Great local bar. This place might become our go-to for game nights. Comfortable stools, nice vibe with wood floors and a copper ceiling. Not too loud, you can hear the game but you can talk, too. I've been here on a Thursday night and a Tuesday evening and it's been the same vibe both times. There is a jukebox - touchtunes- though, so they may have other nights with a different flavor. I don't know why you would list this place as a $$$, I'll add some of the posted specials here: $2 IC 12oz bottles During Pirate Games $2 16oz draft Miller Lite during Pens Games Happy Hour 5-7, $1 off everything $4 Chicken burrito w/ guacamole and chips $2.50 Jumbo soft pretzel These are the specials I can see from my seat. I think they have flatbread, too. This place would be practically perfect, except, as I just found out, it's a smoking establishment.

I remember the shock of seeing the beer menu, ordering a chocolate stout, and not being prepared for it! We stopped in on a Tuesday night and opted to sit at the bar since it wasn't busy. Something important to note is that when we arrived, the music was playing softly in the background. While the prices were decent, the service was not. Our waitress came over to us after our appetizers arrived, I asked for a refill, we made eye contact, she ignored me, and turned around. It took another ten minutes before I was able to get a refill, and she never asked again for the rest of the time we were there. The people sitting beside us arrived later and ordered similar food to us, and they somehow received their food quite some time before ours came out. I am almost certain the bartender forgot to put in our order. Halfway through our meal (which was okay at best), someone turned the music up so loud that we couldn't hear each other speak. I'm pretty sure "Brandy, You're A Fine Girl" played three times in a 30-minute window. It felt like we were intruding on a private party despite there being maybe seven other people at the bar. Despite clearly being done with our food, it took us another 30 minutes to get our checks. If you're looking for cheap bar food and don't mind repetitive music at varying levels of volume and being ignored by your bartender, give Sidelines a try.

Its a decent serving size for an appetizer. I enjoyed it. The nachos were surprisingly tasty. When they came out I was unsure about them because any other time I've ever ordered a loaded type nacho they're, how do I explain it, more colorful I guess. Usually its like bacon and American cheese, guac, pico, etc., but these were just shades of white and green. I wish I could've finished them but the portion was quite a bit for 1 person. My only gripe would be the chicken. It reminded me of the meat you get in a launchable. I think I would rather prefer a crispy diced chicken. But that's just me. The other 2 didn't have any complaints about the Rival Stix or the burger. The Chicken Tenders were said to not have much flavor in the breading. The person who ordered them didn't care for the breading. I was also tempted into some sort of creme brulee donut I think. It was really good but I was already so stuffed from the nachos that I couldn't finish it. Its for the sweet tooth folks. The general space is all sports themed as expected. Quite spacious. Seems like the perfect place to come after work for a beer...and nachos!

The burger was juicy and the Rival Sauce was some kind of aioli that added some zip to it. The fries were crispy but not overcooked. The Great White Hype pizza was basic. Nothing outstanding, but not bad either. I have been to this location three times and I would say the food has been hit-or-miss. Service has also been spotty. During lunch (my first trip), our waitress was very attentive, drinks were consistently refilled, and our food came out promptly. The second time, I had to flag down our waitress quite several times to get anything. Nothing to complain about when it comes to the prices. Everything is standard and they have some solid happy hour offerings that extend until 6:30pm while others start after 7pm. On a scale of 1-5: Food - 3 Service - 3.5 Price - 4.5

Bocce. Not the most popular sport, but honestly a nice lackadaisical, recreational sport that accommodates all types of people. The facility is pristine (probably since it is relatively new)... but it hopefully stays this way! Six courts with different colored sets of balls. The carpet is smooth and rolls well with excellent foot paths and seating areas. The extras make the experience feel very professional with lane timers, measuring tapes, ball racks, and score keeping methods. Even down to the rules laid out including my favorite.. "No swearing in English" The bar area is also top notch! Self serve beer taps and wine taps (these are the coolest). Just tap your card and they have siphons that pull your wine right from the bottle.. and chilled glass coolers to enhance your experience. A dock for a food truck to pull right up to! They served us multiple pizza types (pepperoni, white, margherita, and pesto chicken), wings (honey barbecue and original), and french fries. They more than accommodated our group with ample refills of the food and a plethora of to-go containers at the ready to ensure that we took everything home! I grabbed an Orange Crush from the bar and it was refreshing with a strong amount of alcohol. The bartenders are used to their Italian crowd, so they aren't messing around. They also have a cigar lounge, party room, merch store, slot games, and a clear Italian pride. The logo and decor is strongly covered in the Italian flag.
