We have eaten that many winner schnitzel's in the United States but this one I can honestly say her first impression was the place was very clean And when we ordered and received our mail, the food was excellent for fast food dining. As far as fast food goes, Wienerschnitzel is ALWAYS consistent. They are open late which is perfect for those late night cravings when you want something unhealthy and satisfying lol. There is hardly a wait and they are always quick! The staff are nice and they've never forgotten anything I've ordered. Their ice cream machine is ALWAYS working which I can't say for most fast food places. They send weekly/monthly coupons that are pretty good deals/bundles. Last night bf got a chili cheese dog, chili cheeseburger, and chili cheese fries for $5.99! If their standard hot dog is not your thing, you can also ask for a 100% beef hotdog, which I often do as it's more satisfying. Love their mini corndogs but the regular corndog is a better value. Their root beer float is the best fast food root beer float! When I'm not feeling like root beer I ask for a Coke float (and get reminded they only have Pepsi products). Last night I was able to order a candy banana split like what?? Who even has banana splits anymore?! Their loaded fries are super satisfying, right now my favorite is the chili cheese thousand island one! A total calorie bomb but sometimes that's what you need! I gave them another shot after having a bad first experience at a different location. Got the combo number 3 today, mini corndogs, and a coconut lemonade. The regular hotdogs are so small it doesn't seem worth it to eat the hotdogs because it's mostly bread. If you upgrade to all beef, that's more $. Paying almost $10 for a small combo is unbelievable to me. I wouldn't get this again. The coconut lemonade drink was cold and refreshing but far too sweet. At 480 calories, it's also not worth it to me. The burger patty and fries both taste exactly like a larger well known fast food chain. It was eerily similar actually. Good luck getting any hats at the one in Mesa, AZ. I ordered 2 hats 3 days ago tried to call everyday to make sure they had them. They never answer the phone. My pick up time was today at 4:30 pm. I tried to call again before driving clear over there. No answer. I go to pick them up Ryan the Mgr comes to the window apologizes to me and said we ran out today. I said I purchased mine 3 days ago why weren't they put back for my pick up? He says look I am sorry we don't have them. I can't help you. call the number on the website. I tried to ask his name but he slammed the drive thru window shut. This guy needs a serious attitude adjustment and does not belong as a Mgr dealing with customers. So I get my receipt at the bottom it states if you have any problem with your order call this number. Guess what the number is the Mesa store which they don't answer. By the way Chandler location doesn't answer their phone either. What's up with that? So I was only a couple of miles away so I drove back to the store and Ryan to explain to him the number on my receipt to call if I have a problem with an order is your number and you don't answer your phone. He got even nastier with me, repeating what he told me earlier to call the website. I asked him to give me corporates number. He wrote it down, handed it to me. I asked his name he mumbled it and then slammed the window in my face again. How can this guy be a manager?
