I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.

When we had a new retaining wall built he let us know that he added in some additional traps to help keep the critters out and we didn't even have to ask! Every so many months I do call to see if we can schedule a time for him to walk around the house and spray inside rather than just outside. each time I have called to schedule this service the customer service rep has been helpful and friendly and I have always been able to get something scheduled for the day and time I prefer. We pay for treatments every 2 or 3 months and if they have to come visit in between scheduled service, it's still part of the package we pay for which is really nice. I get billed on a monthly basis and have had issues with their billing since the beginning but the last issue is they incorrectly double billed for service rendered. First they incorrectly identified the service address as our main building instead of our auxiliary building and they billed me for the annual cost instead of the semi-annual cost. I have called them 3 times so far to correct both issues with no resolve. The customer service personnel can't do anything without Mike Cook personally taking care of it and he is never in the office to do his job. I can not recommend this company and suggest finding someone else. I'll be looking for another company even to the extent of going back to the previous one.
