One of the stickiest floors I've ever been witness to. Literally had my sandles trying to come off. We both ordered "regular" burgers (not one of their named ones) (me double meat) and got their fries. Also ordered fried mushrooms. There's nothing else to say except the burger was one of the best I've ever experienced and the julianned fries were crispy, lightly seasoned and oh-so-good. Mushrooms were like chips. yum. There is a definite "hole in the wall" vibe going on and the burgers are exceptional despite the appearance. We'll be coming back soon,.

That said, we made a trip to Hopdoddy recently and I was surprised at how reasonable it ended up being for a family of four. I went with the double bacon jam burger. The meat was well seasoned and cooked right, and the bun held up with everything going on, which isn't always the case. My son had a classic burger and finished it fast with no complaints. My daughter is picky and went with the grilled cheese, but even that disappeared without a fight, which says a lot. My wife ordered the Nashville hot sandwich and it came out as a huge piece of chicken. She couldn't finish it, but my son had no problem stepping in later. We shared the parmesan truffle fries and the regular hand cut fries. Both were crispy and paired well with everything else. The place was busy during a weekend lunch rush, but the staff stayed friendly and kept things moving. Food came out quick, and the place looked clean despite the crowd. We'll definitely be back.

The food was good, but the prices are a little high for what you get. This is not a traditional…read moredine-in restaurant--you order and pay first, then you're assigned a table. Unfortunately, the customer service left a bad impression. The employee taking our order seemed annoyed from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was completely empty, and after assigning us a table, I politely asked if we could sit near the window because it was cold. She rolled her eyes and responded, "I guess," in a very dismissive tone.As a customer, that's not the kind of welcome you expect, this is the first interaction FIRST!!especially when there were plenty of open tables available. What made the interaction more confusing was that the person behind us, who was a friend of mine, received noticeably friendlier service. I'm not sure why the employee treated us differently, but her attitude toward me and my sister felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional Overall the food itself was enjoyable but overpriced, and the drinks were good the restaurant was also spacious & really gorgeous interior. I will not be returning due to the rude employees.Customer service is a big part of the dining experience, and it's disappointing when your first interaction sets such a negative tone of someone bothered to be working.

I love everything about this place from milling about the ample convenience store while my burger is being prepped to the so small that it's only vaguely perceived by the subconscious dining area. The whole experience feels like a whirlwind secret romance love affair-- a naughty tryst in the night that keeps you going back again and again. So wrong, but oh-so completely right. You get to the counter and scribble out your order on some ready-made sheets. Extra pickles, extra genius sauce. Shhh-- no words needed here. Tip these guys well, they do an incredible job.
