I applied today, afterwards I ordered a sandwich: number 17; though it was great, taste like the last time I had this sandwich at the Memphis, Tennessee airport. Though, it tastes pretty nostalgic. Service was great, I would imagine myself working here. Plus, the distance from here to my home, not bad; it's only less than 10 minutes from here. Plus I love how the workers or the people in the front make the sandwiches! It was very fun to watch! read more

I went in on Saturday and got a BLT. The sandwich was great and the employee, a boy named Israel was very helpful and made my food quickly. Manager Daniel was also very nice. the ambiance wasn't great though. read more

This place is terrible. They steal your chips and act like you're lying. The manager is a terrible rude lady who hangs up on you. Her name is Carissa. This will make me never want to eat here again. read more

Don't order delivery from this place. Cold sandwiches arrived warm, an hour late, and opened. Store blames it on DoorDash, DoorDash blames it on the store, and you lose your money because no one takes responsibility. read more

The guy at the register was nice, but to the girl who made the sandwiches... first she kept forgetting what she was doing and then put a slither of avocado on my sandwich then charged almost $3. I got a mini sandwich. You put a slither of mashed avocado then argued with me when I asked for the correct amount.. Please do your job accordingly. read more

This place is way too expensive for the quality of food I got yesterday afternoon. I ordered two sandwiches, a 17 and a salami with no cheese. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly, the 17 was missing an ingredient I requested and the salami had cheese even though i requested no cheese, and was missing a condiment. The nasty part was the 17 looked like it was cooked on a dirty grill, and in the sandwich were 2 end pieces of 2 onions....the 17 was inedible and was thrown out. Pictures show how the 17 looked as soon as it was unwrapped. read more

I just placed my order for a giant chipotle cheesesteak with no onions, no peppers. Extra grilled mushrooms, grilled pickle, lettuce, tomato, and extra chipotle sauce. Unfortunately I had no lettuce, no tomatoes, no sauce-(Dry). I'm trying to eat the sandwich but it is simply not good due to it not having the ingredients I requested. Please contact me via Yelp. I am requesting to have my giant cheesesteak remade. Thank you TH. read more

Service is horrible at this location. Waiting for 10 minutes for 1 of the 3 employees to take my order after they finish talking to each other about who was going to help me. One of them was the supervisor. I will never go back. They're Ridiculous. read more

We love jerseys, but this location is terrible . They made my GIANT tuna sandwich with so much oil and vinegar the bread was soggy and sitting in a pool of juices . ( not edible) We called and nicely asked if they would remake it. When we arrived to switch it the staff and the manager ( Dominic) were so rude. Dominic came out and immediately started with "it's your fault cause you didn't pick it up quickly enough after you ordered" We ordered and arrived 12 min later. Plus my smaller tuna sandwich was fine, just the giant was soggy , so that proves they made it wrong . All we wanted was a nice exchange and instead were met with the worst customer service ever where they continued to make excuses instead of just say "sorry and fixing it" I'll go to another location cause this one is way under par and we were blown away with the rude customer services . Go to the one on Valley Blvd, they're wayyyy better !!!!! read more

Shitty place very bad customer service. I ate the worst cheese sandwich in the world with a gallon of oil and unsanitized kitchen.

This review is about the maintenance & sanitation practices of the fountain drink dispenser performed by the store associates at this specific location. My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite between 12-2 last Sunday and when I filled our beverage cup with a clear soda, there were black particles floating in the beverage! I went back to the counter, showed the young man what was in my cup and asked if I could please exchange my fountain beverage for a sealed canned beverage due to the fact that I was uncomfortable drinking mysterious floating black particles. He refused stating there was a price difference. I stated I was happy to pay the difference as the fountain dispenser was clearly not being maintained in a sanitary fashion. He again refused and began arguing with me about it. Not only did he refuse my request to pay the difference for a sealed beverage but he wanted to argue about the facts that were floating in my drink and said the machine is cleaned every day. There is no way that this machine is being properly maintained if black particles are coming out of the nozzle. I then watched him grab a dirty rag from behind the counter and pretend to clean the nozzle. Only afterwards did he offer me a clean cup, which I did not want as I had clearly stated I was uncomfortable consuming anything from that machine. Then he grudgingly offered up the canned beverage which I declined. Whoever owns this place should seriously coach the staff on sanitation practices or someone is going to get seriously ill from consuming their products. This place is seriously gross. If this is how they treat the fountain machine, I can only imagine what their food storage is like. Will never return to this place. Yuck!! read more

