I needed the exterior of my home painted. Luis was very responsive with an in-home estimate in writing. A few days before the crew was scheduled to be here we went over paint schemes. They provided samples of the actual paint to be used. The crew was very respectful of the property, left NO trash and needed no supervision. They patched all the stucco while prepping the house for paint and even took down an old satellite dish. They pulled back the rock from the house so that they could paint the foundation below grade. We tried to patch our own drywall but were having a hard time matching the texture on our existing wall so I went on Yelp and Thumbtack to get some estimates. We had an entire kitchen wall and a half, half a kitchen ceiling, two large open holes in the garage that needed drywall and mud in addition to texturing, and a ton of ceiling cracks. After estimates from four different companies, Luis from KC Home Improvement stood out with the best price (including materials which ended up being cheaper than another company that was just quoting labor) and he was very professional and friendly. Our entire project ended up taking four days, and Juan was the main worker and he was extremely nice and kept in constant communication with us on progress and schedule. He had an assistant Ojany to help with the mudding and together the two of them did a fantastic job. They did a great thorough job covering, cleaning, patching, and doing texture. So pleased with the results. Here is a before and after of our garage ceiling. We can't even tell where they patched in the kitchen and garage. It's been hard to find honest capable contractors in Vegas (we have been burned a few times) so to find honest, professional, dependable contractors are priceless!
