The take on how it was presented with the reverse sourdough roll and all of the flavors of the slaw and sauce and pork coming together. Yum!!! While I only tried a piece of the lobster roll this day, my dad and brother were instantly impressed. The lobster roll was perfectly buttered and grilled, with fresh lobster and bread. My dad said it may have been the best crab cake sandwich he has ever had. The crab cake was all jumbo lump crab and perfectly crispy on the outside. They also loved the fried shrimp and french fries. My brother always says you know it's a good french fry if it does not need ketchup and he did not need ketchup for these fries.
