We went on a Wednesday during mid July and it wasn't crowded and the wait time for all the rides were long at all. We did get a cabana as well with our own personal host who would come check on us and see if we wanted to order anything. It also had a propane grill, ceiling fan and tv as well. My son and I came during the middle of the week and that seems to be the perfect time to visit. None of the rides had a wait time and the wave pool, even at peak wave crashing time, didn't seem that full at all. I truly think this is because of the midday visit, most likely an entirely different story on the weekends. Plan accordingly. If you have small children, it's totally worth it to rent a table near the kids pool area. The tables are only $15 for the entire day and most of them are shaded. Pro tip, book table #7 near the kids pool. It's in shade for the entire day because it's backed up against three very tall palm trees. You're allowed to bring in coolers with your own food and drink. Of course, no alcoholic drinks, but they do have a full bar here. If you don't bring your own food, there is a small café that has chicken tenders, hotdogs, pizza, and other typical water park food. Parking will cost you at the minimum $6 or if you want to be a big baller, you can spend $22 and park right near the entrance. If you plan on coming here more than twice over the summer, a season pass is the way to go. On average entry tickets will run about $40 per person, with a season pass being $100 per person. The season pass gets you unlimited entry with only three black out dates, 15% discounts on all food, bev, and tube rentals. I believe it also includes your parking as well! It's Labor Day (The last day of the season) and they closed off the entire kid area for the rest of the day! We showed up at 4pm with a 1 year old, 3 year old and 7 year old and they knew good and goddamn well the kiddie area was closed and NOBODY SAID A WORD! We walked in and walked out. The little toddler area the ground pool is not smooth or padded at all only 2-3 toddler slides are foam padded but thats about it. if you happen to slip trying to catch ur kiddos u will get ur knees hurt. Not for old or neurodivergent people. First, this grandma had no where to sit and enjoy watching kids. No benches along walkways to rest. Rude teenage workers without a clue and couldn't even answer simple questions. My grandson is large and has autism. When he saw SpongeBob he was so happy. My son went to Wild Water Adventure Part with his class today. As soon as he gets back, I find out he almost drowned three time and he told me that he was trying to yell for help and nobody went to help him and apparently nobody seen him? if they seen him and didn't help, that's even worse. Love coming here. I've been coming here since I was a little girl and now I've been taking my two and a half year old here the last 3 summers. Today was a great day. It was a little bit of a struggle with the change of season passes this year. Last year I got our wristbands for this year and was sadly directed to guest services and the line was loooooong. But it's fine. It was a slow day today so we were still able to find a picnic spot near the lake. I love this place a million times better than the island. There is so much shade everywhere. Literally the best water park I've ever been to and I've been to water parks in different states. None compare to wild waters. read more

It's been 30 years since I've stepped foot into this place. For the price the amount of attractions for kids is good. However it seems like the park wants to make money off you by renting cabanas. If you don't rent a cabana you have to find an empty picnic table somewhere away from everything. Things also seemed a bit run down and shade tree lazy attitudes. Rented a cabana for my sons birthday next to adventure bay. It was a good location and plenty of shade. The cabana comes with two tube rentals and your own server. You can bring in your own food and drinks but no extra chairs. The picnic table was in good shape but the chairs provided were dirty and had bird poop on them so we didn't use them. The kiddie area (adventure bay) looked like it had been painted since the last time I was there. Everything seemed great until I saw a nasty bandaid and a water roach floating in the water. The pads at the bottom of the slides are flaking away as well which is not a pleasant sight. I think if the park did some more maintenance and repairs it would have been much better. The bigger slides and wave pool were much cleaner according to our friends who joined us. Overall a good experience and I will bring my kids back, but maybe on a less busy day so the water is cleaner. read more

I tend to buy a season pass at the end of the current season for the following year. This year I bought passes for $60 and was able to use them towards the end of the season last year and full season this year. They get more expensive as it gets closer to the season. Tickets are usually cheaper online than in person. You can take your own food in coolers and wagons. If you get there early, you may be able to get a free table by the kid section but those fill up fast. We don't usually rush and get a table behind the orca pool. There are plenty of free tables and they all have umbrellas. The wave pool is fun but sheesh those waves are strong! One downside is that the little kid section has zero shade. If you are on the edge watching your kid, you will be in the sun. I wish they had umbrellas along the edge. There are several rides. There is one family ride but you have to carry the super heavy tube up hill (no machine to lift it) and you can't drag it. I can usually carry it with the help of my young daughter but only once because I'm just not that strong or tall. My 5 year old is less than 48 inches and she can get on several rides... (but doesn't because she's still afraid). With passes you get free parking, and we tend to take lunch and snacks so the trip only costs us gas. Totally worth it for us in the summer heat. We don't usually go on a weekend and week days aren't as crowded. There are a ton of lifeguards. I saw a little kid get lost and the lifeguards were on top of it quick. My youngest requires a life jacket to go into the orca pool and wave pool (even though she can swim) which she doesn't like since it pulls up to her neck but they are allowed puddle jumpers so we're taking our own next time. read more

