I drove by for a quick cone to go and the service was just bad. Very bad customer service I asked how big is the cone was and the drive thru lady's response was regular. I said okay can I get a cone in a cup. Just so It don't drip all over and she said it won't have a lid... I said that's fine. I expected the regular cone as pictured on menu. I was wrong. She also charged me around $5.75 for 2 cones, no biggie I love their ice cream. But yesterday I went to a different Weinersnitzel on la Palma in Buena Park and was charged like $3.75 for 2 and I got the best looking cones in a cup just like I asked. Went to Wienerschnitzel for the first time with my girlfriend and will definitely my last time. We ordered a couple chili cheese hotdog combos and an order of 4 corn dogs (which we told the cashier) but they never gave us the corn dogs or even a receipt when we left. By the time we realized their mistake and drove back (with the food and everything)to tell them the manager was very stern and made it look like we were at fault when it was clearly one of his employees who messed up. When we asked for a refund he flat out said no despite having all the food with us untouched. We even asked for a copy of the receipt and he wouldn't give it to us, which is flat out ridiculous. One of the employees asked if we can comeback tomorrow to get a receipt even though we were already present in front of them. Sadly we ended up getting the corn dogs (my gf's 9 year old niece wanted them) and although they gave us fresh fries we knew then and there to never eat from there again. All that hassle to eat over priced and generic food that can be made at home was ridiculous to say the least. read more

I just left this location and am completely appalled. I was waiting at the drivethru window for my 2 freezes and 1 shake and as I was waiting I was watching the two "cooks" in the back. It was a male (black shirt) and a female (red shirt). I first took notice that neither of them were wearing gloves. Both handling food with their bare hands over n over. But as I was watching, the female proceeded to get on all fours onto the ground to look under a piece of equipment. Both hands touching the floor!!!! When she was done she got right back up, grabbed some food and started handling it bare handed... without washing her hands!!! So disgusted!!! I took my car to the Midas across the street, and was hungry for something cheap and not too heavy. So, while I was waiting for my car, I went to Wienerschnitzel. I hadn't been to one in a long time, so I didn't know they had food selections for 99 cents. Ordered 2 Stadium Dogs (ketchup, mustard, onions, and relish) and a soda. Service was friendly and quick, food was hot, and the hot dogs reminded me of the kind that you get at a baseball game. All I needed now was a baseball game to watch while I ate. *sigh* This place was clean. This is the worst Weinershnitzel I have ever been to. If I could give it a NEGATIVE 25 I would. Right when I entered with my family he saw I had 4 coupons in my hand. He says very meanly "2 coupons!" (So I figured to use all 4 coupons I could do 2 separate transactions like anywhere else would allow.) He took my first order very rudely. He then turned his back to me and for about 2 solid minutes ( he was ignoring me completely) and purposely not taking my second order. He turned around and put our bag of food on the counter. (He refused to give me my receipt as well.) I then proceeded to order my second order and he starts yelling at me saying "I told you 2 coupons...2 coupons per family!!" Well he never said those words to me. All he said when we entered was "2 coupons!!". So I told him "we are doing 2 separate transactions." He starts screaming at me " No! I said only 2 coupons !!" So then I said very nicely "What is the big deal with doing 2 separate transactions, Sir?" He proceeded to yell and scream at me. So my husband intervened and asked for a refund. The manager refused. My husband demanded he give us a refund so the mgr finally agreed to give the refund. The mgr then screams " Give me back the drink!!". He was about to give the $$ to me but then he told us he is charging us for the drink. I told him "You can take the drink back...Noone touched it" The mgr yelled "Yes she did!!" I said "No...I put it there on the table and noone touched or moved it". All my kids were on their phones.. He was calling us liars. He reluctantly gave us our refund. I asked for my coupons back. He absolutely refused. He said "NO!!!" I then told him "I want my coupons back!" He said "They are in the trash!!!" A few seconds pass and then he reached down and handed them to me. This mgr should be fired. He shouldn't be yelling and screaming at the customers. It looked like they needed to get customers. There was noone in the drivethru and noone inside. The mgr never smiled or he had zero hospitality towards others. He needs to be fired. I will recommend that noone ever go to that specific establishment at 6131 Lincoln Ave. , Buena Park, CA 90620 until that mgr is fired. Oh and by the way their we tried calling prior to going there and their phone wasn't being answered by anyone and their vm box was full. They most likely have a vm box full of complaints. I tried calling after the mgr insulted us to get the mgr name and the line just rang and the vm box being full came on again. They don't answer the phone there at that establishment. If anyone ever sees a 6ftish Asian angry man at the counter I strongly suggest for you to turn around and exit Weinershnitzel immediately. He will attack you. read more

Great location, with fast, friendly,and accurate service. I like to come here sometimes when I get those coupons in the mail, and guess what...... They will take more than one coupon!!!
