Eclectic customer art on the bathroom walls, dark interior with talkative customers. You're winning me over. For me, this palce was more about the other customers. We became quickly engaged with another couple and really discussed local pizza with them. Which then turned into conversations about all kinds of stuff. This is the kind of place and people that are at a bar like WP.

Jukebox

This establishment is a fraud. It's faulty jukebox is only half the scam that it's drink prices are. Now... back to this jukebox... I queued up "life in the fast lane" not once but TWICE and what do ya know? The song did not play. It didn't play EITHER TIME. I am honestly truly truly disappointed. Wow. Thanks a lot.

Lots of different beers obviously, friendly services and just the perfect pub to get together with friends and good conversation.

A few words of advice for the pub's clientele ;-)

It is what it is. It seems like most of the negative reviews expect it to be more than it is. It's not swanky, it's not stylish, and it's not trying to be either. It's a dive bar. Go in jeans and a hoodie, get a mug o' beer, settle in, and write your name on a bathroom stall or carve it into a table. The beer selection is average, and I have no complaints about the cocktails. I grew up in a family where the gin came out at five, so from someone who knows from martinis, they manage to pull off a decent one.

66 beers down.

The dive destination of the east side and beyond. Dark, seasoned, graffiti'd and carved into a must-visit beer cellar for any dive enthusiast. If you're like me and prefer a massive beer selection and a barstool, this place is for you. The interior is absolutely drool-worthy for divebar enthusiasts. Having just moved back from Boston, spots like these are such a deliciously hidden breath of fresh air to my previously unfulfilled dive-thirsty palate. Overall dark with old wooden tables, booths, and upholstery. Your standard table will be carved (yes, with a knife) and tagged with graffiti, while the bar is a nicely finished dark woodgrain. If you're a guy, you'll enjoy the hilarity on the bathroom walls. The darts, TV and jukebox crew are all present and accounted for as well. The back patio is a fenced in area completely covered in a painted mural and situated around a few benches and a small fish pond (yup). As I mentioned approximately 815 characters ago, the beer selection is an absolute haven. The beer club list alone has 99 beers, and that's not counting the seasonals that make their way in and out of our mugs and our hearts. The bartenders here are awesome and give the place the neighborhood feel and know-how that a joint like this should undoubtably possess. Almost equally as killer is the selection of mugs and glassware. This is the only place I know of in the area where you can hoist up a massive german litre-style mug of your favorite draft libation. They also serve in the awesome yet increasingly rare dimple mugs, as well as yardstick glasses (for the adventurous type or those phobic of handles). If you plan on getting your beer fix at this joint, make sure you sign up for a beer club card. If you stumble your way through all 99 beers, your drunken conquests will be forever emblazoned on a 'Wall of Shame' plaque. Get here and hoist one.

Dark and divey with a huge beer selection = my type of place. If you're not into that, go somewhere else. Simple as that.

So many beers so little time. Well worth a stop in and try some beers you may have never had or heard of.

Sullivan's has become part of our regular rotation of places to eat. The menu has some new…read moreadditions, but mostly stays the same. They have daily specials like Taco Tuesday and Wing Wednesday. Plenty of good beers on tap besides the full bar and good coffee. The staff have always been very friendly and the food good quality. It's pub style food. Reuben, chicken wrap, salad, fajitas, burgers and so on. I've tried several of their menu items now and they are all good quality and tasty. They have a large tent set up on the outdoor patio that is used year round. It doubles the available dining space. Plenty of TV's line the wall behind the bar. Single men's and ladies' rooms. Always clean in there, but they switched out the paper towel dispenser for a hand dryer which makes it hot as a sauna. So that's fun. On street parking is free. Even during busy times we haven't had to park very far away. Remember to drive the posted speed limit - Pawtucket has speed cameras every where! There is a step up into the pub but the walk way from the sidewalk is a flat incline.
