I saw a Groupon for microneedling at this medspa and decided to come and check it out. First, it's a really aesthetically beautiful space. This extends to all areas of the spa that I accessed. The vibe is definitely lush and luxe. The waiting area has plenty of seating for clients waiting and there are two restrooms as well as an open sink area for clients and guests to use. My only critique would be that the music was a bit loud but I also could have been sitting close to a speaker. The spa scored major points for having a parking lot. This allowed for easy access and in this part of town that can be challenging to come by. The desk staff are very nice and helpful. Someone came in 30+ minutes early for their appointment and instead of making it a big deal they offered them the use of the sauna. I thought this was really great and showcased that the spa really does prioritize guest experience. The level of communication pre appointment was great and supportive. I was on a wait list for my service and was texted about an earlier opening. My actual procedure was also a great experience. The esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and provided great insight around aftercare and follow-up. Shout out to Kristin(en) she was great and it was also her birthday. Overall, this was a lovely medspa experience start to finish. I highly suggest checking them out (and catch some deals on Groupon). read more

Would give 6 stars if I could! I can't recommend W&B enough. I come to here for Botox, filler, microneedling, and have just added facials to the list as well! The membership option is truly amazing and the money you pay goes directly to your account so that when it's time to get the actual service, you already have money sitting there to use which makes paying for the treatment a lot more manageable. :) You also get discounts for skin care that they sell, which I also buy directly from them. I also adore the staff. Jen does my Botox and filler, Kristen does my microneedling and facials, and both Madeline and Jaclyn are great as well. Everyone is so helpful, kind, smart, etc. They don't push you to get a service done, and focus more on natural results which is so important and so so so hard to find. I travel back and forth a lot for work between Austin and NYC and recently came here with a friend to try it out as prices in NYC have become insane. Kristen and Jen did our treatments and I have to say, we were thoroughly impressed! Kristen was my friend's esthetician for the IPL procedure (which he was doing for the first time, and he truly had such a great first experience). She took the time to listen to his concerns and was able to answer all of his questions with confidence and knowledge. The IPL treatment was comfortable for him and Kristen made sure he was relaxed the entire time (also quick tip - get the numbing cream). Jen, who did my botox & filler injections, was just as artistic as she was knowledgeable. She dove into the nitty-gritty more than I had ever seen elsewhere (and I've seen a lot in NYC). Her attention to detail and expertise in the medical field was very evident in her approach. The results were exactly what I was hoping for and really couldn't be happier with the results! I was hesitant with how quick the services were (5 mins), but if you've been doing this for years like Marie Strickland-Finger, it's no wonder why you're a pro! Marie had me make "the faces" to see what she was working with. After reviewing, she eyeballed her marks and started injecting Dysport. I had 4 injections of 60 units applied to my glabella lines and am SO SO happy with the results!! For those wondering which is better, Botox v Dysport, I've tried both and Dysport by far has been my favorite. Unlike Botox, it isn't centralized in the injected regions, and makes it look more natural. With Botox, I would still see minimal lines around the area, but with Dysport? NOTHING! Y'all!!! This is the place. My fav place. And their new location is such a beautiful place! I just love it here. I've been on the membership for 9 months now and I just couldn't live without it. You CAN turn back aging and in a natural way, you just have to be consistent. I am almost 40, but I mean it when I say that everyone thinks I'm almost 30 and I'm not done yet. I spend a lot of money on self care, but this is the one thing that I think improves my happiness the most. I also have to mention how wonderful the staff here is. I have anxiety, but I deserve to feel beautiful too. For real, I need them to do everything short of cuddle me bc I get so nervous for some of the treatments, but Jenn and Kristen even my boo at the front desk, they are all so patient with me. Had my first facial (stem cell) here today. The space is really cute and clean, and the receptionist nice. They took me in right at 5 which was my appointment time. The room is small but cozy, and the bed wasn't the best in terms of comfort but not terrible. The esthetician left me to undress and then I just laid there. That was weird. All I had to do was take my shirt off and she probably left me there for 15 minutes or more. So long I actually got out of the bed and got my phone to entertain myself. They knew I was a first time client but didn't explain the procedure or steps to me, which bothers me. I had to ask what each product was. But the esthetician was super nice, fun to talk to, and had a great facial massage technique. The facial was short- I was out by 6 on the dot so it had to have been 20-30 minutes max. That's not necessarily a bad thing, they don't tell you how long a procedure is so I have no idea if that was too short or not. Another thing they can work on is the soundproof in the room, or lack thereof. You can HEAR EVERYTHING from the lobby, it's not soundproof at all and they don't have music playing so I had to listen to every phone call the front desk had. Overall, I wasn't super in love and the procedure seemed a little Underwhelming in terms of a true spa experience, but my skin does look clear and I really enjoyed my aesthetician. They have some other great groupons they are happy to let me use so I will definitely be back! read more

Marie started my first appointment an hour late -- with no call for me to come in later or re-schedule. Her receptionist made no mention of her delayed schedule, so, I just sat there for an hour. I booked my next service for a month later (booked at the time of my first appointment), to which I received both an email and text confirming the appointment. Boy was I surprised when I showed up for my appointment, and I was told Marie was out of town! Mind you, I've already paid upfront for this service, and if I had not shown up for my appointment I would have been charged an extra $50 fee. I was told by the receptionist that Marie would call me. That was 5 days ago. Since then, I have written 2 emails and a Facebook message and no response. I understand mistakes happen, but two out of two bad experiences, with no attempt to rectify the situation, doesn't sit well with me. read more

I love Wild and Beautiful! I am in my mid 50's and my face and neck are starting to show signs of aging :( after having facials and Botox I figured it was time to do something more aggressive i.e. surgery, facelift, skin tightening and/or something along that line... I was invited to Wild and Beautiful's open house which was fun and informative learning about all of their new treatments and thread lifts. Marie offers $300 to remove bad reviews but does not actually pay. She made me sign a legal contract that I would not wrote a bad review after she almost blinded me by injecting filler in the wrong place under my eyes! Very dangerous and should only be done by a Medical Doctor. I looked like I got punched in the face for months and she tried to say it was "swelling" and never offered to fix it. Over a year later, you could still see it under my eye, uneven, made me look older, not younger. She just offered $300, 2 years later to remove the negative review.
