Hugo is amazing. When I met him for the estimate, I felt instantly comfortable and had a feeling that we would hire him. Other companies had similar price quotes but they were not as friendly and responsive as Hugo. He arrived on time and followed through with everything we asked. We hired him to paint the full exterior and interior of our house and our cool deck, and we had him remodel the drywall near our fireplace to make it a more uniform shape. From the start, we could see that he and his team are dedicated to their work. Hugo made sure the colors and sheens were right by painting samples on different walls so we could see how lighting affected the color. They meticulously taped and protected various surfaces. They moved furniture (most companies that we met with said we would have to move the furniture). Through every step of the process, Hugo made sure we were happy. We had a few rooms in our home painted by Winner's Painting and Hugo and his team did a great job! He was very responsive, on time and did a good job prepping the space and cleaning up when they were finished. The work was done quickly and looked great. We had a few other projects we were working on and Hugo mentioned he does other work besides painting so we had him install our backsplash tile after the painting was done. This required the original backsplash to be removed and some wall repair which he did and it turned out great. Hugo was exactly what we needed for our painting project! He was a good communicator throughout the experience. He always replied to my texts with questions starting from the beginning of our initial messaging on Yelp. He came and gave a quote for the project and then immediately made plans for a date when he could get the job done. He reached out 72 hours before the scheduled date to solidify paint and start time. He showed up on time and was efficient in his work. He made sure to lay out floor protection before starting and he cleaned up like nothing was ever there before he left. He painted our stairwell, loft, upstairs hall, and master bedroom and bathroom in 2 days just him and one helper.
