They are changed seasonally and for winter they were making slushie versions. I got the frozen hot chocolate and it the spot. Ugh... this could have been a better experience if they were a little more tolerant of samples. They have so many flavors and I'm trying to support a local business, but I don't want to pay $50-$60 for a bottle of something and have it suck. So if they can't spare more than a few tastes, I guess I can't decide on making a purchase. I tried the Steel City Bourbon which was hot AF, another bourbon the dude poured for me that I didn't ask for, then the Negroni cocktail. I had 3 samples that I just tasted and did not finish so I couldn't grasp why someone interested in purchasing something couldn't try a few more things. If I was there to get "free shots", I would have crushed each of the three 0.125 Oz pours he gave me. When you have like 100 varieties of stuff you're trying to sell, maybe more than 2-3 samples would be nice. Maybe pour less for a taste or something, but it was disappointing. I would have loved to try their Gin, Cinnamon Whiskey, Limoncello, and some others as well. Bummer! read more

First, time here, the vibes was nice with music quite soothing. It's great place to decompress before shopping. Highly recommended. Zach was great assistance and I was greeted when i arrived. Graham was an excellent mixologist watching him make my spritz. No food but you can bring food to accompany the drink. read more

My friend and I recently went shopping at Ross Park Mall and decided to stop for a drink. We are so glad we did! We sat at the bar and each tried a different whiskey flight. The flights were very cost affordable and a great way to try different things. They have a lot of unique custom cocktails as well. The bartenders were great, helpful, and friendly. I really like some of Wigle's liquors and appreciate being able to support a small business. They also make great gifts. read more

We have always been big fans of the Wigle downtown at the Omni. We still are but since we moved close to Ross Park Mall this is our Wigle now. Thought it would be weird drinking some whisky at the mall but it isn't. It's awesome! We have been her twice so far. Nice open space and the bar is a decent size that wraps around. They have our favorite whisky cocktails like my favorite the Old Fashioned with Rye of course and a lot more options. The bartenders have been great and they let us have some different samples. They are pricey but that's a good thing or I would have to be carried out of there. If you haven't been to a Wigle whiskey you have to come here when you are at the mall. If you have but not at the mall then you should check it out and get a drink. Then go shopping! read more

I've had wiggle's liquor before but I've never actually gone to one of their stores. Impromptu, a friend and I decided to go in for happy hour while we were shopping at the mall. Their happy hour is fantastic. They several creative drinks for just 5 dollars each. These drinks were dangerously good! The bar space itself is open and bright. A little sterile feeling but in a good way. The bartender was wonderful. She was super helpful and nice. I'm so glad I discover this place in the mall! I can't wait to go back. read more

Not being a whiskey drinker, my wife and I stopped in to purchase some rye for a gift we received. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and order of this shop. We were greeted by both members of the staff. We told them our situation and they enthusiastically helped us discover what we needed. We then sat down at the bar and ordered a drink. Katie, the manager explained the different nuisances of the drinks and gave us time to decide. She made us feel like we been going there forever. We stopped by before heading home after some shopping. We hit happy hour. A few selections for happy hour. I chose, I can't remember the name, it was orangey and delicious. Light and fresh. The hubby chose the gin and tonic. He didn't care for it but I thought it was was just light and bubbly. It had some lavender in it. It was fantastic! I also got the No Uggs which was appley and tasted like fall in a glass. Terrific!!! And the service, the bartender, I can't remember his name but he was friendly and a delight to talk to. This is a great location. Just inside the main Mall entrance, to the left. Friendly and knowledgeable folks behind the spacious bar. They really make an excellent Sazarac! Its also a bottle shop where all of their products are available to purchase. read more

Sat down to grab a drink after shopping on a Saturday around 5pm and 3 different staff members said they would "be right with us" and then walked away, proceeded to help other customers, or stood directly in front of us talking instead of helping us. I work at a bar and was offended by the level of service we received. Another couple sitting at a table left money on the table without getting their check because no one went back to check on them and the servers had to ask if that was their tip or if that table hadn't paid their check. When my party and I finished our drinks we sat there waiting to ask for a check and no one checked on us. I had to flag someone down and ask for our tab. The server again told me he would be right with us and proceeded to help another customer instead. We waited for a different server to walk by and again asked for our check. I love Wigle whiskey and will continue to support them at the strip district location, but the service at the mall location is a mess and I won't be back. read more
