As much as I love jersey mikes I have t give this a bad review. I ordered on line and sat here waiting for my sandwich for 15 min. But as I watched them make sandwiches the 3 employees that were work never once changed their gloves touching everything, cleaning grill, wiping down countertops, using registers, going to the back and getting supplies, but never once changing out their gloves and making our sandwiches at the same times. It was kinda gross to be honest. read more

Stay away from this store. Today they were out of bread, last time they were out of chicken. Bread looked undercooked and honestly did not taste good. I ordered a 26 giant and a regular #7 total of $35.50 for 2 sandwiches I ended up throwing away. Not to mentioned the time it took to wait for the bread to come out the oven. I counted 6 employees just hanging out while there was no bread. Do yourself a favor and go to in n out or chipotle. Manager charged me didn't provide a receipt nor acknowledge me after charging me just walked away. I had to ask can anyone provide me a receipt? Then some young lady helped me with that. They refused to provide a business card and I was told the manager was Rosie/Rosy not sure. Cx service from the manager was mediocre at best. STAY AWAY from this Store. The customer service was nice the place was clean. But my sandwich was not!! I order the same sandwich every time I go to a Jersey Mikes...this my first time at this location. I order a #26 and my sandwich was 90% lettuce...and the chicken was chopped up so much that it looked like ground chicken! I ordered it to go so I was already home when I noticed!! I am very disappointed because I watched them make other sandwiches before they made mine (I didn't watch them make mine they told me they would call my name when it was finished ) I wont be go back to this location!! So if you order I suggest you stay at the counter so you won't have this same experience! read more

I love Jersey Mike's! Literally the best sandwich spot, but this location didn't do that on 10/31/25. I ordered online and asked for spicy mayo and extra vinegar on the side and didn't get that at all. I let it slide and still ate my sandwich just to find a long piece of hair in it. I knew it wasn't mine cause my hair is red and it was black. I was already at my home when this happened and wasn't able to go back. Don't come here if you want hair in your food. read more

I stop by here because I love Jersey Mike's, my review is not based on the quality of the meats or the bread but a based upon the service I received. There are five employees working and two girls making to go orders a man sliced up the meat and cheese and prepared the bread but I had to wait seven minutes for them to dress and finish my sandwich... 7 MINUTES! To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I will not be returning to this Jersey Mike's ever again. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Bag & take out - Sandwiches Near Me - Rialto, California

Not sure if the employees are slow or just lack common sense. I walk in and go to the counter, no one says hello or anything. The lady behind the counter just looks at me and I said "Am I waiting on you or are you waiting on me?" And she said "I'm waiting on you", yet couldn't open her mouth to say hello or anything. I order and then when my order is ready, I am waiting to be handed the food. Neither of the employees could say here you go or anything, the male staff pointed at me and the woman just gestured her hand towards me. Like? If you hate your job, thats on you. Get a better one. Rude, unprofessional, and will not visit this location again. Gave them two stars only because the food was good. If food was poor too, would be a one star review. read more

I had an order that was not correct, disappointed that they didn't make me another sandwich and receiver, I was told no possible way, it was no way close to closing time, 6pm on Tuesday 11/5/2024. I ordered two sandwiches and received on of them with extras I didn't ask for, I was told I'd receive a refund but I guess I'll have to wait and see. I know it doesn't make a difference but I will not order for the shop in Easton again, this is not the first time I have been disappointed or received a wrong order. read more

I broke my tooth on something hard in my sandwich (a #13) They gave me the district managers phone number. Her name is Julie I called her and she said she'd have someone get back to me. Nobody did. I finally had to call her again and left a voicemail. She eventually called me back and basically said "Tough luck. We're not going to do anything about it" They offered me a free sandwich. This is the 2nd time in the month I have come to this location and will be the last. The 1st experience was not good but decided to give them another chance. Today was worse then the last. The team with the Mgr Gloria there watching them be unproductive. They always cut you off when you speak. Don't pay attention, don't put all the right ingredients you requested. Then I asked for them to change out the bread tops. Because there were flies walking on the top breads and the guy got an attitude said I was wasting their products. I said no you need to insure that your area is clean and fly free. Then the guy is cleaning the counter and with a wet rag, touching cabinets, trash etc then proceeded to touch my food with the same dirty gloves. Unprofessional and would not recommend eating here. More concerning as I work in the health industry and really wanted to just walk out after the food was made. But I also don't like wasting food. So will probably just make a report to the health department. read more

