Quaint little diner, with homey vibes Staff are so welcoming and friendly The food was served promptly, and there was ample seating available both inside and outside. Ordered: Chicken & waffles Breakfast sandwich Hazelnut latte

The Cubano with fries. Meaty fries and clean tasting sandwich.

Be prepared: Check out the menu on the right and have your selection(s) ready, then you'll approach the register to place your order, followed by selecting your table. Be mindful, if you need the exterior restroom access, you'll need the door code. Great customer service right out the gate. We placed our order and were interested in coffee that they serve from Mariposa Roasting Co. but totally forgot before we left. I ordered a delicious "pot pie" style Biscuits and Chicken Gravy. The leeks REALLY made this dish special for me. My wife ordered a Cubano with fries. The Cubano was very clean and good. The fries were very meaty. Definitely worth visiting again!

The tomato eggs Benedict was really good. I loved the sauce. Might be the best I've ever had. It took a minute to get the food but they were busy and everything was from scratch including my wife's biscuits and gravy. The service was divine. Bailey was attentive and helpful. Make sure to ask for her to be your server and tip liberally to help her finance her college education. We sat outside under green umbrellas and enjoyed the breeze. We will be back.

This place is seriously phenomenal. I've gone three times this summer from Fresno and it's worth it every time. it is so refreshing to eat at a place that truly cares about what they're serving. The food they serve is high-quality, healthy, and farm to table. There's hardly anything like this in the valley. I so appreciate the quality of ingredients and the effort that they put into the food. It doesn't go unnoticed. Yesterday I tried the grilled veggie sandwich and it was soooooo amazing. I'm already craving it again today. Service is great. They're always checking on you. The ambience is a little small but very clean and pleasant in the little village area. If there's a wait for food, you can explore the little shops on the weekends. If you're looking for a place to fuel up before any activities in the mountains this is the place to do it. And you'll leave feeling great too.

Really cute and nice place!! I really liked their chicken sandwich. Eveyone who worked there was very friendly and knowledgeable. They even gave me and my girlfriend some ideas about places to hike nearby and views to see!!

Wild Fig Kitchen in Yosemite is absolutely phenomenal--5 stars all around. The flavors are outstanding, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients that come together in creative yet comforting dishes, and the value for money is impressive given the generous portions and reasonable prices. The menu thoughtfully balances inventive twists with beloved classics, offering starters that whet the appetite, entrées that are ferociously delicious, and decadent desserts that linger in memory. The ambiance is relaxed and inviting, complemented by friendly, attentive staff who make the dining experience effortless. If you're exploring Yosemite, this place is a must-visit for remarkable food at great prices, and I'll definitely be returning.

    Chicken and waffles!

I am a big chicken and waffles girl and when i heard the host make the statement that there C&W is better than Roscoe's, i just had to try it. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed as it was better (and also cheaper) but definitely exceeded in quality! Happy to come back here again and again!

Way better than expected. Great service and the food reminds me of old time diners where it's made from scratch, an experience I've been missing

The food was overall okay and reasonably priced. After checking out, I ordered a lavender lemonade to go, but unfortunately I found a hair in it when I got to my car, which was pretty disappointing. I threw it away right away since I was shocked. Not sure if I'll come back, but I wish I had taken a photo.

We always have to grab a meal at Wild Fig Kitchen when we are in the area. This time we had brunch and once again they did not disappoint! I had the French toast with a side of bacon and my hubby had his favorite the sweet potato hash. As always the staff were all so friendly and attentive. The ambiance is great and I loved the holiday decor.

Ahhh the wild fig. I always stop there when I'm in the area. Great American breakfast with a fun twist. I much preferred the old table service over the current counter buy and sit model, but turnover on staff makes that hard to do. Take a minute and dig through the menu. There are lots of good choices. I always get the same scrambles so I'm not much help. (They definitely need to put batteries in the fans late summer though.)

Basil and cheese frittata with black forest ham and fresh fruit cup.

I stopped in here Friday morning for the first time. Really nice, cozy place with patio seating as well. The menu was creative and had a good selection. I ordered the basil and cheese frittata. It came with a fresh fruit cup and ordered the black forest ham option. It was delicious! I had to try one of the homemade chocolate chip cookies to take with me. Oh was that ever good too! It's a great local business directly across the street from the Coarsegold market and has plenty of parking. You order when you come in at the counter and they serve you the food when it's ready. Nice friendly crowd inside. I'll be back!

Good food, but had to wait over an hour for a salad and was eaten by the bugs outside. At least they weren't hungry.

