Never coming back here - they appear to be unpleasant if you're not from the neighborhood. One of the sales florists was nice enough and helped me select a nice plant for a friend. As she prepared my order, she and her colleagues were all speaking in English, chatting about a story. i was not asked to wait in any specific area of the shop, so i ended up awkwardly standing near one of the ladies who was working on an arrangement. As soon as the ladies finished chatting about the story, they all immediately switched to another language. It's 2019 people - everyone in a working environment knows this is rude. If you all were speaking English the whole time, why switch to a foreign language just as i happen to be standing nearby? Meanwhile, as they each maneuvered past me to access one of the tables, no one ever said "Excuse me," or "Kindly wait over here". It seemed that i was just expected to get out of the way without even being acknowledged. Strike one. As the clerk was wrapping up my purchase, other patrons started to come into the shop, and she started rushing the wrapping - initially creating a look that lacked symmetry and looked like a child had done it. i had to specifically request that she fix it, which is ridiculous because she's the florist! Doesn't she know what a beautiful presentation looks like? Strike two - it was clear she was hurrying my order to attend to the other shoppers. At one point, a young gentleman came into the shop and requested orchids. One of the florists asked him repeatedly what kind he wanted, and it was clear he had no idea. Instead of calmly and immediately directing him to their selection, she starts to ask him difficult questions like "Do you want the Phalaenopsis orchid or a different kind?" i couldn't believe my ears! What average customer knows the Latin nomenclature for types of orchids? The poor guy looked so stressed out. Strike three. This place is clearly lacking in customer service. i may be biased because i've trained business owners in customer service in 4 countries, so my standards are a bit high; but when you intentionally make your patrons feel uncomfortable, i must call you out on it. It's a shame because their flowers are quite pretty. They may want to work on overall shop layout, however. Everything appears jumbled and haphazard as you survey the selection of flowers. i won't be back. read more

Each arrangement I promise you was more beautiful than the next, we received compliments on the flowers at the tables the whole party. Fanny was a pleasure to deal with - she was professional and so friendly. The floral arrangements arrived on time and were arranged at the tables for us the price was also reasonable fit right in our budget. The attention and care we received was superior first class. I would give it zero stars! He gave me confidence and GUARANTEE! That he would create the flower bouquet that I gave him a picture of and that it would be ready to be picked up. Well none of it happened! I order blush/ white peonies and cherry blossoms hanging off. I got FUSHIA PEONIES WITH PURRPLE FUZZY THINGS AND GREEN LEAVES. He told me he was going to order the cherry blossoms the week of. Instead he gave me excused of why they didn't order it without letting me know and he wouldn't own up to his mistake nor give a refund! I HATE fushia! And in top of that it wasn't ready to be picked up on time. Every time I look at my wedding photos, I'm so mad. I worst part is he thought he could make it up to me by making me a free flower arrangement afterwards. STAY AWAY!!! Called a few days and ordered over the phone a bouquet in a vase for Mother's Day. I specifically asked to have it delivered as soon as possible on Sunday and we agreed to have it delivered at noon. They charged me 80 bucks and I trusted their judgment and asked them to create a nice bouquet. A few things happened here: 1) They never delivered it at noon and only after I called around 2pm they said that they will send it out now!!! my mom received it at 4pm when she was already gone and got back at 11pm!!!! 2) I paid 80 bucks for nothing! there were maybe 4-5 flowers and a bunch of useless fillers! 3) I strongly believe that I received all the leftovers. The flowers were all pale and faded!!! 4) I called to cancel the order at 3:30pm but they hung up on me!!! Stay away! they will take advantage of you if you are not a regular or if you are not picking the bouquet yourself from the store!!! read more

Nice selection. SY run, so nice arrangements that are modern. My wife couldn't get over the pink orchid in a 6 inch white glass cube ($55). Unfortunately, we didn't know how to care for the orchid, so it died two months later (is this normal?) and we threw away the roots, which we may have been wrong in doing. Ordered flowers for the first time from Wild Orchard for my nieces 40 th Birthday and they were absolutely beautiful!!! I was in Florida at the time and didn't realize there was a blizzard in NY. They attempted to deliver but unfortunately my niece wasn't home so they delivered next day. I'de like to thank David who I think is the owner for Excellent customer service and the beautiful floral arrangement that was just as he said it would be Big n Beautiful!! Horrible and dishonest. Used their Boro Park location to by flowers. Selected a finished arrangement--all they had to do was deliver. They DID NOT. They did not call any cell # associated with the order to say that they have a problem. And now they REFUSE to refund my money--only offering a gift certificate to their store. This florist ruined my brother's wedding. I went to the florist with my mother one time and sister in law another time to show her what her choices were and a third time to drop off flowers and pay the balance. The first time, we spent time with the owner or whoever ran the place and showed him several photos of what we like. He seemed to be studying the photos. We walked around the space with him showing him exactly the flowers we wanted in the arrangements, and then choosing them again- he seemed to be paying attention. He then asked me to text him the pictures we wanted, which we did. We came in a second time with my sister in law to make sure she liked the flowers and that they matched her vision. A few days before the wedding we came in to make the final payment. We had asked for irises, at that point he told us they weren't available. I knew my sister in law was dying for irises so I went to Whole Foods in the city to pick up several bunches (about four bouquets). I then dropped them back off at the florist. Fast forward to the wedding. The table arrangements were one color family and none included the flowers we'd picked. The bride's bouquet was an entirely different color family (WTF? who does that?) and guess what? No irises anywhere and none of the flowers we chose. Well, not true. I went from table to table and counted FOUR irises used, out of the over four dozen we delivered in the hand of the owner/manager we'd spoken to the first time. We called the owner after the wedding and he played stupid. He tried to compensate after by sending an arrangement to the people who hosted my brother and his wife, but honestly, the wedding looked cheap and ugly and the pictures look sad. I don't get it. If a florist doesn't know how to do wedding flowers, why on earth would you accept that job? My aunt was so upset she tried to post a review and Yelp told us that the owner requested it taken down. Normally I would just drop it, but come on- you ruined a wedding and kept the flowers that we bought and probably sold them to someone else. Let's recap that again- I bought flowers to have in arrangements we chose and those flowers never ended up in our arrangements and the arrangements looked nothing like we'd chosen and the bride's bouquet was a totally different color scheme than the rest of the wedding flowers. Terrible business practices. And here's some irony, a client sent us some flowers and the guy who delivered was obnoxious about it. The flowers were interesting looking, but died within a day, so even if I was about to change my opinion of this place, not a chance of that happening. Anyway, consider yourself warned. They seem to have a busy clientele though, so maybe they don't care about quality? read more
