I had a roof leak that damaged the Sheetrock in my living room. I had used Wiley Drywall before and told the wife to schedule Rob again. She called Teresa and sent her pictures of the damage and explained about the roof and needed their services again. She sent my wife an estimate and scheduled a date for the repairs. Rob showed up right on schedule and looked at the problem and started right to work. He laid down a plastic sheet from the front door to the repair area. Next he built a wall of plastic sheeting around the area on the ceiling. He cut out the Sheetrock that needed repairing. He cleaned the area of the ceiling and discovered that the roof had not been the only problem. In that area, the water lines to the master bathroom were also there and there was a small leak. The leak needed to be repaired before he could proceed. He called a plumber he had used before while I tried to find a plumber in the area. Mine was the faster and got the problem repaired so Rob could continue with the repair job. Rob completed the Sheetrock repair and textured it, painted it with primer and then a final coat. He cleaned up the work area and removed all the trash. It is an art to make something look like new, like there never was a problem and Rob is just that artist. Rob has saved our ceilings twice, now. I am extremely happy that I found Wiley Drywall on Yelp based on their client's reviews and 5-star ratings! I called Wiley Drywall on a business day to get an estimate on a drywall repair and got their voicemail. The recording stated to leave a name and number and the call would be returned on the same business day. I did just that and Teresa returned my call on the same day! I explained to her what I needed to get done, sent her a picture of the hole in my garage wall that was cutout by my plumber who fixed a leaking pipe. She told me that she would discuss it with the owner, Robert Wiley, and would send me my estimate via email. I asked for a quote for the drywall repair with or without paint and she sent the estimates to me promptly and without any delay! She was really courteous, respectful, and kind. Upon receiving the estimate, I decided to have them proceed with the repair without the paint since I opted to paint it ourselves. The estimate was really fair and reasonable. Plumber had to cut a 9" x 12" hole in our bedroom wall to completely change the shower plumbing. Called Wiley Drywall, and Teresa called me back in 15 minutes. I explained our situation. She said her husband would give us an estimate if I could send her a picture, which I did. Teresa texted me back with an estimate which I thought was very fair, and she scheduled two back to back appointments for Rod. Rod was on time for our first appointment. He is a very friendly gentleman. Within an hour he had patched the hole. He took a bit of paint from our wall so he could match the paint at Home Depot. The next day Rod arrived on time and went right to work. The paint matched perfectly. Rod asked my wife if there was any area in the house that might need a touch up.