Wife and I love Jersey Mikes but for the past few months it has been going down hill. I arrive and they are either closing early, preparing to close early or having to close because they are out of bread (this has happened more than once). Went tonight (11/1/2023) and the door was locked at 7:50pm, an hour before they are supposed to close. As others have said, maybe I just need to hop on the freeway and go to the other local Jersey Mikes if they have more reliable business hours and stock. In the end, just disappointing since we have enjoyed going to this location for so long. Hoping they can turn it around . read more

I'm a vegetarian and I consider myself to be a pretty relaxed vegetarian but I was a little upset when I came here! The lady making the sandwiches piled lettuce onto a sandwich with like 4 different kinds of meat, then realized the sandwich wasn't supposed to have lettuce, so she scraped it off and put it back into the lettuce bin. Talk about cross contamination smh Besides this, it didn't really seem like anyone in there really knew what they were doing. They were not very helpful to customers and even though there were at least 6 people waiting to order, at least half the employees were just standing around. They all were lost and didn't know how to make sandwiches. read more

I'm reviewing the chain and not just a specific location. SO- Jersey Mike's is consistently across the board DEEEEELICIOUS!! I get the Big Italian, giant size on Saturdays because they split it into four separate sections and they will wrap the sections separately so eating is a bit easier. My sub I get without the pepperoni because it doesn't agree with my system but it doesn't take away a thing. Crisp lettuce shreds, juicy red tomatoes add to the experience, blending with the sauce and meats. And when I don't eat all of it, it's even better the next day. Way to go JM!! read more

This was our first time here at this location. We came at the right time because right after we ordered a lot of people came in after church on a Sunday afternoon. There was a new employee and she said I am sorry but I don't know how to use the slicer yet. The next employee was energetic and engaging! She asked if we had any plans today, and I replied to enjoy my lunch, then she said that is the best answer. Sadly wasn't wearing a name tag, I would compliment her on her caring and friendly attitude. I had a number 13 sub in a tub, with extra lettuce, and vinegar. My son also had a number 13 on wheat bread. My husband had a number 9 on fancy bread. We each enjoyed our choices. I recommend coming here for lunch. read more

I went into Jersey Mike's after seeing how long the line was for Dutch Bros and decided to eat a sandwich instead of getting a coffee. It was a cold rainy day and the staff that day really brightened up my day! MODI was the one who made my sandwiches and she really did a great job, it was literally like watching art happen. Whoever the manager for this store, please give her a raise or something because that is definitely some of the best customer service I have ever had and she really makes me want to visit this Jersey Mike's more often. The other staff there were really nice and courteous as well! I forgot their names, I'm SORRY, but it was a young man and a young woman. I really appreciate them all being very patient with me because sometimes I don't know what I want and I like to ask opinions lol, they didn't seem annoyed or anything. Anyway...for the sandwiches. I got both my sandwiches toasted. I went to past Jersey Mike's and they would only toast my bread, but here Modi toasted the bread, meat, and cheese! It was delicious. I asked for Mike's Way and for extra pepperoncini (I never realized this is how that was spelt, LOL) on one and it was the most delicious Jersey Mike's sandwich I've ever had. Anyway, I enjoyed my sandwich and my experience here and I'll definitely be back! read more

