I feel like I got sold unneeded liability insurance - I thought they said it was included in the VIP insurance package I bought. Several people including me did not get the bike they requested. Plus the Street Glide I got had a horrible windscreen that had bad distortion in the top third - very annoying and dangerous. It also did not have a heel shifter that they come standard with. The place seemed overrun by two tour groups plus a third small group renting bikes. Not the personal service we had received for previous ER tour pick ups.

They also upgraded me from a Bolt to Street Bob, which made for a much better ride. Had a blast putting a few hundred miles on the bike and seeing the sights. The reason I still have not purchased a motorcycle is that the service at my local Eagle Rider Facility has been exceptional. Danny Brown, the manager, has always been exceptional with his communication. If he can accommodate a last minute rental request he will do what he can to assist. If my first choice is not available he will work to get me something to ride. With that said all of the Eagle Rider Rentals are top quality newer model bikes. Due to the problems I had with my first reservation (later in July in Seattle) I made this…read morereservation over the phone. The service rep on the phone was rude and I feel that their rental practices are discriminative to people with insurance. Although my insurance would FULLY cover me and their motorcycle, I would have to leave a $3,000 security deposit. Something you don't do on car rentals. However, I paid for their insurance and still had to authorize a $1,000 deposit which I was told would be released within 24 hours after returning the bike. I arrived on time but the bike I reserved was not prepped or ready. Because the battery would not hold a charge, I had to ride a different model - neither of my first or 2nd choices. I returned the bike at 3 pm (their hours on Sunday are until 4 pm) yet no one was around to check in my bike. Two days later and the deposit still has not been released. The service rep was also very rude. My first reservation was done online, but my credit card was charged 4 times! It took several days for this to get resolved, but it did get resolved. They all seem to have an attitude that is "if you don't like it go somewhere else" which is not the way I would run a business!

I used the Eagle Rider website to reserve the Harley motorcycle and picked the bike 30 minutes later. Employee Danny Brown had the Street Glide ready to go. Danny gave a good overview of all the bike features, helped me pair my phone with the Bluetooth stereo on the bike, and even provided some direction to get me to where I wanted to ride. I just completed the purchase of my 8th bike from Kegel's. I have heard from others throughout time…read morethat all dealerships are comparable in Price and service. And I fully understand that it's a matter of preference but, you also may want to understand that Harley Davidson has been Kegel's life long bloodline. They grew up in this world of motorcycles. It was a topic of discussion in this family at the dinner table, church and store throughout their lives. It was a matter of making a living but, this family lived it to remain the World's Oldest Family Owned Dealership for a reason.

An hour later my mom was rushed to the hospital and barely made it so I can not leave her right now. You would think they would allow me a credit for future use but no. They have a strict policy that they keep your money and leave you S.O.L. NO MATTER WHAT! I have been in business for 43 years and doing business this way would never cross my mind. The airlines understood, the parking facility at the airport understood but not Eagle Rider. In fairness the program is wonderful and I recommend it, however, I am seriously disturbed by their lack of compassion. They deserve 5 stars for service but I am subtracting 2 for their lack of humanity during a very difficult time. You would think at a minimum they would return the $39 per day in insurance that will never be at risk.

This is a nice H-D shop. They have bikes for sale on the floor, with price tags on them. Do you…read morehave any idea how many dealerships no longer show their prices? That blows! But not these guys, they are straight up and honest. They have a nice parts department with a knowledgeable manager. Their clothing department is large, but don't expect to find any bargains here. They don't even have off season clothing discounts. The best part is they have a large expansive parking lot where classes are held for new bikers to learn the basics. Sweet!

I waited at the chair next to his desk. He disappeared. After 45 minutes i went looking for some attn and approached a salesperson at his desk, basically like "What's the problem here? Is there anyone else working in service?" Evidentially not. I will not return to this dealer. Lack of professionalism. Disinterest in serving customers.