Walking in, it didn't seem very clean. There were pizza pieces on the chairs. Floor needs some mopping. The gentleman working greeted us and was very friendly. We ordered an xtra large Supreme to go. It had pepperoni, sausage, peppers, onions, olives, and mushrooms. The pizza itself wasn't horrible. Tastes like a frozen pizza from the grocery store with extra toppings. I'm used to NY/NJ pizza and went into this place knowing it would be different. It was underdone so I definitely recommend putting it in the oven if you get take out. There was a lot of pepperoni. Not too much sausage or mushrooms. The cheese was ok but thick. The size doesn't add up to xtra large for me but I never ate here before so don't have a comparison. It had 8 regular sized slices. I don't recommend paying more for this size. On a side note, there is a foosball table in working condition. The arcade area had a few machines but we didn't try them. Looked like they have ice cream. I gave 2 stars for several reasons- 1)the place was empty and dirty. Spend the downtime cleaning up; 2) the size of the pizza was disappointing for the price.

We ordered a large Hawaiian pizza, it came with bacon and one little piece of sour pineapple on each slice. We couldn't pull a full slice off because it wasn't cut all the way and the grease was so deep on it you could literally use it to deep fry a chicken wing! The crust..... flat, hard, and without taste, As was the pizza.. no taste. The second, all meat looked a bit better but was burnt and raw at the same time. How does that happen? The pizza oven was dirty and you can tell by the bottom of the crust. And there are exposed wires on the oven. There was really no service as there was a language barrier as well as cultural differences as we didn't speak Hindi. They really made no effort to try to communicate either, which should have raised some red flags when we walked in. Ambiance??? Where??? There was none. Stark, 5 photos of newer muscle cars. That's it. The " arcade" was four claw machines. One nascsr game a pool table and a dingy couch. This all took an hour to unravel. All I can say is for your own peace of mind DO NOT GO HERE It's a shame because if it's done right it could be a great place but as it stands now even a one star rating is too much.

Better than the frozen fish sticks from the supermarket. Fried zucchini was shaped like french fries. Batter was crunchy. I could barely taste the zucchini as there seemed to be more batter than zucchini. I prefer bigger pieces of zucchini and less batter. Ok dish. Fanta Pineapple soda was sweet and full of pineapple flavor. Very good. Server/Cashier was very nice and brought out our meals quickly.

On the first occasion, I ordered a grilled cheese (pictured) and a small hot fudge shake. I'd been craving a hot fudge sundae for weeks, but was driving with a broken arm, so the shake seemed like the perfect solution. The hot fudge shake was pretty good. It tasted like mostly vanilla ice cream with a lot of hot fudge in it, topped with (what tasted like) real whipped cream and a cherry. The grilled cheese sandwich was such an atrocity. I did eat the whole thing, but it didn't taste very good. It tasted like government cheese on whole wheat bread melted inside of the aluminum and parchment paper it was delivered in. The next time I came back, I only ordered a medium hot fudge shake. This time was a weird experience. The line wasn't very long, but it took forever to get through. At first, I assumed that someone ahead of me had ordered a huge order. When I got to the window, waiting to pay for just a shake, I sat there for several minutes before I was greeted or acknowledged at all. When the cashier finally got to the window, I gave him my card. My phone alerted me to the fact that I was charged within seconds, but it was still several more minutes before my card was returned to me, along with a shake with a cherry that had sunken all the way to the bottom. At first, I wondered what had happened to the cherry. Why could I see grenadine, but not find a cherry? Had the cashier placed the cherry on top of the whipped cream, and then removed it? The mystery of the cherry was not solved until I got to the very bottom of the shake. To make matters worse, there was no hot fudge. I'm not sure if the cashier forgot the hot fudge, since he was clearly doing all of the jobs in the restaurant by himself without any other staff, or if he was out of hot fudge, and just decided not to tell me. But, having worked so many years in retail and restaurants myself, it seemed very clear to me that the cashier was actually the only person at work at Sonic. He was running it all alone. The reason he wasn't able to give me my card back right away was because he was busy taking other people's orders, putting fries down, getting together everything he could ahead of time, and generally doing four full time fast food jobs by himself. He was definitely working very hard and trying to take care of everything without any help, but he needed more help. This experience sucked due to understaffing on the part of Sonic. If the employee happens to read this, I think he should consider getting a job somewhere that treats him better. (Speaking from experience as someone who has a permanent arm injury from taking on too much restaurant work without enough help.) But when Sonic's hot fudge shakes are made right and don't come with a twenty minute wait, they're pretty good.
