Noah showed up at my house exactly when he said he would. He was very friendly and professional and really took his time going over my house with me. His estimate came in significantly higher than the other two companies I had come out before him. I won't be going with Excel this time around as it is over the budget I had anticipated for the job. But I'd recommend Excel anyway just on professionalism alone. Thanks Noah. read more

Went through several estimates, and Excel by far had the fairest one. No "extras" driving up the price, just a flat out estimate and an itemized list of what's included. My house had not been painted in twelve years. It took about a week to get the estimate and settle on a date. In the end, they got the job done in about 1.5 days, and left my house looking fresh and clean (no debris). Really glad I chose Excel, and will do so again when it's time to paint my interior. read more

The price was $600. I didn't get any other bids, because I had a deadline. The area painted was above the door, and in the lower left. Mike came over in person for the bid. He was on time for both. He did the job fairly quickly read more

Like Brian L dated 07/16/2023, we also went through a few estimates and did research on if they were licensed, bonded, and were listed as contractor with the Nevada State Board which they were. Mike came out and did our estimate for the exterior of the house. His office worker Janae was real easy to work with as well. We decided to go with Excel because they would use the paint and color scheme our HOA would approve. We also needed to have some minor stucco repair done as well. Their price was also fair. Excel's crew came out once the HOA gave us an approval and Manny the main painter and his co-workers worked hard in this summer heat and did a real nice job! They cleaned up after themselves and completed the work very timely which exceeded our expectations. Janae called to confirm with us the repair/paint job was completed and asked us if there were any questions. Mike came out as well to do a quality assurance on his crew's finished product. He mentioned they also do interior painting as well. Our neighbors come up to us and say they really like the work that was done on the house! Thank you Excel Painting! read more

I have used Excel for a few jobs now. Mike has always given me a very fair price, the work has been great, and any minor issues found after were always quickly resolved. The workers are always professional. Janae has always kept us informed on expected timeframes throughout the projects. I highly recommend Excel Painting. Holly read more

Friendly, responsive staff. Easy to coordinate and fast execution. Overall very professional.

Requested an estimate through yelp for exterior painting. Excel Painting was quick to respond. I set an appointment for a walk around to get a final estimate. I accepted the final estimate (which was very detailed) and put a deposit on a Monday. The team arrived Thursday to prep and tape, Friday to paint the body of the house, and then Saturday for the doors and trim. They did an excellent job and the team was courteous and polite. They even accomodated a last minute change I requested while they were painting. A big thank you to Mike, Janae and the rest of the Excel Painting team. Keep up the good work! read more

Excel painting painted the outside of our house. We had some areas where stucco had been worn off and the paint was wearing out. I asked for an estimate on yelp and they came out rather quickly and I received the quote the next day. The price was less than we were expecting and we agreed to go through with it. We picked out the colors and our house was completely finished in 2 1/2 days. They moved and put things back exactly where they went. They patched and repaired stucco. Our house looks like new! We love the colors and the work done. I would highly recommend excel painting to others. Thanks so much! read more

I received quotes from six companies to paint the exterior of my single story home (2400 SqFt.). The prices ranged from $2.2K - $5.3K. Excel came in at $4.1K with my request for Sherwin Williams Duration paint. Excel met all my needs and are licensed, bonded and insured. Mike, Janae and the crew were fantastic. The job took three days to complete as promised. The crew of two were quiet, on time, and professional. No issues at all with quality, timeliness, and a very clean job site. I will recommend Excel to my neighbors. We are very happy with the process, quote and value. When it's time to have some interior painting done, we'll call Excel. When we bought our house the previous owners had painted several accent walls a bunch of eccentric colors like red and different Tones of blue. We wanted to have a professional paint job because removing the prior paint was going to be a challenge. We hired Excel Painting Las Vegas and they were able to come and do an estimate very quickly and complete the job within two business days after getting the estimate. They are very timely and efficient. We are very happy with our choice and the new house now looks great. We painted the downstairs entertainment area and stair case accent walls A nice neutral color by Sherman Williams called double latte. And they were able to color match the other walls of the upstairs room to remove the red accent wall with a Swiss coffee white color. They did an excellent job. read more

Well I used Excel the first time for exterior work, which was great. The interior paint was horrible. Over spray on the bathroom fixtures, clumsy texture spray and miss where I needed it . After the painter we contracted for our new house left us in a pinch by cancelling the job on us the DAY he was supposed to start, I called ExcelPainting (who had given us an estimate earlier in the week). Their crew was able to squeeze us in that weekend so that we didn't have to reschedule our movers and could be in our home to show Thanksgiving for our family. The work was great. Their crew was friendly and skilled. They removed all the necessary valances and outlet faceplates, and the few spots that needed touch ups were fixed by the painter coming out for a few minutes a second time. Janae (the scheduler/admin) is awesome, too. She's super great with communication and email, and Mike (the owner) responded to every text and question. We had them paint our entire house with an semi gloss and did several accent walls and I couldn't be happier. I'd definitely recommend them. read more

