After a frustrating experience with another unnamed Florist...where my anniversary order (flowers, chocolates, and a balloon) never showed up--I had to cancel and scramble to find a local shop that could help me last-minute. With a couple google searches I found William Paul Floral Design. I called them this morning, explained the situation, and asked if they could help save the day for our 21st wedding anniversary. Not only were they incredibly kind and understanding, but they also created a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered to my wife in less than 4 hours. It was everything I hoped for and more. They claim that business deliveries will be completed by 5 pm, it was 6:15 pm when the driver was seen on security cameras showing up to a business that closes at 5 on Sundays. He's also seen on security footage walking up empty handed, taking a pic of the building and walking away without ever actually delivering anything but still lying and confirming that he did. Ordered balloons to be delivered a day in advance for a 3 year old recovering from surgery. Ordered the Teddy Bear balloons for next day delivery. They gave themselves up to 7 pm to deliver and they got there at 6:50 pm, right as she was going to bed. We told them it was for a 3 year old. But no Teddy Bear and no notice they were out of stock or whatever. She got to enjoy them for 10 minutes before bed and woke up the next morning to drooping balloons seen in the picture attached. I am beyond dissatisfied with my experience with this company and appalled with their service. I ordered flowers for Mothers day. I reached out Sunday morning 5/11 on Mother's Day requesting that they hold the delivery or offer any other suggestions for holding as my mom received a call that morning that her mother, my grandma, was in the hospital with massive bleeding in her brain and was being put on hospice until my mother could get to her from Texas to Arkansas to say goodbye before they let her pass and would not be home to receive her flowers. All they responded with was it was already out for delivery. I then gave them another chance to show empathy and offer a solution like maybe a credit so we could send my mom new flowers once she was home now as a sympathy bouquet for loosing her mother on Mother's Day and all they said was "Unfortunately, due to todays high volume, we're unable to make changes without significantly disrupting all other scheduled orders" I responded with my disappointment in their responses and all they responded with was they are sorry I'm disappointed. MY MOM LOOSES HER MOM AND I LOOSE MY GRANDMA ON MOTHERS DAY AND THIS IS HOW THEY HANDLED IT. Appalling. Not to mention the bouquet was flimsy compared to the photos. Not worth $140. This is absolutely ridiculous and if I could give negative stars to this place I would. I'm absolutely appalled by my experience with William Paul Floral Design. I ordered a plant to be delivered to a grieving family member, and what arrived was shockingly poor: yellowed, wilted leaves, clearly unhealthy, and looked nothing like the photo advertised. The quality was unacceptable and deeply disappointing, especially given the context. When I reached out for a refund, I was met with zero customer service. In fact, they told me that my grieving family member WOULD HAVE TO RETURN the plant in order to process a refund. Can you imagine asking your grieving family member to return their own gift plant on your behalf, so that you could get your money back? My jaw dropped--who treats customers, let alone those dealing with loss this way? Beyond tacky and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't research the shop beforehand. Absolutely awful service. I ordered flowers for same-day delivery and not only did they no show the day of the delivery, they also no showed the next day when they promised delivery. They did not return a single calls (I called 4x plus left voicemails), nor did they return my emails. This is absolutely unacceptable and for spending upwards of $175 for condolence flowers, you should expect quality product with quality communication and expectations. Ordered a half-dozen white roses as a surprise delivery gift for my partner and he loved them! As someone who is not an expert in flower arrangements or buying flowers typically, I was happy that the website gave me a seamless and convenient way to purchase a simple set for my needs! I will say that the 6 roses with a complimentary arrangement and a vase was a bit pricier than I had expected ($44.99 for the 6 roses and a $15.99 delivery charge), but I don't have a good baseline threshold to compare the price to because again, I usually don't purchase flowers but this was for a special occasion so I was willing to pay a bit higher than usual (especially since they are a small business)! The flowers were successfully delivered the next day (but I did wish you could specify a morning or afternoon delivery timeframe when checking out in case my partner decided to leave the office early or something), and it ended up being a wonderful surprise! This business does not perform to expectations. Anyone wanting delivery do not go here due to delivery times. Delivery time is not promising. I ordered online before opening hours. Once the store opened I called and they advise a driver will be making the delivery soon. The delivery not only took a very long time but the time frame was way out of reach to about 6pm when advise it will arrive by 3pm. Based on other people's reviews I've experienced this myself and will not be going here anymore as this was a result of service and lack of timing . This business has to be the most unprofessional, unorganized business I have ever purchased anything from. I put in an order specifically made to be delivered on Valentine's Day. My partner never received her order! When I emailed to request a refund, I was asked for my order number which I provided. The next day I followed up on my refund, and instead of continuing the conversation to administer my refund, the merchant told me that the order was sent today (the day AFTER Valentine's Day) and placed in a lobby. My partner never received this item! The merchant then tells me that in order to get a refund I'd have to return the product to them! HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I NEVER RECEIVED!! Their first mistake was their lack of communication! If they decided to change the delivery date, I should've been notified before hand. If I knew they wouldn't deliver it on the day it was suppose to be delivered I would've canceled the order all together! For these roses to be so expensive, I would expect way better customer service in every aspect! This business will never get my money again. I've ordered florals many times, and have