Went through the drive thru tonight because it's what my teenager wanted. I haven't ate Wienerschnitzel in years. I remember in 2005 you could get a chili cheese dog, chili cheese fry, and a chili cheese burger for $3.33. Now 4 chili dogs, 4 corn dogs, and 4 chili fries cost $29.99! It's crazy how much it is based on what you're actually eating. My biggest issue tonight with ordering is AI. The worst part about it being AI is it's borderline rude and rushes you when you're not sure what to order. At least it didn't mess up on my order. The food was ok. In my opinion, it's very salty and I remembered why I don't eat it. It's just my preference. The cashier at the window was very friendly and she confirmed with me that the order was taken correctly. Kudos on the service. The actual location of this restaurant is like all the other locations. A red and yellow building standing out. You know exactly where you're eating. read more

Whoever decided it was a good idea to have AI take orders in the drive thru instead of using an actual person is an idiot. It took me a solid 6 minutes of trying to get the AI to get my order right until an actual person took over and got it done in 20 seconds. read more

spiders just came out my food bag ... disgusting and took me 15 mins to get a hot dog and fries.

Unfortunately I wasn't too happy with the drive in experience. The first time I came here, I asked for a "large pineapple lemonade with very very very little ice" What I got was a ton of ice. When I brought it to the young lady's attention, she said, "I know. I'll fix it." I wasn't trying to challenge her but I asked her when I got my corrected drink back n my hand, " well if you know, then why was it full of ice?" She quickly said something to the effect of thank you we'll do better. Ok the 2nd time I tried for the same order (yeah, I have my fav) I asked for a chili dog, medium fries and a large pineapple lemonade with very, very, very little ice. Ok here we go again: Number 1 and Number 2: Toooooo much ice and it was diluted!!! (((((sigh))))) so I drove back into the drive thru lol. This cannot be happening...... so while waiting I my hand go into the bag for the fries, right and it is in a box. I'm like what did they put my fries in? Why a box? Out comes chili on my fingers along with a French fry. Oh hell naw..... Come on people! So I tell the person what's up. I restate what I ordered and the problems I have with my damn order. For 3 items, the only thing they got right is the chili dog. She replaced the pineapple lemonade with strawberry lemonade and my experience with it before at another location had lots of strawberries in it. I saw pumps of strawberry syrup being put into my drink. Oh Lord.... My fries were corrected and I am done with this place. Go at your own risk. I'm done. Never again..... I can't imagine what I'll find in my bag next time. read more

They close at midnight. We pulled into the drive thru around 11:45 to get a quick bite to eat. When we pulled into the drive thru, the open sign was still on. I wait a min or two, no greeting. I then call out to see if they're available to take the order (they're still not closed yet) & nothing. I decided to get out of the drive thru & see that they decided to turn the open sign off. Unacceptable. Don't put the hours til midnight if your lazy staff is just going to pretend to be closed just to not take an order read more

Food was great. Drive thru was fast. Probably never eat the place again though because i just stopped for a soda and corn dog.

wow, just left right now. Very good service from Emily. They made a mistake and didn't hear me properly yet. They were still able to assist me with my order and I feel very happy. Went to this Weinerschnitzels today and had the worst service I have ever had anywhere I've gone. A skinny girl with glasses attended me in drive thru but I didn't see a name tag. The receipt said Andrea but I'm not positive that was the person who attended me. The girl had attitude, and handed me my food in a rude way. Not only that but once I got back home I didn't even have the right order. Would highly recommend to avoid the girl with glasses if being attended by her. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with her. Both last time and this time she slammed the drive thru window on me. And this time I just had to come and make a review. read more

Went this evening, and was shocked that 8 chili cheese dogs were just over $30! & 8 corn dogs were a little over $15. The Chili cheese dogs were extra salty & were topped with shredded cheddar cheese! & the corn dogs taste like they walked over to Food 4 Less and bought them there! Have all the Der Wienerschnitzels converted to shredded cheese? Over 50$ at this place! I've never paid that much in my life at the W! read more

