We tried to patch our own drywall but were having a hard time matching the texture on our existing wall so I went on Yelp and Thumbtack to get some estimates. We had an entire kitchen wall and a half, half a kitchen ceiling, two large open holes in the garage that needed drywall and mud in addition to texturing, and a ton of ceiling cracks. After estimates from four different companies, Luis from KC Home Improvement stood out with the best price (including materials which ended up being cheaper than another company that was just quoting labor) and he was very professional and friendly. Our entire project ended up taking four days, and Juan was the main worker and he was extremely nice and kept in constant communication with us on progress and schedule. He had an assistant Ojany to help with the mudding and together the two of them did a fantastic job. They did a great thorough job covering, cleaning, patching, and doing texture. So pleased with the results. Here is a before and after of our garage ceiling. We can't even tell where they patched in the kitchen and garage. It's been hard to find honest capable contractors in Vegas (we have been burned a few times) so to find honest, professional, dependable contractors are priceless! KC Home Improvement was not only the first to respond, but also had the best pricing that included paint and labor, and they were able to schedule the work to happen within a few days (on a Holiday weekend too!). All communication leading up to the day of the work was via Yelp. Luis arrived on time with the paint and explained to us that his team would be arriving to complete the work. Luis's team arrived and let us know when they were starting. The paint job only took a couple of hours and it looks great!
