A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

I was told my relatively small project would take approximately six weeks, but it ultimately took more than five months. Communication was consistently poor, and despite having a project manager, much of the coordination and oversight fell on my family. I was also surprised by the number of additional costs that arose throughout the project, which made an already expensive (and in my opinion overpriced )project cost more than I anticipated. I feel duped by good sales people at a time I was overwhelmed and needed a company who would support me. The termination of my contract was also handled extremely unprofessionally in my opinion. Overall, the delays, communication issues, additional costs, and handling of the project's conclusion left me extremely dissatisfied. He follows up on all elements of installation and construction. Even after construction was completed and we had an issue arise (they always do), John followed up and made the customer happy. In our case, the screens to the sliding glass doors didn't slide smoothly. He made sure the screen doors were fixed as soon as possible. His crew is professional and pleasant as well. Chris completely repaired all the old worn out exterior on the home including a lot of siding rot, wood rot, and even fixed a pier in the process. Everything was caulked and sealed perfectly. We hired Front2back to install an electric Jandy heat pump for our pool so we could extend the…read moreswimming season. John Ford gave us a fair quote and ordered the new pump. When the new pump was not working right he promptly contact the Jandy representative who personally came to our home to figure out what was wrong. The Jandy rep even complimented John on the his crew in how well his plumbers and electricians always hook everything up and do not cut corners. Turns out the one that was sent was defective so John had Jandy send out another one within 2 weeks. He then had his crew unhook the old one and hook up the new one. He even made a video tutorial for me on how to use it. Wonderful company! We will use them again for other project needs!
