The reason I still have not purchased a motorcycle is that the service at my local Eagle Rider Facility has been exceptional. Danny Brown, the manager, has always been exceptional with his communication. If he can accommodate a last minute rental request he will do what he can to assist. If my first choice is not available he will work to get me something to ride. With that said all of the Eagle Rider Rentals are top quality newer model bikes. Due to the problems I had with my first reservation (later in July in Seattle) I made this…read morereservation over the phone. The service rep on the phone was rude and I feel that their rental practices are discriminative to people with insurance. Although my insurance would FULLY cover me and their motorcycle, I would have to leave a $3,000 security deposit. Something you don't do on car rentals. However, I paid for their insurance and still had to authorize a $1,000 deposit which I was told would be released within 24 hours after returning the bike. I arrived on time but the bike I reserved was not prepped or ready. Because the battery would not hold a charge, I had to ride a different model - neither of my first or 2nd choices. I returned the bike at 3 pm (their hours on Sunday are until 4 pm) yet no one was around to check in my bike. Two days later and the deposit still has not been released. The service rep was also very rude. My first reservation was done online, but my credit card was charged 4 times! It took several days for this to get resolved, but it did get resolved. They all seem to have an attitude that is "if you don't like it go somewhere else" which is not the way I would run a business!

First time renting a motorcycle from Eagle Rider. I flew into ORD Airport and noticed the sunny…read moreweather so decided to rent something a little more fun than a car. I used the Eagle Rider website to reserve the Harley motorcycle and picked the bike 30 minutes later. Employee Danny Brown had the Street Glide ready to go. Danny gave a good overview of all the bike features, helped me pair my phone with the Bluetooth stereo on the bike, and even provided some direction to get me to where I wanted to ride. Not a good Harley dealership…read more I don't get a good vibe here, I know more about motorcycles than their staff. I suppose in a pinch you can go here. I wouldn't buy a bike from them, don't know much about their service department.

They will do the work you ask, break something else, and charge you to fix it…read more I have an '04 sporty and do all my work myself, only thing I can't do is mount and balance tires. I had just done my pads and brake fluid less than a week before my tire change appointment. Drove in with working brakes, then they called me up saying my rear brake doesn't work. I got my bike home and found they had replaced my rear brake fluid with some unknown fluid and blamed me. They wanted to charge me $350 to fix what they did to my bike. I have photos, videos, and saved the unknown liquid I found in my brake line and reservoir, and now they will not even respond or acknowledge me and their mistake. I really hope you don't take your bike here, because I guarantee that you'll receive a call saying there's something wrong with it when there wasn't to begin with. Note: I'm posting the photos that I took while fixing their mistake. As you can see there was some clear liquid in my reservoir, and the same liquid coming out the caliper as I was bleeding it. I bled just a little off my front and you can see it's purple Dot 5, just like the cap and manual say to use.

A few minutes later they came and got me and the technician showed me the problem, showed me issues that 2 other dealerships missed, and in less than an hour I was back on the road. I have had my Harley since 2017. I have never had a dealership that was this fast, polite, and fix more than my original issue, for nothing extra. If you are looking for a dealership that is truly dedicated to the customer, this is the place. The dealerships in the Milwaukee area, and I have used 4 of them, are nowhere near as good, or detail oriented as Kegel. You guys are awesome. Thank you.

I have been using Eagle Rider for years and have always enjoyed it. I just booked a motorcycle two…read moredays ago. An hour later my mom was rushed to the hospital and barely made it so I can not leave her right now. You would think they would allow me a credit for future use but no. They have a strict policy that they keep your money and leave you S.O.L. NO MATTER WHAT! I have been in business for 43 years and doing business this way would never cross my mind. The airlines understood, the parking facility at the airport understood but not Eagle Rider. In fairness the program is wonderful and I recommend it, however, I am seriously disturbed by their lack of compassion. They deserve 5 stars for service but I am subtracting 2 for their lack of humanity during a very difficult time. You would think at a minimum they would return the $39 per day in insurance that will never be at risk.
