Several years ago I had ordered flowers from another flower shop -- a floral broker I am guessing -- and was disappointed (embarrased really) with the arrangement that btw was delivered late! This time, since this was for my Mom and Dad for Christmas, I knew I wanted it to be super nice. So I called Ruth's and described what I wanted. She listened and was so positive and personable.
