What they want to charge to extend for only six weeks for $300 is rediculous. It has taken almost 7 months to catch 5 moles, so odds are in 6 weeks we prolly wouldn't catch much. Need to be consistent and truthful in your packages. Doubling the price for a lot less of a duration is not right. The pest spraying and mosquito treatment is well within what everyone is charging and have no complaints about these services.

We finally got to sleep (in another room) and then gave Steve a call mid-Sunday afternoon. He said he could come out Monday morning to see what the issue is, but he thought it sounded like bats (that was our first guess.) He came out on Monday and checked the area THREE times (the first couple of times he couldn't find anything, although he did locate the hole that the pests were getting in from). The third time (with the camera) he was able to locate some bird poop and other Bird signs (but no actual creature.) So he plugged the hole with mesh wiring (it was a vent space) and proceeded to walk around the house pointing out the things we should keep an eye out for in the future. Also walked around the basement and gave suggestions on where we might have issues in the future & to keep an eye on certain areas for certain pest signs. Answered ALL of our questions (and more) and treated us professionally & respectfully. Never made us feel like our questions or concerns were dumb or out of the ordinary. We have not had any more scratching in the walls, but if we do - we'll be sure to give Steve a call! We highly recommend his services.

I called over 30 days in advance to cancel services, I was told I needed to call 60 days before end of service contract to not be charged for another quarter $110. So they ended up charging me for another quarter and wouldn't provide any service. So the free quarter didn't happen, they took the money at the end based on some bad business wording in their contract that they don't tell you about. I had to call and put a stop payment on the charge and have the credit card company fight them over the charge. Now to get to there quality of service. They are supposed to come once a quarter and pump poison into the walls and spray around the house. I had to call them to come do the basic service they're supposed to provide 2 out of the 4 times they were supposed to come. I also called many time about a wasps nest located at on the 2nd floor of the home near the gutter downspout and the roof. They kept sending a technician without a ladder or any way to reach a problem on the 2nd floor. I called them and told the person on the phone the nest was located on the 2nd floor and to send the technician with a ladder or some way to handle the issue. Of course they sent the same technician who couldn't do any to help because Pest Shield doesn't own ladders.. so they never could help with my main problem (the wasp nest). Absolutely horrible customer service, the lady that answers the phones for them is a absolute horrible person to deal with, one of the rudest people I'd had the displeasure to of speaking with. Long story short, DO NOT USE PEST SHIELD.

I opted out of having them spray inside, due to the house being locked and not being able to come home in time. The next day i changed my mind and called to see if they could come out again to spray the inside. No questions asked, no issues what so ever they catered to my bad choice. When the tech came the great service continued, from him being respectful of my home to the conversation to him being patient with a toddler and dog and worked around me being in the process of painting a room.
