    My wife and I decided to invest in an aquarium for our family. We stopped by the store and met the staff. We purchased a 210 gallon tank, stand and everything required for a saltwater reef aquarium. They assisted us in every aspect and came to our hole to set up everything. Great experience and recommend this business.

    This is a beautiful anemone and 2 maroon clowns I got from Bermuda Triangle, as well as some live rock from them.

    I hired Aquatic Marine to install and setup a tank in my home and was promised "magazine quality"…read more Nearly a year later, we weren't close. I became frustrated with the tank when there was no end in sight, the work was chaotic, scheduling was near impossible, and I discovered that even after paying for routine maintenance none of my equipment had been properly maintained. I decided it would be easier to just start over with a smaller tank, so I gifted my larger tank to the owner, Kinny Parrott, and purchased a much smaller tank that I thought would be easier for them to actually finish and gave them a chance to live up to what they had promised. He and his service manager agreed with no hesitation to store my equipment and livestock until the new tank was cycled and ready to be setup. Instead, they misplaced half my livestock and his service manager came by one evening without any notice and dropped the rest of my fish into the tank before it was cycled and my gem tang and yellow tang both ended up dying. I sought out help from the store to try and save the rest of my fish, and an hour later, received a call from Kinny stating he was firing me because I was bad-mouthing him to his employees which was not the case. He lacks professional courtesy and the skills to deal with any sort of conflict and is one-sided in his beliefs. His communication style is quite aggressive and dismissive, which makes it hard to have an open and honest conversation with him. He proceeded to yell at me and told me that they would not be doing my install anymore and he was not going to return any of my equipment. He threatened us with attorneys and blamed me for being "too hands on with my tank" and said I had unrealistic expectations. He yelled at me on 2 different occasions using me as a scapegoat for both his personal and business issues and never offered an apology for unleashing on me. For months, he had told me that his service manager was overloaded, overworked, and on the verge of burnout and promised changes that never came. When our relationship ended, I was left feeling like their internal problems were passed onto me and I was fired as a result. When I got upset over being fired for no reason and him holding my equipment hostage, I got mad and Kinny proceeded to tell my wife that I must be bipolar. He finally agreed to return a fraction of my equipment after a battle, and several parts were still missing. He still has thousands of dollars worth of my equipment in his possession not including the tank. After gifting him a new tank, purchasing another tank without asking for any sort of discount, and spending thousands of dollars at his store, I was left feeling incredibly taken advantage of. I could go on and on about the customer service, problems that occurred during our time together, and retracted promises, but am hopeful that this brief glimpse into my experience will help prevent someone else from being lied to and taken advantage of. I had been warned about getting involved with Aquatic Marine, and looking back, I wish I had heeded the advice.

This is a brand new Petco that probably has been here less than a year . They have pet training here as it is located in the middle of the store. There are walls built around this area for securing a space for this. I also saw a pet grooming area to the right as you walk in. It is behind some plate glass windows. You can get a loyalty card here which you can save money on shopping here. It's good at all Petcos and is free. So be sure to get a loyalty card. Of course you can adopt a pet here. I have seen some pretty dogs and cats to be rescued at Petcos. You can see dogs and cats usually on the weekends here that are brought in by animal shelters.

I go in about 3 times a week. Well when I first got my husky I knew I wanted to get her groomed at petco. Well for the last 9 months I have consistently got her groomed there. The people were always nice and loving and knew my dog by name. They told me that there is no need to make appointments during the week and walking in is fine. I have ALWAYS AND I REPEAT ALWAYS PAID 25 dollars to have her groomed! I have even told people to go to petco and get their pets groomed. Well I walk into day and this Snot nose girl which I've never seen told me it was going to be $48 For the grooming. ALMOST DOUBLE!!!!!!! I told the lady nicely I have never paid that much and she wanted to argue with me saying it must have been a special... a special for 9 months in a row and then you double the price on me. boorish!!! I then went out to speak with someone on the floor and they went and checked and said I had to wait for a different person and I would have to make an appointment. So now because they gave me false information I have loaded my dog In the car drove her all the way down here where I was going to drop her off and go to work. Well now I can't because they basically held me hostage.... pay double ... or drive all the way back home and be late for work... This company went from being my favorite place... to the worst... I will boycott your gauging company and I surely hope you have a conversation with the. Black haired goth girl that wanted to talk to me like I was a moron. Listen carefully. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR IN YOUR STORE AND I WILL MAKE IT MY MISSION TO MAKE OTHERS DO THE SAME ! I've recommended so many people to here and now I look like the bad guy when they come here and they are inconsistent with what ever price system they have!
