I was charged the regular fee to come out and set the trap. On other occasions, they would check the attic as well as the outside. The attic was not checked this time. They came and removed the trap and told me they it would be another $300 to close the opening! I am not going to call them again in the future.

When I called Wildlife Command Center, the lady on the person carefully listened to the issue I was having along with the background information I provided. She schedule Michael (the owner) to come out the next morning for an assessment. Michael texted me 10 minutes before the appointment time to let me know he was coming. He arrived a few minutes early, which I appreciated. He assessed the situation, and his immediate thought was correct. The previous spraying and dust attempts to get rid of the wasps didn't work because the pesticides weren't getting to the larger nest. The nest was much bigger than expected and was in a section of the garage wall. Michael opened up a section of the wall and carefully removed the wasp nest and my 2 month wasp issue was resolved in about an hour. Take in mind Michael was only coming for an assessment that day, but he recognized he could deal with the issue right away and did. I had a lot of questions during the process, but he was very patient and answered all of them. At no point did I see him feel nervous or scared, which made me feel at ease. Thanks Michael and team for finally giving me the peace of mind that the wasps will no longer be an issue.

He checked my home for raccoons or squirrels. He was honest and he said that he saw something that could be it but he suggested that I contact my insurance company first because of possible damage to my roof. And that is what I did. Comes to find out that I needed a new roof and I really didn't hear that much activity after he left. So why am I giving him a great review because he was honest. He didn't try to take my money he said that he maybe saw a little bit of activity but more than anything I probably need to call my insurance company regarding my roof. As we know raccoons and squirrels can enter your home at any time so if that's the case in the future I will surely contact them because of his compassion for wildlife and his honesty. So I didn't using this time but if necessary I will in the future.

They did their inspection, discussed the options and potential solutions, and emailed me everything later that day. It was going to be an expensive fix to patch a hole where squirrels, and potentially bats, had gotten in but I called to ask when I could schedule the work. I have never gotten a response.

I always received an email to schedule, but I didn't always notice that it was from them because there was no business name displayed. After some time, I called to get the service scheduled again. I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.

Will be hard to limit my disgust with this company to a few short paragraphs…read more Contacted them early this year to take care of some squirrels in my roof. Was given the run down about trap placement and periodical checks to ensure humane re-homing of squirrels caught. I don't think this occurred as when I thought to check on the traps over a week later they were full of frozen squirrels. Oh well. I *assume* some measures were taken to prevent re-entry and I paid about $600, don't recall the exact amount. Fast forward to springtime when the squirrels came back. Though they had not done a stellar job the first time I contacted Trapper Joe's again since my previous receipt indicated some sort of confusing warranty. Thinking very erroneously it would be cheaper than starting anew with another company. They came out and identified a few points of possible ingress, and I resisted the urge to wonder out loud why these hadn't been taken care of the first time. On April 13 I received an invoice/contract for $800 worth of labor (to be performed in the future). Over the course of the next couple months more traps were placed on my roof, and some sealing up of questionable entry points. When Joe called at the end of June (!) for final payment I owed more than $1500. (!!!!!!!!!). He stated the extra charges were due to multiple checks that were performed on the traps, the validity of which I could neither confirm nor deny. Regardless I was aghast at being charged almost double than what had been agreed upon. After some hemming and hawing I got my charged reduced to just over $1200. I felt awfully preyed upon and foolish, but at least relieved that the job was done and I could put this nasty business behind me. Then today the squirrels came back. I've thrown away almost 2K on this dastardly company and pray this prolonged incident prevents anyone from getting swindled in the future. Why, oh why, didn't I listen to the 2 existing Yelp ads before engaging these awful frauds!?!
