I've been using Wild PCS since 2007 way before they relocated over to Blackstone and Ashlan. They have great customer service and they stand behind their quality of work. Tons of accessories and hard to find items that are not readily available at big box retailer. My wife had broke her iPhone (again) and we needed to replace her digitizer (for those of you not in the wireless industry) it's a fancy word for "screen". We had check the prices online and on Ebay and Wild PCS was still had the lowest prices locally to repair. We dropped the phone off about noon and five hours later it was ready to go. Several days after repairing it, the glue holding the digitizer to the main frame came apart and the screen was literally hanging from the phone ribbon cable. Today we took the phone in (3pm) and showed them their quality of work. They 9/28 they immediately squeezed us in and apologized for the inconvenience and let us know that they will use a stronger adhesive. Within 15 minutes the phone was fixed to perfection and we were on our way. We'll continue using them to fix our phone, and definitely refer people to utilized their facility. read more

My friend referred me to Wild PCS after I had made numerous calls to other places who all averaged about $250 to replace the glass on my note 2 and who weren't going to be responsible if they damaged the LCD screen while replacing it. Distressed, I called wild pcs as a last option before buying a new phone. The lady in the phone was WONDERFUL! She assured me that if they damaged the LCD that they'd replace it at no additional cost to me, and FOR $150 CHEAPER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE! I dropped off my phone the next day, and it was ready in about 3 and a half hours! I noticed there was a watermark under the new screen and she told me to bring it back (as I was in a hurry I had an appointment to make) and they'd fix it for free! Extremely RUDE, boorish, defiant, reluctantly services warranty, raises her voice, hangs up on you in mid-sentence, just to name a few. I come in for a warranty fix within 30 days. The after market battery in the phone goes 'kaput'. Although I did not have my receipt, she was very reluctant in wanting to service the warranty. Poor attitude, like she was trying to turn me away, acted like she never saw me before in her life. I remind her of the conversation we had, *cricket sounds in her head" ... only when I took out my credit card and asked if she can look up my payment to which she balked, "do you think we keep records of payments?" I was disturbed to say the least. All businesses these days can easily access a database of records showing credit card payments including customer transactional history at the click of a mouse or even through their credit card processing website. Instead she asks me which day I came in, "No, I can't recall the exact date that I came in", weird question. After some wrangling, she suggests that I look up the date through my credit card statement bill at home, then get back to her. She makes me look it up! Incredibly unprofessional. So, it's the start of the weekend. I dig it up, on Sunday I leave a message on her voicemail or machine with the date. Monday rolls around, nothing, no call back. Then I call Tuesday morning, right when they open, "no, I don't check messages. If you want to leave a message call during the day?" So leave a message with yourself, so you can tell yourself the message in the mirror. Got it. I ask her when can I get the phone back, she says tomorrow or maybe end of the day. WHAT!? Just to change out a battery!? Especially since Monday was lost, you'd think there'd be common courtesy to expedite it. I try to negotiate something sooner, she hangs up on me. I research online and call around other stores to see how long it should take to switch a battery. 20 mins.!! Tops. One person said, it's the easiest thing to do in our profession. So I decide to go elsewhere, I call and tell her to cease and stop any work on the phone, don't touch it. Leave it alone, I will come by and pick it up. Not only was the wait out of the question, I just didn't want to deal with her any further at this point. I'll pin up the $50 loss as a life lesson, TO NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. She tells me, "no refunds". Abruptly hangs up on me. YEA NO KIDDING! I didn't ask for one! Keep my 50 bucks, and lose a lifetime of business and referrals, makes perfect sense! Just have my phone ready. I get there, the cable isn't with the phone, I have to ask her to get the cable (should've had this ready). I ask for my phone and she raises her voice at me and makes a weird grunting noise. I rush out and leave to another store across town. I get there and hand the phone over to him and ask him to switch out the battery. He presses the button, it turns on. WTH?? Apparently she had switched out the battery as I was making my way over there and didn't tell me. So I wasted a whole trip across town to another store. Totally insane! A huge mistake to have gone there! Initially had accidentally ended up there. I thought it was the address to another store I had in mind, now I know to never "settle" for second choice. Owner installed a new screen. Screen did not work when I got home. I went back and the owner said there is no warranty on labor. The glue was bad. "You have to leave my business right now or I will call the cops." This woman does not back her work and cost me $45 for this lesson. read more

