Me Jay and Ed came to a agreement on the out the door price for 2024 Low S. When he sent the Bill of Sale to be signed to me it was 608 dollars more. He told me I was mistaken about the agreed price he did not know where I got that number from. I take notes about everything and I took notes about OTD price. When I confronted him and told him it was the agreed price or I'm gone he told me my trade in bike was not worth the estimated price. This bike had never been seen by anyone at Williams so thats the kind of people you will be dealing with. The number on the trade in has nothing to do with what I am paying for bike. The agreed price was 21,032.70 his bill of sale shows 21,638.50. The difference is only about 600 dollars but that was not the agreement. I am tired of this BS especially with Harleys add ons and house fees and this and that . Enough . I asked about my 500 to hold bike not a down payment which was confirmed every time i asked. Was told "Completely refundable just to hold bike We cant keep your money" Jay tells me i have to come down with credit card to get charge removed. Stay away from Williams Harley. My husband brought a 2019 Road Glide special in July 2021. Mike told him he could pick up the motorcycle 2nd week in July. My husband is still waiting for a 2 piece headlight cover frame. He has called numerous times and always gets "it's on the way" "there's a delay" always an excuse. My husband called parts department they had no orders under His name. It's been months and no part not to mention going on Mike's word he was promised detailing and still not scheduled for it. Come on it's September We paid good money.... In addition to presenting yearly awards to their number one dealership, Harley Davidson releases a top dealership list every year. Without fail three things these top dealerships have in common is that they are open on the weekend, are open well past 5pm, and support the troops (not with words, but action). So it disappoints me when I find a dealership that doesn't do any of that. Don't they want to make money? Other than their terrible hours, the Williams H-D dealership is a nice "one stop shop" for gear and services when you are on the road. They have a decent selection of bikes and swag, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I was thrilled to find that they bucked the trend of not offering military discounts, and truly lived up to the "we support the armed forces" hype. I recommend this place while you are in the road. On a personal note, I am exceptionally proud that they were flying the American flag at half mast out of respect for the death of senator McCain. read more

I ordered my husband a pair of boots we looked all over for them and were told they were out of stock. I have been buying parts and having some work done for at least 15 years from Williams HD, but am finished with them after today. I dropped off my wheel (off bike) and new tire to be mounted and balanced last Tuesday June 4, told by Al "a day or two". I called on Friday June 7 and told by Al "not done, we'll call you". By Thursday June 13 I was done waiting and drove to dealership to get my wheel and tire back. When I walked in, my stuff unmounted was still sitting exactly where I left them TEN DAYS before. I picked them up and left. Unbelievable! Another dealership is mounting my tire while I wait right now. If Williams Harley takes TEN DAYS and doesn't even move my wheel and tire, why do you think YOUR bike will be treated properly? read more

Out for ride today, Sat 4/16, battery was on life support. Rolled in about lunch time. Went to buy a battery, parts guy tells me they can install it now. Al @ the service center hooked me up. 30 min, out the door with a new battery installed on my Glide. Nice work, well done. read more

As I stare in disbelief at my new Harley I feel compelled to write a review. Williams is right near my house, and I began my quest for a bike there. Dominic was my salesman, and he was very patient with me as I kicked tires every weekend. I thought I'd get the 48, and I almost pulled the trigger on it, until the Roadster came out. What a bike. Dominic answered all my questions, and was very professional. On the spur of the moment, I went by on a Tuesday to seal the deal, and it was Dominic's day off. The manager, Jay, took over and completed the deal seamlessly. I picked the Roadster up today, and Dominic rolled it outside and we went over everything, and off I went. All the staff at Williams is great, very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I am a happy customer. read more

Williams is not as extravagant as some new dealerships but the friendly staff there make up for it. In the many years I've been going I've never had a bad experience. My only recommendation for them is to incorporate a customer hangout area. Many dealerships across the country have couches, refreshments or just some where to get off your feet for a few minutes. read more

