The sound is solid, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere feels like a real music venue instead of just another bar. Even on nights when you're not there for a concert, it's a great place to grab a drink, hang out, and listen to good rock music on the jukebox. I've only had the pizza a few times, but it's been excellent every time. The crust tastes fresh and doesn't have that frozen, premade dough texture that so many places serve. I love this place. Corpus is better because it's here, and I hope it continues to be part of the city's music scene for many years to come.

It's a very old school drive inn diner that serves a somewhat limited menu of comfort foods, from burgers, fries and onion rings, to some Tex-Mex as well. It's small, it's cozy, and the service is good. Although I only ordered burger patties with bacon (which was easy to do), I observed (and smelled) all of the other patrons food, which seemed excellent.