S**t service! We were in a hurry and luckily the first ones in line but of course the service was slow due to the mentally challenged people working there. We weren't acknowledged until we said that we'd like to order. The guy working there said the female Sophia was going to help us. So we ordered and Sophia started on our sandwiches when another customer arrived and she took her order and began making hers without finishing our order and cashing us out. This was upsetting cause we mentioned that we were in a hurry. Sophia said "we are only 2 working" yet 1 min later two other employees showed up from the back so Sophia asked the other female employee with the red lipstick to cash us out. The equally mentally challenged red lipstick chick was about to combine the other lady's order with ours, which was more upsetting. The girl with the red lipstick then refused to sell us our subs. I came in around 5pm and there was only one other customer in line then a few mins later the rush for dinner. Anyways, I was kind of grossed out as one of the workers who accidentally dropped my bread and instead of tossing it he put it on the counter as if nothing happend then another worker told him to throw it away, like really?? Did someone have to tell you that! Anyways he grab a new bread and placed it right on top of the counter where he picked up the bread that fell on the floor and didn't even change his gloves at this point I was bothered and told him that I didn't want the bread because of what happend. Then he slice the contaminated bread in half and placed it back on the tray in the back! He looked upset, I didn't mean to be a pain but come on.... This place need to train their employees on food safety and sanitation. I'm wondering how many food items fall on the floor and is still be served to people. read more

Don't waste your time at this place the service is horrible you would think with the $2 raise they would want to help the customers my family and I got to this location 30min before closing and not one of the four employees said anything to us when we were standing right at the glass after 5 mins I had to ask if they were still open because they were more worried about closing and leaving the store than taking care of the customer.. welcome to California where employees expect more $$$$ for nothing thank you Newsom Ps go next door to Cane's read more

Jersey Mikes email club sends out deals via email and this location is listed on the list of participating restaurants however when you go to the location they tell you that they were told they weren't accepting those email dead at the locations in the district. If you don't participate in deals then as a company make that known using the participating locations link on the website so customers don't waste their time going here. I'm sure another restaurant will be happy to take the $60 I'm spending on dinner. Disappointed in this company right Update 6/12/20: This update is in response to the owners response that this location isn't on the list of participating locations. I just pulled up the email again and this location absolutely IS listed under participating locations. In the email is a link titled "participating locations". When you click the link this location on Easton in Rialto comes up on page 4. If you like, I'd be happy to forward you the email so you can see what I'm saying for yourself. I've attached pictures for your review but if you'd like to verify feel free to send me an email and I'll forward to you. read more

Jersey Mikes is great, unique when it comes to a sandwich - not to be compared to a subway sandwich. So when you're craving higher quality ingredients, fresh bread, think Jersey Mikes. I generally buy their tuna tub, which is essentially a tuna bowl, which allows for lettuce, and other free toppings of your choice such as jalepenos. Keto? This is what you want. Now if you're looking for some carbs, go with their white bread and their giant Italian, it's ~ $16 but has a variety of meals, and extremely filling! Location wise, great place, off sierra and the 210. read more

Last Visit to this location! Todays date 1/21/23 Jersey Mike's on Highland and Sierra in Fontana. With things being so expensive these days, when we choose to eat out, we expect to get our moneys worth. Being a family of 5, paying over $60 for sandwiches, you would expect the quality, and service to be above and beyond. We have never had an issue with this specific location, but today was a lot different. I ordered 4 subs to go. 2- Regular Philly cheese on white, a Regular Turkey and provolone on white, and 1-Giant 12 on white which was mine. Once all the sandwiches were ready, I paid the total with a tip. We get home, which is 10 minutes away, I open my sandwich and the bread was Rosemary Parmesan. I am allergic to cheese. I know that people make mistakes, and it's a little frustrating having to drive back to rectify things, but hey, it is what it is. I get back to the store, let the manager know what had happened, and he said that I would have to wait 12 minutes for white bread because they were out and making more. I then asked if they gave me Rosemary Parmesan because they were out of white bread, and he replied with, " I don't know because I just got back from break!" As soon as I finished asking that question, the girl who took my order turned and walked to the back. The manager immediately offered a refund, didn't bother to ask the staff what had happened, and showed no sincerity. Again, I was asked if I wanted to wait, or get a refund. I would've gladly waited to have my sandwich remade with fresh white bread, but was immediately turned off by the lack of concern. I chose the refund and went next door to Cafe Rio. I think the franchisee should be highly concerned with this type of service, especially where the economy is and with the way prices are these days. Highly Disappointed! read more
