I was originally told the repair would take 1-2 days, so I had to call several times for status updates. On Friday, I was told they were still working on it but expected it to be ready by Monday. I never received a follow-up call, so I called on Monday. I was placed on hold twice before finally speaking with someone, who told me it was ready for pickup. Better communication and proactive updates throughout the repair process would make for a much better customer experience. So far, there haven't been any major issues, although my son has noticed that the Switch glitches occasionally.

I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. Cell Tech , Loi, was super helpful and patient with all my questions. They had fair and competitive pricing for an OLED screen which actually matters for her phone. I was able to order a screen and chat with Loi. He explained everything and explained how she might test her phone to make sure it was just the screen that was broken. When the screen came in my daughter drove to the store and had it repaired in under 10 minutes. We would highly recommend Loi and his business.
