Went through the drive thru tonight because it's what my teenager wanted. I haven't ate Wienerschnitzel in years. I remember in 2005 you could get a chili cheese dog, chili cheese fry, and a chili cheese burger for $3.33. Now 4 chili dogs, 4 corn dogs, and 4 chili fries cost $29.99! It's crazy how much it is based on what you're actually eating. My biggest issue tonight with ordering is AI. The worst part about it being AI is it's borderline rude and rushes you when you're not sure what to order. At least it didn't mess up on my order. The food was ok. In my opinion, it's very salty and I remembered why I don't eat it. It's just my preference. The cashier at the window was very friendly and she confirmed with me that the order was taken correctly. Unfortunately I wasn't too happy with the drive in experience. The first time I came here, I asked for a "large pineapple lemonade with very very very little ice" What I got was a ton of ice. When I brought it to the young lady's attention, she said, "I know. I'll fix it." I wasn't trying to challenge her but I asked her when I got my corrected drink back n my hand, " well if you know, then why was it full of ice?" She replaced the pineapple lemonade with strawberry lemonade and my experience with it before at another location had lots of strawberries in it. Went to this Weinerschnitzels today and had the worst service I have ever had anywhere I've gone. A skinny girl with glasses attended me in drive thru but I didn't see a name tag. The receipt said Andrea but I'm not positive that was the person who attended me. The girl had attitude, and handed me my food in a rude way. Not only that but once I got back home I didn't even have the right order. Would highly recommend to avoid the girl with glasses if being attended by her. Reading the reviews had me a bit iffy, but I was craving a chili cheese dog. Now, it's a fast food chain restaurant so either way nothing will stand out of the ordinary. The wait for my order (#5 3 corn dogs, 3 small fries and 3 chili dogs) was about 10 min give or take. Now, service wasn't bad wasn't extraordinary but it's drive through I don't expect much, she did forget to put a hot dog in my order which was kinda odd because it was a basic meal nothing extra or special. I hate when restaurants give there suggestions on my food. I asked for grilled onion they gave me raw onion with nobody behind me, and they repeated it to me, so I know they had my order right. It's fast food. It is what it is... I believe sometime in the last couple years they have changed their chili recipe. I feel it's not as good as it use to be. But if I have a chili dog craving and don't feel driving Pinks in LA then this is the next best spot in my area. Service is decent. The staff isn't always the friendliest but I guess they don't need to be. They just need to make the food and hand it over. I went in today with my daughter and granddaughter for lunch but I needed to use the restroom I stopped by to ask the girl at the counter named Amber if the restroom required a key or code she told me that I needed to purchase something I said yes that's why we are here my daughter is right there about to order, because she was next since she was already helping someone else. Just realized I had this review from January on the wrong location. This was for the Rialto location on Foothill in the Food4Less shopping center: Our son wanted to be a big boy and order his own food using a coupon he found in the mail. I checked the coupon made sure there were no sneaky restrictions and sent him in with $5 to pay for his meal while my husband and I went through the drive-thru. He comes back out before we leave the speaker saying the woman inside told him it was only good for Mondays. I gave him some extra money and told him to just order whatever he wanted, figuring we missed that restriction. We pull up to the window and after triple checking the coupon itself as well as the paper it was cut from, I noticed there was NO statement saying the coupon could only be used on Mondays. We asked the guy at the window why the coupon could not be used and he said the same thing, it was only for Mondays. I asked where did it say that, handing him the coupon - he checked it and replied he didn't know why the coupon didn't state it, but it was just for Mondays. We took the coupon back and as he closed the window I laughed and mentioned to my husband how some people would through a fit calling out their false advertising. Apparently the cow of a manager who first told my son (obviously not knowing he was with us) the coupon could not be used, began ranting that I questioned the use of the coupon. Her exact words were, "She thinks I'm stupid, I see a hundred of those every week!" Well, yes ma'am I DO in fact think you are VERY unintelligent! 1) the coupon did not state ANYWHERE that it could only be used on certain days, your own employee saw that and 2) you NEVER speak badly of any customers, especially when other customers are around to hear, in this case our son who then came out very angry that this woman had the nerve to speak of me that way.
