If I could give him zero stars I would! One of his workers damaged the seam of the quartz countertop that they put together by overheating it. The gentleman Hugo that is not licensed and works under his license broke my one year old dishwasher when replacing it with a new appliance set. He also broke my disposal causing me to have to buy a new one. David came out multiple times admitting on my home surveillance system his fault and multiple text message admitting fault. He suddenly went missing and is refusing to fix the damages saying that I was being rude. I am now suing him in small claims court. He also painted my porcelain tile when painting the baseboards, and took all of my extra paint I purchased on my own with him when he left. He is a crook. But the guy is an idiot and admitted all of his wrongdoing on my cameras not knowing I had home surveillance. So now he's being sued! What's right is right! And he was not willing to make it right. He uses unlicensed friends of his to do the work under his business license. Shady! read more

Home Make Over gave the best price and David was very quick to respond to my questions and emails/texts. He also provided options, which allowed us to tailor the job to our budget. On the day of the job David was prompt and worked quickly. His crew also took time to cover and tape off an entire pathway from the door to the bathroom, just to make sure nothing got stray paint on it. Not only did they do a great job, but they did something that really impressed us. We had mentioned that two of our ceiling lights didn't work, and we were looking for an electrician. The lights are like 24 feet up (two stories!). They offered to look at them, since they had a 2-story ladder for the exterior trim. They actually fixed the lights (turns out there was some parts that had been pushed out of alignment inside the fixtures). They actually fixed this for free, just to be nice! Great personal touch.