I wanted exterior and interior painted. Jenae scheduled estimate. Gentleman came out and did a walkthrough of property inside and out. He didn't do any measurements or take notes. His estimate came back with a fair price with discount for doing both in and out at same time. Jenae was very patient with my indecisiveness regarding paint colors. Workers were very efficient and hardworking. As with all paint jobs, there we're touch ups needed that were promptly addressed. Dropped one star due to being up charged for hallway cabinets paint. I explained this was part of job, and assumed it was part of original estimate. We came to an agreement on price up charge, but feel this was error on their part for not taking notes on original estimate. Overall a good experience and would definitely recommend. read more

We were thinking about painting the exterior of our home. Mike came by and didn't try to sell us anything, and told us "your house doesn't need to be painted." Mike took good care of us and Janae was very easy to work with and always called when the guys were on their way. I highly recommend excel painting! read more

I contacted several local companies for a quote to paint my house, the owner of Excel was one of the few that was timely in returning my call and setting up an appointment. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and gave me a fair quote. I decided to go with his company and was very happy with the job once it was completed. It did take longer than I expected, however, there was a lot of trim on my house and I was using multiple colors. A couple of the days it was also windy so they said they couldn't paint for fear of overspray. Overall, I would say this is an excellent company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to paint the exterior of their house! read more

Mike was great to work with. We had the outside and inside of our house painted. We don't have an HOA so we were really unsure of colors for the outside. Mike got us in contact with someone from Sherman Williams to give us a consult for colors. He wasn't able to fit us in but he gave us great suggestions for colors to use inside and out. The house was prepped and painted inside and out in a week. Everything looks great. read more

Excel painting recently completed a job for my parents. I called for the estimate and within hours Mike was at their house giving an estimate. The estimate was amazingly priced. The worker who came and painted was phenomenal! My parents are handicapped and unable to move furniture. The worker went above and beyond helping them move the furniture that I couldn't. On the last day of painting when I got to the house the worker was taking all the plastic off the cabinets and floors. All I could think was I have a ton of mopping ahead of me! To my surprise he cleaned up all the floors of any dust and dirt. On top of the amazing job done in my parents home, the customer service we received from Janae in the office was fantastic. She understood that my parents had limitations and worked within those limitations to get the job scheduled and completed. Excel Painting are consummate professionals. I highly recommend them for any home painting project. read more

Excel Painting gave me a estimate an we strated. The painter show up an painted are garage really nice guy. Michael had gave some instructions an he worked on the garage until it was finished. The garage looks really good but the painter touched the wires on the sensor by accident on the garage door did not close. So Michael said he is out of town he will be by on Friday to fix the sensor he knows how . Friday comes , no call no show. Anyway to make a long short. I had to replace the 2 sensors on the garage door. I. Was not upset about that. I was upset that Michael never called me to tell he was coming, or not. read more

The painters did a very good job. My issue is that I asked them twice to use a Zero VOC paint. I guess they only use Sherwin-Williams paints. They only offer one that they later said was lower quality. Instead of Zero VOC paint they used a low VOC paint. I am very unhappy that they didn't tell me they weren't going to offer me a low VOC paint instead of a Zero VOC paint. VOC are volatile organic compounds and are toxic. They can be released from paint and carpet for more then a decade. I admit that they never agreed to use a Zero VOC paint, they instead said something along the lines of "you will be very happy with what we use". Well, I am not happy. I admit I was distracted at the time, I contracted them. So, I didn't pay as much attention to what they said and didn't check the paint when they came to paint. That is on me. But, I still do not feel I was treated well by this company. read more

Excel Painting did an amazing job of repainting my home. There is a night and day difference of what it used to look like to what it now looks like. The service received from this company was also top notch and very professional. Janae in the front office was great. She arranged a time for Mike to come out to do a walk around for this project. Mike was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I felt comfortable working with his company and accepted the reasonably priced quote. My neighbor agreed to use this company too, so we had both homes repainted at the same time. Janae arranged for a time for the homes to be painted, and no follow up was needed on my part, they established a date, and showed up with a team on time to repaint the homes. The team painting the homes were very professional and did a amazing job painting and a fine job cleaning up as well.
