Most places gone digital for everything so that's a memory I love from childhood that still exist. The park was pleasant, clean, they had a little snack bar where you could purchase hot dogs, nachos, ice cream, drinks, some stuff on the list they don't have and no different flavors of chips they just had BBQ lays. Alice was waking around so you could take pictures with her. I wasn't sure if she worked there or if she was with a family since she had long straight pretty hair instead of blonde but movies change over the years so maybe Alice has brown hair now. Either way she was super sweet and the baby took pics with her. They still have alot of little statues of characters that are cute to take pictures with. In the children's Chapel only 1 out of the 2 organs/piano worked. But we don't really need to hear both playing at the same time so it was still enjoyable. Over all a great visit. And brought back great childhood memories

Princes and Princesses are just $8, King and Queens are $10 and Elders of the King's Court are $9! Magic Keys are $7 and you can use them throughout the land to unlock classic children's stories like Alice in Wonderland and The Tale of Peter Rabbit! The best part? You can bring them back your next visit! The collectible cards are a nice souvenir as well, we got Frog Prince! Our 8 year old helped plant a Five Spot flower in Mr. McGregor's Garden, she can check on whenever she visits! This park opened in 1962, they're located next to Fresno Chaffee zoo if you're looking for more activities to take your kiddos! We'll have to return to ride the Storyland Train that's currently in operation and our eldest wanted more time on the slides and sand area! Maybe try something from the Concession stand and catch a performance as well! *Song Credit: Magical Fairy Tale by SoundGalleryBy Site: https://pixabay.com/music/-christmas-music-magical-fairy-tale-for-children-kids-125101/

We went through the first three mazes fairly quickly the first house we tried was a chemical plant. It was missing some actors in spots that really would have hit. I am a scare actor so I was kinda let down more people didn't jump at working this event or maybe could have had call offs or no shows. Either way the set designs were amazing! My fave being the pizza place with animatronics. I loved the kitchen and the ticket redeem counter sooo good! The sliders were good wish there were more. The other highlight of this event was the bayou boat ride! Yes ride I said that. The creative minds turned the lazy river into a swamp bayou. I loved it so much. The price for the entry was too high. $150.00 for three of us and there wasn't re-entry to mazes. Most haunts are cheaper so you can get more people wanting to come. Knott's scary farm is $60, if you have theme park prices there should be theme park type entertainment with scare actors photo ops with them and more scare zones. It was a nice evening fall time event for myself and my teens. I hope to see more progress next year. You can only get scarier We scare because we care

I have been star-struck by this facility for a while. So much so, that I bought a membership for my…read morefamily. The year was fabulous. We really enjoyed our membership. Until today, I would have given Urban Air a five star rating. Seriously. We were automatically billed in January for the month after the year we'd already paid for was over. Not a big deal, and the facility told us that we could cancel future membership but the current one would be active until the end of the month. That was fine. I didn't want anything special. I just wanted to make sure we could use it until it was done. I had to gear up for battle when trying to access the facility throughout the month. They already deactivated my membership although it should have been active throughout the month of January. So every time we wanted to go, we had to go through the whole song and dance thing and explain over again that we'd paid for the month. (I have the receipt to prove it if I need to). So today was the final hurrah. I called ahead since I could make a reservation online with my 'expired' (but not really) membership. I explained it all again. Okay, they said. The group gets there and they are told, no dice. Now, I'm at work with clients, and I get a call from the group saying that they were told they can't use the facility. Bear in mind, it's an hour drive to get there, and we asked and had it all worked out ahead of time. Or so I thought. So I am in the middle of a session, on the phone no fewer than three times, trying to irn this out yet again. The group had to wait over half an hour to get in, and were humiliated by the treatment. Then they were further told that I hadn't paid for the right things for all of them, adding even more tension and sucking the fun right out of the last man standing. They are lucky I was not there with the group. Only because I would have been much more assertive since I am the one who paid for it all. So: Customer service: ZERO. I should say, though, in all honesty, that up until today, we were not treated badly. But today's experienced has purged any desire to return to this particular site. I have discovered alternative sites maybe a little further away, but if I'm going to drive an hour to have fun, I'm going to make sure I do it somewhere that my family will be treated politely. I own my own business, and I would NEVER treat a customer the way we were treated. It's a shame.