1- your replies are all an attempt to make a lousy review look good and what you stated is untrue. 2-I asked the sales clerk for help finding a MENS jacket for my boyfriend. 3-the same sales clerk told me there was a 30 day refund policy after which only credit would be issued. She did not state that there was a time limit on credit.she did not state that credit issued would be not full credit, if the price of the item dropped, from what I paid for it. 4-I didn't state it was my fault, for buying an XL women's jacket. Regardless if I did, I just purchased a motorcycle from the other dealership Mr Di Fazio owns, 2 weeks prior to purchasing the two jackets in Lebanon. One would expect to get treated with a little more courtesy, on a menial issue. 5-MrDifazio, the owner, was far from professional, during our telephone conversations. If he had any professionalism, he himself would reply to this review. 6-We found a very accommodating dealership, that was more than happy to give us a full credit for the jacket, at the price we told them we paid, without showing them a receipt. Because they stated we were being treated "unfairly" by you. 7- For all the reasons above, I continue to suggest, that any potential customer, drive a little further, for a better customer experience. read more

The staff at this Harley dealer is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and the shop is very clean. That being said, Williams is everything that is wrong with harley Davidson. Every repair made will have to be brought back and done over again. All repairs will take longer then it takes to actually build a motorcycle. Recently there have been several harley dealerships that have been closed so I don't know why it's so difficult to keep a shop stocked with parts and technicians ,but have plenty of T-shirts. Stop by Williams Harley Davidson if you want to witness the fall of yet another American company due to poor management and workmanship . However if you need a motorcycle repairs done correctly and in a timely manner try some place else. Also my experience with them has been with several different motorcycles other then my own, so I'm not just a bitter customer. read more

Several years ago I had approximately 25,000 dollars cash in my pocket and ready to buy a motorcycle. This dealership is the closest to my home and I studied and built the bike I wanted on paper and then I went to this dealership anticipating I would buy a bike. I found the sales person to be friendly and very helpful. But, when I went to speak with the sales manager about the actual purchase, I found this woman to be very rude and not accommodating. When I asked her to waive the delivery and setup fees, she promptly informed me that would not be possible and that all dealerships must assess this charge. Because I had visited many other dealerships in other areas of New Jersey and in other surrounding states, I knew that what she was saying was inaccurate. Many dealerships depending upon the value of the bike you are purchasing, we'll waive the delivery and setup fee. I have always found this dealership to not be very customer service focused. If you want to buy a Harley Davidson motorcycle at the absolute rock bottom price, go to Chicago Harley Davidson in Glenview, Illinois. I guarantee that they will work with you and discount the bike and the parts and services you wish to purchase much more significantly then any other dealership in their surrounding states. the reason that they are able to lower the price of their motorcycles and wave delivery setup charges is because they do a tremendous amount of parts sales and motorcycle sales. Chicago Harley move a lot more merchandise and than many other Harley Davidsons in the surrounding states. Tramontin HD is in hope, NJ and they are cheaper, friendly and customer serviced. Do not go to Williams, unless you are performing warranty work. Of course, the woman who is the sales manager then, didn't know I had the money, interest and desire to purchase when I came in, but I couldn't stand the way I was treated in the sales process, so they didn't get my business. Here's another thing that drove me crazy at Williams: They have signs informing you not to sit on the bikes in the show room. But at Chicago Harley, you can sit on all the bikes. Williams got no sale. Their loss. So, I went to Chicago and bought my street glide and never go to Williams. I go to Tramontin for my work. read more

Walked in on a Sunday while in route to a nice Sunday stroll in the nearby park. Was browsing at the bikes without anyone bothering me. I got to the last bike and that's when I met Mike. He grabbed my attention as I went to walk out. Because it wasn't pushy I started speaking with him. With that said I found myself signing a contract for a 2016 Harley Davidson Street glide. The deal, the offer, the accessory accommodation were all top notch. I even ordered a pipe which they didn't have in stock. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Williams HD and never once felt ripped off or taken advantage of like many other dealerships out there. From the minute i walked in there i felt welcomed and accommodated. You know the staff are all good people when u can go back there months later and they remember your name and face. Williams HD is a little over an hour ride from my house but i will continue to do business with these people and it is well worth the drive from me. God, for me to give any business a five star rating means what they did really stood out. However, Williams HD certainly earned it this time, hands down! That is not to say they they don't earn my appreciation most times but on this occasion when I had my handlebars upgraded on my 2013 Road King I think the Service Department showed they are there to provide the best service and at the best price. I did not go into the job blind as I first had the job quoted at another local New Jersey Harley Davidson dealership, who shall remain unnamed at this time. The other dealership however quoted the exact same job at $450 more for labor and did so without a bit of room for discussion. At Williams HD I had a totally opposite experience up front with both the Sales and Service Desk personnel. But to me while price is very important, I think the it more important for me to begin a job knowing the up and down sides to the work and feeling they will do the job correctly and ensure all safety requirements are met.
