Twins solutions came out to fix cracks in ceiling-I did receive $100 off senior discount. Worker repaired cracks-look great, BUT the paint job was not good at all. Notified Armando-came out 2 days later and had a different worker prime and paint ceiling. I found TWINS DRYWALL & PAINT SOLUTION INC., on Yelp. I spoke with Armando and he came to my house and gave me a free estimate. I had an old T.V. Niche area, which I wanted to get rid of. It was an antiquated look. I found a photo on Pinterest, that Armando and his staff were able to replicate. The staff that worked on this project included Abel, Franklin, and a third gentlemen whose name I forgot. They were very professional, timely, and knowlegable. They were respectful with our things and always wore shoe covers as well. They arrived to my home promptly at 8:00. This project took three days to complete. Abel completed the framing, drywall, and electrical. Franklin prepped the area and sealed off the area with plastic tarps. They also covered my floors and created a walkway to avoid dust from getting all over the house. They contained the dust very well! They hauled all of the trash too. We are so happy with the results. Second project: tear down pantry to make way for kitchen remodel through Lowe's. More photo dump. This was done last summer. Quality of product/service: Like the last time, clean and efficient, just great! We only agreed to pantry demo and paint. But they still offered to custom order and install crown mounding as complimentary, WOW! Talk about great customer service! We decided to just do the baseboard since the crown mounding will just end up being demolished again. We ended up telling them not to paint as we're repainting the entire house after the kitchen remodel anyway. We were told to call the office to possibly adjust the price. We told them it's ok, considering we got a quote for $2,500 minimum to have this job done by the same contractor Lowes hired to install our kitchen cabinets. We paid Twins less than half and they do a great work. Plus, we thought we'd call it even for declining on panting. They did still try to offer to paint and said that, that way the kitchen looks nice while we waited for the kitchen to start. I swear, their customer service is just top notched! Customer service: Like the last time, professional and very respectful employees. This time around was a breeze contacting them. I had rain damage from the Winter storms and it took a while to get the roof repaired. After that, I called Armando at Twins Drywall & Paint Solutions for an estimate to fix the wall and baseboards in the affected areas. He gave a fair estimate and dispatched Roberto to do the job on September 11, 2019. He kept the room clean at all times, sectioned off the work area with plastic and was efficient but very careful with the job. When all was done, you could not see where he cut and the paint job matched perfectly! I also think that the area he worked in was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Bravo! I found Twins Drywall on Yelp by looking at their positive reviews and thought why not give them a chance. Armando was quick to respond and we set up the appointment. We needed to have our kitchen and living room painted as well, as 2 bathrooms. First I want to talk about the positive, they did do a great job on their paint I still would rate a 9.5/10 there were some spots that was missed but I won't make a big fuss about it. The 3 stars are on the punctuality, price and quality of work. As to why not 5 stars, we have discuss with Armando with the quote and what we want done, before finishing at the end of the job, "Surprise" they could not finish it because they had to remove a small amount of wallpaper, how much extra $245, and at the end left equipment and floors still had lots of dust full of paint dust We do have other projects and we learned our lessons here. Unfortunately we are not doing business with Twins anymore because of this experience, if that extra charge was not involved then it would be more stars. read more

I had some minor drywall damage after a rain and a closet that still had a popcorn ceiling due to the previous homeowner's oversight. After getting crazy bids from restoration companies, I called a general contractor who told me I probably didn't have mold and referred me to Twins Solutions. (Thank you to Richard with Xtreme Interiors as no mold was found!) Armando was prompt, professional, and his price was fair. I had no problems scheduling the job and conversing via email and text, and as I had extra wall and ceiling paint, he took that charge off my bill which helped me out. Mel was my drywall guy and he spent over 8 hours working non-stop at my home and did a great job. He also is respectful of your house and has great customer service skills. He was careful to cover the floor and prep the areas to contain as much drywall dust as possible. He also used fans to dry things quickly and cleaned up everything when he was done. I had very little clean-up after and that's only because I'm super sensitive to construction dust and most cleaners. I hired Twins Drywall to remove an existing set of french doors along with the frame and jam and then mud the door frame to give a smooth, square finish for a new barn door system entering into a home gym. In total, they removed the door/frame/jam, finished off the frame, wrapped the existing baseboard around the bottom of the frame (after tracking down matching baseboard), and painted everything to match.