Tried it again today and so many things wrong and gross here. Watched a child throw up in the kid area. Chunks of food coming out, so went to let a lifeguard know and she said oh okay "like no big deal." Told another lifeguard and he let someone know who had a dark blue shirt on. They walked around the pool and someone came and took a little cup of water and nothing was done. Any other place you would shut down that area and add in chemicals etc..We definitely let some other people know as they decided to leave as well. Disappointed and disgusted how vomiting in the pool is considered okay here. Not to mention big roaches and ghetto people here. Best to go to a splash pad or the Island water park. We went on a summer Friday and had a fantastic time! I rented one of the tables in the Adventure Bay area, totally worth it. We got there when they opened and got our pick of the tables. I wish I did research and knew I could have brought a cooler with some food and beverages in. My son loved the slides, only gripe was the slide with the large tube - I was there solo with my 5 year old and there was no way I could have carried that large tube up the hill. We didn't try the food, only the ice cream. The store there has everything you need, which was nice. read more

Definitely the worst customer service and the whackest water park I've ever been to. You show up and there's no direction where to even go and enter the actual building. Flags and Decor is outdated, probably from the 90's, We Expected this Clovis location to exceed Fresno's Island Water park but it goes no where near it, it's terrible. We called before even coming to this location to see if they took Apple Pay and they said yes. We show up and we're told they don't except Apple Pay for absolutely any purchase inside the water park. So us being a family of 5 had to walk around the park after being $250 in of un refundable tickets. They don't have anywhere for you to sit in and no information broadcasted on where to get any inflable water sleds. I'm assuming they have you wander around the park and find everything yourself. Things you need to know before you think about coming : Parking is terrible. $6-$20+ for parking CASH ONLY Entrance is unbearable with no signs of where to go or stand so I'm not sure on what's going on there All cabanas and hot plastic benches must be paid for and if you only have card they need your ID Apple Pay is not accepted anywhere There's realistically only 3 places you can actually swim in THERE IS NO LAZY RIVER NO free benches Absolutely worst customer service you could imagine. There's a yard sale or a swap meet going on in the middle of the park Where they have random things laying around. I'm not sure why it's there I'm just assuming they are okay with having a bunch of random stuff laying around. The life guards that work here are worthless. They don't do anything when kids cut in lines. I was with a group that had 4 girls 11-12 years that carried a yellow raft all the way up the hill by themselves . Then 4 grown men/babies jumped in it and the life guard told these kids "too bad" I wasn't with them at the time and the worthless 30+ year olds ruined 4 little kids day. So disappointed!! I went to buy my tix online and the calendar showed $23.99, but when I put tix in my cart it came up $38.99!! I tried a few more times and the same thing...Tuesday calendar showed $23.99....so we went to the window and they said, "Oh, it went up and calendar doesn't change." This is BS!!! Thank bet show a cheaper price and then Jack up fee when you go there....this is so wrong!!! I talked to manager and he just said, "Oh well, prices are subject to change." I said, "Like buying an airplane ticket...changes hourly!?!?!?" He replied, "Absolutely!" They make enough money and this shouldn't be allowed....shame on Wild Waters to screw people like this!!! Go to the Island Water Park ! Don't spend your money here. Price is too high for what is offered. Today was super busy because the Island Water park was closed. Bathrooms filthy. Thunder falls uses a big tube to accommodate up to 3 people, but you have to carry the tube yourself and it's heavy! It was the helping hand of a random man that allowed us to get on the stupid water slide. Rampage uses a plastic sled that is also pretty heavy and yes, you have to carry that up a staircase. Never again! Island water park has a conveyor belt that carry's the heavy tubes. There's plenty of shaded seating with no additional cost and I do not recall bathrooms as filthy as wild waters. I'll never spend my pennies here again. read more

I booked a bungalow. I was excited that we would have one of the big ones for all the people we had coming. They booked it on the wrong day. They had no bungalows available. I had to go to theService Center building. There I spoke with the representatives and had to argue to get a refund. They wanted to give me a bungalow for another day and I would have to pay again to get in! How ridiculous! In addition, the bathroom was disgusting in the early morning when it should still be clean. There was human feces on the floor, dirty diapers with fecal matter on the floor. Every stall and toilet were filthy. And there are no seat covers. Overall, the park was dirty. I will never go again. Next time I will check out the other waterpark in Fresno. read more

Park lot is not maintained and weeds everywhere. Ticket prices don't match online prices. Life guards and staff are all kids who are trained on the during work on the spot in the first few weeks. Blackout dates aren't listed when tickets are purchased. Some rides are dangerous and you can get hurt. Best attraction is wave pool but it was always packed. Phenomenal place! We had the most incredible day at the park, we're from the LA area and the size and beauty of this park amazed us!! It's close to Yosemite and such a blast, there's so much to do for all ages! I've lived in Fresno since 1999 and actually came here for the first time in 2022. Our realtors threw a client appreciation event here. You have to pay for parking in a dirt lot with no shade. My husband and I were actually self conscious about being in a bathing suit, but once we saw everyone here, we calmed down. I'd probably only come here for events. My husband and I do not have any children and it seems this Waterpark had nothing, but families. My favorite part was the wave pool, however, too many people for me. I would prefer a lazy river instead and wild waters doesn't have that. We did the mats because I didn't care to go on any other ride, it was hot and my back hurt. It was alright. I got stuck a few times. I checked out the gift shop and it seriously needed an upgrade. I also wish I would have brought a hat and my own food and drinks. I liked the Tiki Bar the best because it had margaritas. The lockers were small. My husband and I each had to get a locker for our things. Overall, I realized that water parks are just not my cup of tea. I'd rather be at Universal or Disneyland. read more