So this is a screenshot order of a mobile order that I had placed in June for my friend and I. As you can see, I ordered two chips. When I picked up my order, it was in a bag and I was in a hurry so I didn't look in the bag until I returned to the office. Well what do you know, the chips that they charged me for were not in the bag. So I called his location and explained to them that I did not receive the chips that I paid for. I spoke with Gloria and she said the next time that I place an order that she would give me double chips. Double chips meaning that I ordered two at the time, did not receive them so the next time I come in, I should get 4. I placed an order today and explained to the gentleman that Gloria told me that I could get two chips for the chips that I was charged for but didn't receive. I didn't even mention the double chips thing which originally was supposed to happen. They went to check a book in the back to see if my name was in there, and told me that I could only get one bag. So I was charged for two chips but only received one to fix the problem... if this was the case I would've just asked for a refund at the time of my order. read more

I gave it two stars because the food was delicious but the employee incompetence is why they only got two stars. Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwiches Near Me - Rialto, California

We order delivery from this location often. For the past month we have not ordered from this location because the tuna sandwich is not available to order online. We called a few times to ask if they were out but no it's in store just unavailable to order online. You would think someone would jump to fix this since tuna is one of the best sellers. Overall their food is great. Definitely better than other chain sub places. Love the stubborn sodas. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes we get our whole order and sometimes we don't (delivery). They usually remedy the messed up orders satisfactorily which is why we keep coming back. Hopefully the issue with the online ordering gets fixed soon. read more

I would say go to the one on Sierra instead, that location has better service than this one

I've come here a few times and I haven't had a good experience yet. I love me some Jersey mikes but recently this particular one is just not it. The two who are here are rude the guy with a stache and the girl with glasses. I came one time and he asked what I wanted and I said it then rudely cut me off saying just tell me when I get to the other things then he has the girl make it and she puts everything I didn't even want which was why I told him in the beginning to avoid this. She didn't even ask what I wanted she just put whatever. I didn't get a chance to even get avocado. And this past visit same thing happened I ordered online so they can have the SPECIFIC things I wanted and still didn't follow it. It's not even that hard I've worked at a place like this and multitasked with many customers. It's not understanding when they are not short staffed. And not even busy. But I leave two stars because it is clean here. read more

Never really notice how thin they cut their meat. $13.99 for a giant a little expensive. If you take away the Mikes Way just and expensive Subway. Brought my giant # 8 home there was so much oil& vinegar along with a pile of lettuce that the bread was absolutely soggy. I would of return it if it wasn't to far to go. The thinnest bacon pieces that I ever seen. Have to watch next time on the oil & vinegar. Can say much about it eat half of it. Very nice service, very clean facility & really good subs I highly recommend this Jersey Mikes

I initially placed an online order today at 11:13am for immediate pickup at the Rialto Riverside Avenue location. After getting there at 11:30am, I waited a few minutes and asked an employee if my order was ready. He said he was going to check on it. After waiting another 30 minutes and seeing others who got there way after me pick up their food, I asked for an update on my order again. The employee then said there was no record of such order and I showed him the online order. He then printed out a duplicate receipt and said he was going to put a rush on it (apparently the original ticket for the order got lost). Being on my lunch break, I didn't have 1 hour to wait around for 3 sandwiches. I then asked the manager (whom I didn't catch her name since none of the employees wear name badges), she rolled her eyes at me and told me there was a 45 minute wait for orders. I then asked for a refund and instead of telling me she will have my order completed ASAP, she told me I would have to wait another 5 minutes for a refund. I then asked for the Store Manager's name and immediately gave her a call when I got home. At first, she was very apologetic and offered me a catering box at the other Rialto location that would be ready in 20 minutes. So I arrive at the other Rialto location on Easton 20 minutes later and gave the lady with no name tag my name. She told me my order was almost complete. I initially felt like she was on top of it since it was a complaint from the other location. However, after sitting there for another 35 minutes, a male employee asked me if I was waiting on an order. I gave him my name and apparently, my food was sitting on the back counter for 20 minutes and no one notified me it was ready. I then confronted the lady whom I initially interacted with and she didn't seem to care one bit about what had transpired. So to make a long story long, 2 1/2 hours after placing my original order, I had warm soggy sandwiches that all ended up in the trash. I guess I'll just have a liquid lunch. Next time, I'll just pick up a premade sandwich at Stater Bros and save myself the hassle and $50.00. read more
