I had specified that I wanted behind her ears cut to avoid matting but to leave the fringe at the front of her ears. I then told them to cut down her stomach, chest, and butt enough to where she felt comfortable and it looked good, but not too much where it was too short with her double coat. When I had picked her up, her ears and the fringe had been completely cutt off and I automatically noticed how choppy her ears and her chest was. I got home and as she was walking in front of me, I notice that there is one part on her back leg shaved and the other side is not. I was shocked to say the least and disappointed with the end result of her haircut. I have pictures down below, one being a picture of her with her fringe and one after the haircut. They're never out of stock on the items they carry, and they are always competitive with their prices. The employees are always super friendly, and I am always greeted as soon as I enter the store. I have never had any of their employees be less than very pleasant and very helpful. The store is less than 3 miles from my house. So it's super convenient to run down there for my bird seed for my feeders or guinea fowl food for our guinea. It's so much better than going into Walmart and having to walk a mile to get everything I need because of the store being so big. Tractor Supply offers those same things in a smaller area and with customer service that can't be beat!

Not that sarcastic or mandatory ask you get from some places. After that, we set out on our mission to grab our dog food and bunny treats! As we were cashing out - they answered all of my questions (I usually have a lot of questions!) and even helped me find and use coupons. The store was very clean and organized, it was set up different, but so easy to find everything and the prices were up to date. Even the best stores forget to change out a price tag every now and then. Recently as I was perusing Facebook and friend stated that she was interested in a mobile vet service. That caught my attention as I had not thought that such a service existed. My friend had listed two Chattanooga area Mobile Vet Services and asked her friends to share which one they had knowledge of. Claws and Paws Mobile Vet Service was the only one of the two that was mentioned. People saying how professional the staff is and how convenient as they observe non traditional hours for business. That was all I needed. I went to their website and checked it out as is my usual process and simply sent an email requesting services. I requested text message replies and the next morning they texted, obtained my information and within a little while we scheduled the appointment. They were so good about trying to schedule a time that worked with my busy schedule. On the date of the appointment, I was met by the Vet and her assistant. They arrived early and were very nice people. I guided them to our apartment and they got to work. They verified why I had requested and got to work with my little guy while our big girl got all excited that new people were in our home. It didn't dawn on either of the dogs that these were vets until they had them in their caring arms. Both dogs responded well and were all happy once it was all done. Pricing was just about what I had expected (a bit more but I figured I was paying for the convenience of the home service. But, nothing mind blowing). They provided us the rabies tags for each dog as well as emailed a clear invoice with details and appropriate certificates. We will be utilizing their services going forward. The convenience alone and not having to drive to the Vet was a huge benefit!

I booked an appt for a cut and deshed and this is how she was taken care of. You can see her skin. Which can burn now thanks to Muffin. Muffin claims my husband told them to cut our husky this short. He would never and even if some idiot would ask for that kind of cut why would a PROFESSIONAL NOT QUESTION IT! On top of all that it's not an even cut at all and when she got home she was shaking and drank so much water I was afraid she was going to get sick. We walked in and first noticed no foul odors and then were quickly greeted by a friendly staff member. We came in looking for harnesses. Their merchandise is well stocked with organized, clean, and cute displays. They have a good selection of harnesses, leads, collars, and flotation vests for dogs. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a good clearance section too. While walking around the store, we stopped by the small animals for sale. Happily, they all looked healthy. We appreciate how clean and tidy this store was kept as well as how friendly and helpful the staff were. We'll definitely return to this Petco for any future needs for our dog if we can't find it first from a mom and pop store and need the selection. Highly recommend.
