I am very anxious when it comes to going to the dentist and I had a terrible experience with a new dentist I had to find out of desperation due to a broken tooth. They messed up my tooth so bad and I needed to find someone who I could trust to fix it and to deal with my major anxiety around dentist visits. Enter Dr. Britton's dental office. They are amazing! From the ladies at the front desk to the hygenists/techs to the dentists (I see Dr. Ghatala who is extra-amazing!) - they all made me feel at ease and calm despite my fear of dentistry. Dr. G and the dental assistants are very sensitive to my fears and do everything they can to make my experience as comfortable as possible. They've had to do some pretty extensive work, including a crown (done in-office) and a filling, and dealing with my broken tooth debacle. They used lots of cool technology such as digital x-rays, AI-informed visualizations of the inside of my broken tooth, and digital impressions. When I first met him I was terrified of dentists because of past experiences and they disappeared when I became his patient. For mem he is a miracle worker, and his staff is wonderful. Just went in for a root canal today. Dr Britton got into the canal in less than 30 minutes of my arrival. The last root canal that I had took over two hours. I had a problem with a crown on a molar tooth last week that cracked.  I live near the office and called the next morning... they scheduled me to come early the next week, which was okay but not optimal because I was a little worried.  Dr. Britton noticed me on the schedule and called that day to see what was wrong. Since I was working from home that day, he invited me to drop by for a few minutes same day/right then to check.  Amazing. Turns out it was not too scary; a worn out crown that had been through a root canal.  He modified the staff schedule and extended my later appointment to make time to fix it. Where do I begin..... I had the most Excellent dental experience (not many can say that) when I called their office at 8am after I had an unpleasant night with nagging ear/Jaw pain all due to a root canal that could not wait for another 2 weeks. Called office and Administrative staff was so helpful, extremely understanding, spoke with MD who without hesitation squeezed me into his already busy day -same day!!! The EXCITEMENT for a same day scheduled Root Canal to address the discomfort was Real! Upon arrival, it took them less than 15min to get me into a room and Boom! My problem child was no more. My first ever visit went really well! I needed some major teeth cleaning done! Due to the pandemic, I had to delay my appointment. But I actually wished I came even before the craziness happened!! Marquel made the scheduling very easy! She is very sweet and helpful throughout the whole process of making an appointment and checking you in and ringing you out. I had Stacie take care of my teeth cleaning when I came in for my appointment. She explained to me very well everything that she was doing and gave me some tips/advice on what to do to keep my teeth looking and feeling clean. Very thorough. Stacie was also very nice and patient with me because my jaw was kinda getting tired from having my mouth open for so long, lol. She and I had some good conversation as well! Dr. Britton also is very nice and funny! He also did a thorough check, explained and reiterated the upcoming plans we had for my teeth. Thankfully I didn't have anything too crazy going on from what he and Stacie said. I didn't mind the whole treatment at all. I knew a lot needed to be done from delaying the appointment for so long.
