Prepped for paint which included a trench around my property so they didn't paint the rocks, and actually the whole house down to the foundation. Drop cloth on all hard surfaces around the home. I received a violation from my HOA that required fixing the stucco and repainting the front of the house. Jerrod provided a timely quote and scheduled the work to be done about a month out. Our HOA urged homeowners to re-paint the fading wood fascia so we were in need of a painter to do the work for us. I requested quotes from 3 different painting business via Yelp. Paint Worx was 1 of the 3 businesses. Jerrod (owner of Paint Worx) responded very timely via yelp, and was able to offer a free estimate appointment on the same day. I liked how Jerrod presented his plans on painting our fascia right away already, but I still gave the other 2 bidders a chance to come and gave an estimate to bid. After all 3 had come, my husband and I decided to choose Jerrod because he was very punctual and communicative from the start. Jerrod was clear about everything before we even raised any question. Meanwhile, I have a preference on the brand of paint which is Dunn Edwards, and Jerrod loves Dunn Edwards too and has been experienced with their products! Jerrod was transparent and told me that he gets discount from Dunn Edwards as well, which is an advantage for us. His plan and bid were better than what the other 2 competitors offered. And his bidding price was the lowest of the 3 at the same time! All the good reasons for us to hire Jerrod! The project was done yesterday. Jerrod said that he would be here at 7am and he really arrived sharp at 7am! Before he started the painting, he showed me the paint can and also the label of the color, to ensure me that it's the exterior paint Evershield from Dunn Edwards as discussed, and showed me that the color code was correct (matching what I had specified to him). He did so before I even asked to verify the paint can. That was very professional and courteous of him. He did everything as discussed too. I also showed him that we had planted some new plants at the front yard, and he ensured me that he wouldn't land his ladder into those newly soft soil spots. He was very patient in listening and also very respectful. He caulked (some call that as repair) all the splints and flaws on the wood fascia before he painted. He did 2 coats of paint as well. And he did not thin the paint down with water like some other painters would. He did it all by himself without another set of helping hands, which was good for our pocket as we didn't have to pay for an additional set of hands when it wasn't necessary. Jerrod finished the project in 4 hours flawlessly. There was no mess left behind on the ground for us to sweep. Our fascia now looks way better than how it originally was 7 years ago! We bought the house from the builder and the paint was originally done lousily by the builder's painter since 7 years ago (with thinned down Sherwin Williams paint and I never like Sherwin Williams' products). Jerrod renewed our fascia with his impeccable skills and quality product from Dunn Edwards! In a nutshell, I am very satisfied with Jerrod's work. He is very professional, punctual, diligent, and is a very responsible business provider! He priced honestly and I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a paint job done! We had seen Jerrod's trailer in our neighborhood so many times over the last 5 years. When the HOA sent us a violation letter telling us it was time to paint our house, we decided it was time. I gave Jerrod a call and they started the job earlier this week. They just finished up yesterday and we absolutely love the way our house came out. I have already given his information out to a coworker who is looking to have some painting done on his house. We also had our back wall repainted as the previous owner had stuccoed and painted it to match the original house color and it was cracking and chipping off. So glad we did that too. My house, which I purchased from the original owner in 2018, was in need of some stucco repair and repainting. I was happy with the existing colors and my HOA does not require approval to repaint in the original colors so I decided to go that route. My next door neighbors had their house painted recently so I asked about the company they used. They could not say enough good things about Jerrod Roberts and Paint Worx. I asked about his crew and they were equally positive. I contacted Jerrod who came out to see the house and discuss my project. I received a written quote the next day. Jerrod's estimate was very fair and his schedule, while out about a month, was within the period I had hoped it could be done. A week before the projected start day Jerrod told me he might have to move my start back one day as he was finishing another job which was not a problem for me. He and his associate, Ricardo, were at my house on the promised day at 7:00am. They worked continuously throughout the day. An exterior paint job is always subject to weather issues and the wind in the Spring in Las Vegas can cause serious delays. Fortunately I lucked out with weather and Jerrod and Ricardo were here to start work every morning at 7:00am. The entire job was completed in 5 days. We requested a quote from him for a whole interior house repaint, he came to meet us on Sunday even to go over the work (everyone else did it over email or the phone !) out of the 4 quotes we got Jerrod was the most reasonable. We booked a start date and had 1 couple day delay which I totally respected because he made early contact that he was a little behind on his current project .... no biggie at all due to the excellent heads up communication. The work was awesome they repaired some ceilings and removed all the blinds and door hardware worked around the floor tile guys and the laminate guys. All we can say is wow! Great job, we were totally happy when we moved in after they finished up. I've recommended him to everyone.