Reading the reviews had me a bit iffy, but I was craving a chili cheese dog. Now, it's a fast food chain restaurant so either way nothing will stand out of the ordinary. The wait for my order (#5 3 corn dogs, 3 small fries and 3 chili dogs) was about 10 min give or take. Now, service wasn't bad wasn't extraordinary but it's drive through I don't expect much, she did forget to put a hot dog in my order which was kinda odd because it was a basic meal nothing extra or special. Food quality was not the best, bread and fries were cold. Now will I come again? Maybe, especially if I want a chili cheese dog. read more

I hate when restaurants give there suggestions on my food. I asked for grilled onion they gave me raw onion with nobody behind me, and they repeated it to me, so I know they had my order right. Either lazy or Just because you like raw onion that doesn't mean I like it. It would've been understood if the onion was julienne nice or finely chopped but that wasn't the case. I'm petty and I don't like to have a full on onion breath coming out of pores type of dinning!!! read more

It's fast food. It is what it is... I believe sometime in the last couple years they have changed their chili recipe. I feel it's not as good as it use to be. But if I have a chili dog craving and don't feel driving Pinks in LA then this is the next best spot in my area. Service is decent. The staff isn't always the friendliest but I guess they don't need to be. They just need to make the food and hand it over. All in all if you have a hot dog craving and want some thing quick then this isn't a bad spot to pick. Oh and btw I do happen to love their mini corndogs. They always hit the spot. This place is horrible. Customer service is unacceptable. Not to mention the wait in the drive thru. I been here for 30 minutes already stuck in the drive they and still three cars ahead of me. Every time I come here their attitude is completely rude !!! I went in today with my daughter and granddaughter for lunch but I needed to use the restroom I stopped by to ask the girl at the counter named Amber if the restroom required a key or code she told me that I needed to purchase something I said yes that's why we are here my daughter is right there about to order, because she was next since she was already helping someone else. I couldn't believe that even when my daughter started to order I asked "now can I get the code she said "I need to complete the order first" Now are you kidding me I felt that she (Amber) was just discriminating and was being rude. Honestly is that the way to treat a customer. I will never come back to this location and wanted to let you know how CUSTOMERS are being treated by this individual. I hope this gets to corporate to let them know this person should not be working their with that attitude. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Made me feel I had to beg to use the restroom. read more

Just realized I had this review from January on the wrong location. This was for the Rialto location on Foothill in the Food4Less shopping center: Our son wanted to be a big boy and order his own food using a coupon he found in the mail. I checked the coupon made sure there were no sneaky restrictions and sent him in with $5 to pay for his meal while my husband and I went through the drive-thru. He comes back out before we leave the speaker saying the woman inside told him it was only good for Mondays. I gave him some extra money and told him to just order whatever he wanted, figuring we missed that restriction. We pull up to the window and after triple checking the coupon itself as well as the paper it was cut from, I noticed there was NO statement saying the coupon could only be used on Mondays. We asked the guy at the window why the coupon could not be used and he said the same thing, it was only for Mondays. I asked where did it say that, handing him the coupon - he checked it and replied he didn't know why the coupon didn't state it, but it was just for Mondays. We took the coupon back and as he closed the window I laughed and mentioned to my husband how some people would through a fit calling out their false advertising. Apparently the cow of a manager who first told my son (obviously not knowing he was with us) the coupon could not be used, began ranting that I questioned the use of the coupon. Her exact words were, "She thinks I'm stupid, I see a hundred of those every week!" Well, yes ma'am I DO in fact think you are VERY unintelligent! 1) the coupon did not state ANYWHERE that it could only be used on certain days, your own employee saw that and 2) you NEVER speak badly of any customers, especially when other customers are around to hear, in this case our son who then came out very angry that this woman had the nerve to speak of me that way. Needless to say I will be calling the owner of this franchise letting them know exactly what kind of a rude, ignorant "manager" they have working for them! read more