I drop off my phone for repair been told that will be rady in 1h45min so I was ok with that. Then I got call that will be 2h more. When I showed up 2h later they even didn't start the repair and ask me if is ok to pick up an hour later or next day.Then I ask if they stand behind their words so lady start to argue with me and was rude and very unprofessional. I waist half of my day waiting for the phone. I took my phone to Ting Ting and cell was ready in less than 1h with excellent service and warranty! I purchased an iPhone case and screen protector at this location for a reasonable price. The case works great but the screen protector that they applied for me began to loosen around the edges about a week later. It was a low quality product and when I tried to get a refund or better replacement they referred me to the receipt that said I could only receive a refund within 3 days of the purchase. When I explained that their terrible product will make the next protector I apply difficult because it let in dust the woman shrugged at me. It was only $7 but I felt the service and the way I was treated could have been better. They will not be getting my business in the future. Buyers beware. read more

WildPCS has always done right by me. I've had my son's and wife's phone repaired previously and experienced no issues after. (Replace screen, water damage). Just took my wife's latest iPhone and they diagnosed the issue immediately; it's the motherboard problem Apple has with the 6+. (Screen is unresponsive to touch and a white line comes and goes on the top of the screen) I had read about that before so I'll be talking to Apple. Was in and out in five minutes with no charge. I dropped my iPhone but since I had a case no exterior damage occurred. However, unfortunately there was interior damage to my speaker. Since I like to use the speaker function a lot for Talking to Siri, GPS Navigation, Conference Calls, etc., I decided to take my cellular phone into Wild PCS since I heard many great experiences from Family and Friends. I took it in, had lunch, and when I returned my iPhone was back to normal in less than an hour! I highly recommend Wild PCS to anyone who wants reliable, quick service with quality parts. Took my galaxy in to fix charging port, they fixed it three times and each time it broke within a few days. After that I was fed up and just wanted my money back. When I asked the manager she accused me of breaking the port and refused to give my money back. She became irrate and I could not reason with her. Stay away from this place, decent prices but you will keep going back for warranty repairs on their work. I think all the positive reviews are from friends and family. read more

The customer service here is awesome...i have a S4 with a cracked lens...i took it to them and they explained that it would cost about $200....but they said it was because the S4 lens and screen were all one piece...if I had a S3, it would cost $85 instead. 10/5/15 Reviews really aren't my thing but this one was bad enough, I figured others should know how bad WildPCS treats potential customers and tries to take more money from them than is required to fix a simple part. The two girls there that I spoke to on the phone (one of them was apparently the manager or acted like one) are extremely rude and just as bad, don't know what they are talking about. I asked if they had a USB cover for my Samsung Galaxy S5 (it's a small plastic piece that covers the charging port - costs less than $2 online). They both tried telling me in order to replace the charging port flap, I have to replace the whole screen!??? She then quoted me $180!!! THIS IS NOT TRUE! I called their competitor "The Phone Stop Store" and they knew exactly what I was talking about. I even conferenced in the tech from the Phone Stop Store and called WildPCS back and he heard them give wrong info and then they hung up on me!!! Wow! We both were not expecting that. So the Phone Stop Store said they have the part in stock, it's $10 and $5 for labor so it would be $15 to fix. NOT $180! So just to make doubly sure, I called another repair shop (Ting Ting Communications). They also quoted me $15 and knew EXACTLY what I was talking about and how to fix it. Hopefully WildPCS recognizes how wrong they are and the next customer who calls won't have to pay $180 for a $15 job (or better yet $2 and do it yourself from the youtube video). Simply youtube "galaxy s5 charging cover replacement" and you can see how WildPCS is misinformed but worse refuses to accept help. How is that helping your customers? It didn't help me. It just goes to show the misinformation that's out there and when you try to correct matters, the arrogance that's shown simply because they don't want to be wrong. brought my phone here to get my screen glass fixed ( i had purchased a new screen online, so they were just going to install it.) when came in I showed them my phone and the part and they said it would take two hours to fix.......... ok.. so i left it there and came back 2 hours later. I walked in and kindly told her that i was here to pick up my phone. she gave me a weird rude look and was like "uh whats the name and what was the repair" (like she completley forgot i was just there two hours ago....note the place was empty when I first walked in and when i came back). She then gave me my phone back and said I purchased a defective part. (looked perfectly fine). so pretty much my phone screen will fall out if it is turned upside down, she said. And of course since i didnt buy the part from them NOTHING is covered.. but OF COURSE i still had to pay full price for installation... she was pretty much like uhh here is your phone... its pretty much going to fall apart.. that will be 45 dollars. read more
