Can't do negative ratings so they get a 1. Hands down some of the worst work done on my house. Not sure where to start but I'll start by saying, they didn't use paper tape when taping long seams. I caught it and told them, make sure you use paper tape. Fiber mesh tape is NOT made for long seams. Did they listen? Nope. Now I have crack, spent $800 to get the outside cleaned. Spent $1000 for the interior to be cleaned up again. Hands down just horrific. I offered to allow them to return some of the money to cover the damage and issues and was told "too bad". Our experience with Happy Wall was excellent. They repaired a rather large hole in our garage ceiling which was caused by a roof leak and resulted in a malfunction of our garage door opening. They arrived promptly, were very courteous and thoroughly explained the repair process. When they needed to leave to pick up supplies (paint to match ceiling) they let us know, etc. The repair was done perfectly. The ceiling looks great and is reinforced perfectly. We recently got dinged by our HOA to do some wall repairs--both stucco/texture repair as well as paint. I contacted Happy Wall and they got back to me right away, with an estimate done by Arturo the very next morning. The price was excellent so I went ahead and agreed to the work, which they were able to commence just a couple of days later. They got a very large job done in one and a half days. I even asked for additional work to be bid out while they were on the job--which they not only bid out at a fair price since we were already doing work--but they got that additional work all done while they were here. I had a plumbing leak on the 2nd floor that caused water damage in the kitchen/family room on the first floor. The plumbing was repaired after 2 short bursts but was enough to leak at the seams of the drywall in 6 different joints. I found Arturo via web search and sent a text on a Wednesday asking for an estimate. He responded in 20 minutes and asked for pictures and measurements of the damage. His quote was $1800 for cosmetic ceiling drywall repair and matching texture-paint for a 9' X 12' area. The price was reasonable as long as it's professional grade work. I'm sure I could have found someone who would do it for less, however I would then be gambling on the quality and aesthetics of the finished job. I approved the job and he arrived Monday to do the work. He covered the floor walkway and all 4 sides of the repair area with plastic to block splatter from the texture and paint. He completed the work around 7pm and it looks as if the leak never occurred and no signs of drywall repair. He is a professional and said he's done this for 30+ years and it shows. If you're the kind of person who will pay more for quality, Arturo is your guy for drywall and paint. read more

We had a 15 foot section of stucco on the backyard wall that was delaminated ablout 2 feet up in addition to several other places on the actual house. I received the quote and gave Arturo the ok.
