Stay away from this store. Today they were out of bread, last time they were out of chicken. Bread looked undercooked and honestly did not taste good. I ordered a 26 giant and a regular #7 total of $35.50 for 2 sandwiches I ended up throwing away. Not to mentioned the time it took to wait for the bread to come out the oven. I counted 6 employees just hanging out while there was no bread. Do yourself a favor and go to in n out or chipotle. Manager charged me didn't provide a receipt nor acknowledge me after charging me just walked away. I had to ask can anyone provide me a receipt? Then some young lady helped me with that. They refused to provide a business card and I was told the manager was Rosie/Rosy not sure. Cx service from the manager was mediocre at best. STAY AWAY from this Store. I order a #26 and my sandwich was 90% lettuce...and the chicken was chopped up so much that it looked like ground chicken! I ordered it to go so I was already home when I noticed!! I love Jersey Mike's! Literally the best sandwich spot, but this location didn't do that on 10/31/25. I ordered online and asked for spicy mayo and extra vinegar on the side and didn't get that at all. I let it slide and still ate my sandwich just to find a long piece of hair in it. Not sure if the employees are slow or just lack common sense. I walk in and go to the counter, no one says hello or anything. The lady behind the counter just looks at me and I said "Am I waiting on you or are you waiting on me?" And she said "I'm waiting on you", yet couldn't open her mouth to say hello or anything. This is the 2nd time in the month I have come to this location and will be the last. The 1st experience was not good but decided to give them another chance. Today was worse then the last. The team with the Mgr Gloria there watching them be unproductive. They always cut you off when you speak. Don't pay attention, don't put all the right ingredients you requested. Then I asked for them to change out the bread tops. Because there were flies walking on the top breads and the guy got an attitude said I was wasting their products. I said no you need to insure that your area is clean and fly free. Then the guy is cleaning the counter and with a wet rag, touching cabinets, trash etc then proceeded to touch my food with the same dirty gloves. Unprofessional and would not recommend eating here. So this is a screenshot order of a mobile order that I had placed in June for my friend and I. As you can see, I ordered two chips. When I picked up my order, it was in a bag and I was in a hurry so I didn't look in the bag until I returned to the office. Well what do you know, the chips that they charged me for were not in the bag. So I called his location and explained to them that I did not receive the chips that I paid for. I spoke with Gloria and she said the next time that I place an order that she would give me double chips. Double chips meaning that I ordered two at the time, did not receive them so the next time I come in, I should get 4. I placed an order today and explained to the gentleman that Gloria told me that I could get two chips for the chips that I was charged for but didn't receive. I didn't even mention the double chips thing which originally was supposed to happen. They went to check a book in the back to see if my name was in there, and told me that I could only get one bag. I ordered my sandwich after half hour waiting and seeing people come and go come and go. I finally went up and said where's my sandwich so they lost my order. We order delivery from this location often. For the past month we have not ordered from this location because the tuna sandwich is not available to order online. We called a few times to ask if they were out but no it's in store just unavailable to order online. You would think someone would jump to fix this since tuna is one of the best sellers. Overall their food is great. Definitely better than other chain sub places. Love the stubborn sodas. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes we get our whole order and sometimes we don't (delivery). They usually remedy the messed up orders satisfactorily which is why we keep coming back. Hopefully the issue with the online ordering gets fixed soon. read more

I've come here a few times and I haven't had a good experience yet. I love me some Jersey mikes but recently this particular one is just not it. The two who are here are rude the guy with a stache and the girl with glasses. I came one time and he asked what I wanted and I said it then rudely cut me off saying just tell me when I get to the other things then he has the girl make it and she puts everything I didn't even want which was why I told him in the beginning to avoid this. She didn't even ask what I wanted she just put whatever. I didn't get a chance to even get avocado. And this past visit same thing happened I ordered online so they can have the SPECIFIC things I wanted and still didn't follow it. It's not even that hard I've worked at a place like this and multitasked with many customers. It's not understanding when they are not short staffed. And not even busy. The thinnest bacon pieces that I ever seen. Have to watch next time on the oil & vinegar. Can say much about it eat half of it. 3 stars for the food only....I placed an online order with 30 minutes to spare, when I arrived there were 2 employees working on Saturday 8/19 at 1:45pm. A female and a male. The female employee stated that my order was in the works. Meanwhile 35 minutes later and 10 customers later it was still not finished. At this point I checked in again and she seemed confused. She noticed the ticket (my ticket) that came out of the machine was laying to the side. She began to start on my order very very slowly, stopping multiple times to talk with her coworkers and other customers while we continued to wait. 20 minutes later we finally received our $15.00 regular sized sandwich that we had placed 55 minutes prior, with no apology or offer to make it right. Unfortunately jersey mikes will now be replaced with other sub joints that actually provide decent customer service; especially this location. :-( read more

I initially placed an online order today at 11:13am for immediate pickup at the Rialto Riverside Avenue location. After getting there at 11:30am, I waited a few minutes and asked an employee if my order was ready. He said he was going to check on it. After waiting another 30 minutes and seeing others who got there way after me pick up their food, I asked for an update on my order again. The employee then said there was no record of such order and I showed him the online order. He then printed out a duplicate receipt and said he was going to put a rush on it (apparently the original ticket for the order got lost). Being on my lunch break, I didn't have 1 hour to wait around for 3 sandwiches. I then asked the manager (whom I didn't catch her name since none of the employees wear name badges), she rolled her eyes at me and told me there was a 45 minute wait for orders. I then asked for a refund and instead of telling me she will have my order completed ASAP, she told me I would have to wait another 5 minutes for a refund. I then asked for the Store Manager's name and immediately gave her a call when I got home. At first, she was very apologetic and offered me a catering box at the other Rialto location that would be ready in 20 minutes. So I arrive at the other Rialto location on Easton 20 minutes later and gave the lady with no name tag my name. She told me my order was almost complete. I initially felt like she was on top of it since it was a complaint from the other location. However, after sitting there for another 35 minutes, a male employee asked me if I was waiting on an order. I gave him my name and apparently, my food was sitting on the back counter for 20 minutes and no one notified me it was ready. I then confronted the lady whom I initially interacted with and she didn't seem to care one bit about what had transpired. So to make a long story long, 2 1/2 hours after placing my original order, I had warm soggy sandwiches that all ended up in the trash. I guess I'll just have a liquid lunch. Next time, I'll just pick up a premade sandwich at Stater Bros and save myself the hassle and $50.00. read more
