tasty bite. Ok, the spinach deep was flavorful and filling. My salmon, swordfish and scallops were delicious. Her prime rib looked very good, she said it was but never got the chance to taste although I tried. We were too full to have any desert. We had the extra entertainment of open mic night. Well this was not some bar karaoke bunch, they had talent. Guitars and instruments were around the room, each musician took a turn. All entertaining and interesting to watch.
