One of the locals recommended this bar, which is a couple blocks off Broadway. They sold me with karaoke and mechanical bull riding. What a good time. The bartender was super friendly and attentive. The drinks are not expensive at all. I tried an enchanted beaver, which was a little too sweet for me so I switched to Tito's and sugar-free Red Bull. Bull riding and karaoke were happening while we were there, both were very entertaining. Our drinks were very good. We loved this bar so much we came back two nights in a row. They have craft beer on tap - one was named PB&J and tasted EXACTLY like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I never write reviews; however, I feel this is important. I had a very disappointing experience at the Wild Beaver Saloon in Nashville. While entering the venue, the bouncer checking IDs was unnecessarily rude and confrontational toward me and my group. He demanded that IDs be handed individually, and when I jokingly commented "this is crazy" while laughing, he immediately became hostile. Even after I apologized multiple times and explained that I meant no disrespect, he refused to let me enter and would not allow anyone in my group to enter either. I calmly asked to speak with someone higher up, and although another staff member appeared willing to resolve the situation, the bouncer became increasingly aggressive, postured toward me in an intimidating manner, and shut the conversation down. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism and respectful treatment. Instead, I left feeling humiliated, singled out, and uncomfortable. I understand security staff have rules to enforce, but there is a difference between doing a job and treating people with unnecessary hostility. I hope management addresses how customers are spoken to and treated moving forward. read more

Id love to say i enjoyed this place, but unfortunately they ruined it! i went here to have a thrilling bull riding experience like advertised, but when i walked up to the EMPTY mechanical bull and the man watching it said the only rides they offer are "slow and sexy" they ABSOLUTELY wouldnt do anything else. personally i didnt want to be sexualized by the old ran running the machine or the people watching when im the one paying money for this experience. crazy how they think theyll still have business with this policy, the place was empty as hell for a reason. News flash... the people coming to this bar are usually not sober. The mechanical bull operator & the "dj" were the biggest Debbie downers of the night and seemed annoyed we were having fun. I get you're all starving artists n such, but demanding tips to do your jobs is so tacky. This place is fun, and draws a fun crowd... we had 12 people with us and spent a lot of $$ here... but we won't be back. Went there for karaoke. Was there for 2 hours since I submitted request on a Wednesday night. Multiple other singers sang multiple times, but we never got called. There were probably 26 people in the bar of which we were 6 of. Asked and told we were next. 3 other singers and still not us. Then we were told we were 6th but most of them probably not there. Waited 7 more, and previous singers were called. Then told others tipped to skip. I typically tip $5 per song but not before. Imagine if I did and not called. 6 of us tonight. 12 of us for the next 4 days will be going to another karaoke place. read more

When I tell y'all idk why this place doesn't have a higher rating, I'm lowkey confused. Granted this review like all my reviews are solely based on my experience (unless stated otherwise). I saw this place on YouTube and quickly put it on our Nashville itinerary. It was the mechanical bull, we all know it. When we arrived, we were greeted by the security who was really friendly. I felt bad for him when we were leaving because some drunk person tried to punch and fight him. Ordered a few drinks, listened to a variety of karaoke performances and chatted with a few people. The bartenders were cool and there are a few games in the back if you don't want to watch the karaoke or bull riding. There are not many melanated people here, there was only one when we were there and of course in true us nature we made sure to talk to one another. The bathroom here has an attendant. I'm specifically talking about the women's restroom - last night when I walked in I was told by the female attendant that I HAD to leave my drink sitting by the sink in order to use the restroom. I did not want to leave my drink sitting with someone that I do not know as this is very dangerous. When I told her I did not want to do that she said that she is the "bar mom" and I had to. Needless to say this was not right for her to demand AT ALL so I left without using the restroom and we went down the street to spend our money at a different place. I will never go back to this bar again because of this policy that the bathroom attendant was pushing and making me feel very unsafe and worried for other women who actually do leave their drinks sitting there with her. When I attempted to ride it I was screamed at and they demanded the money. You sing your songs on a stage which makes you feel like a total rockstar. We also took our chance to ride the mechanical bull. $5 per ride and the line wasn't long.