never had such terrible service. I attempted to order an arrangement and a stuffed animal for my daughter on 9/25. After calling the shop directly numerous times and leaving messages, I relented and ordered from their website. These 2 items were never delivered, and the receiving medical facility confirmed this, by saying they had video footage of the delivery driver unable to deliver them, and leaving with both, as a result. My credit card was charged. I understand there appeared to be some confusion about which entrance to use. Had the shop called me or the receiving facility, this could have been handled immediately. Again, after attempting to reach the shop by phone many times, there was never an answer, nor returned call. However, 2 days later, a nameless person responded to my emails, essentially calling me and the facility administrators, liars. This person insisted the delivery had been made. I was never given a name, so I could have been conversing with a 15yo, considering the level of back and forth rhetoric. In the end, AMEX stopped the charges, and I assume the shop wasn't paid. The website looked nice, yet I did not read reviews, as I normally do. I assume Austin has many reputable florists, so I'd advise utilizing another business. This place is running a complete scam. Went to pick up my online order during business hours and it was closed. The place was a complete mess inside. There was a key lockbox on the door. Called multiple times and the phone goes straight to voicemail. If you read the Google reviews, there are 16 reviews that describe the florist as "patient and creative" or "patient and attentive". That many people use the same wording? I tried responding to my email confirmation and it bounced back. Went back to their website and the email listed is not a business. These scammers have literally rented a storefront, probably get flowers from other businesses and sometimes send them out. Also, a question for the individual that actually leases this space, a different business entirely, are you in on this? Because it certainly seems that way... And not just this location, or the "businesses" that operate out of this location. The internet is a wealth of information. I'm disputing the charge and handing over all information I have collected to the police, the City of Austin, and the Federal Trade Commission. I ordered the arrangement for her birthday and had it delivered to her work. what she received was an all yellow spring bouquet with not one single piece of orange/fall colors. I emailed and called several times leaving messages and not one person called back or acknowledge my dissatisfaction. The planter (wrong size and material) plants (no variety, all one type) and bed (I requested stones and it was moss only) was not what I ordered. In addition, the note I dictated had miss spellings (Lloyd vs Love) and the name of my friend was incorrect as well. I had several issues with this florist, and my girlfriend's day was ruined. When the flowers had not been delivered by lunch, I called and asked for status. I was told the flowers would be leaving at 1:00pm, and the driver was going straight there. When they had not been delivered by 3:20 PM, I called back again. I was told the flowers left at 3:00pm. Uber Eats didn't arrive with the flowers until just before 5:00pm, when the business was shutting down. The Uber Eats driver did her delivery last because it "wasn't food" and the 12 food orders they had were a higher priority. We had a reservation at 5:30, and we barely made it. My girlfriend was stressed out all day waiting for these flowers, and had to change her daily plans as a result. The flowers were underwhelming, no where close to what the photo looked like, and far from "premium" as a paid upgrade. The card was a printed piece of garbage too. Overall, this florist did not do a good job, did not make my girlfriend feel special on her birthday, and did not provide adequate value for what I paid. I would have been better off stopping by HEB on the way to pick her up and grabbing a $1 carnation. read more

I purchased a floral arrangement and paid for next day delivery. Whoever they use for the third party delivery is awful. I got an email from a different company "hanafloralpos" and there was no information or link to contact anyone from that party. The automated email was a no reply unmonitored email address. On Saturday 10/21/23, the day the arrangement was supposed to be delivered, I did not get any call or email indica there was an issue. It was not until 10:30 pm that night that I got another automated bot email that I could not reply to. And it claimed that the delivery driver - still no details on who or a name of the delivery company, that the driver attempted to contact my friend and no one answered the door at around 4 pm. No one attempted to contact me or the person receiving the flowers. Both of our phone numbers were provided when the order was placed. The bot e-mail did not indicate at all if another delivery attempt would even be made. I called and spoke with William on Sunday morning 10/22/23. His demeanor was pretty dismissive and uninterested in helping me. I was cut off while speaking several times as I attempted to ask for basic information like will they attempt to deliver the flowers again, what is the expected time window, and asking them to have the driver attempt to call or leave the flowers at the door this time. Very obvious things that should be part of the job when delivering overpriced flowers - really piss poor customer service. I pointed out that I had payed extra for next day delivery and included tip for a driver who did not deliver the flowers. William said that he would refund the delivery fees. His tone was still insincere and dismissive when he said this, and I did not get any confirmation e-mail. This was clearly meant as an empty promise to placate me while I was just trying to get information on something I purchase. This promised refund has not been issued. The flowers were not delivered on Sunday either. Whoever they use for their delivery service flat out lied - because my friend has a ring camera and there was zero footage from Saturday or Sunday showing a delivery person. No one went to the house or attempted to deliver like they allege. When I attempted to call the store Sunday evening after it was past 4 pm, the promised delivery time, and at that point the whole surprise was ruined. My friend sat at home the whole afternoon anticipating a flower delivery that did not happen for a second time. Both calls went to unanswered. I attempted to call the store this morning I was sent to voicemail after one ring twice. At this point I want a refund for everything that I paid for the horrible service and delivery that did not happen. read more
