My guy, you see this truck, you stop and you order anything this man's got left. Believe me, you…read morewill not be let down. Food trucks are charging a lot these days and every day at my apartment complex there's a new truck ripping people off and disappointing me at the same time... Not mamas Cuban! I just housed my Ropa Vieja so fast I might explode! Finally someone cooking like a straight boss, home cooked style clearly picked up from mama. This foods made with love and as full as I am I want to run back over there (or hobble in the rain) and order the Cubano too. I've gotta find out when he's coming back. If this Ropa Vieja had a slight broth or was just a tiny bit more ... moist (I said it) I would slide so deep in that, I'd suffocate...drown... never come up for air. Eh you know how I do. Okay it doesn't need anything though, the way it's served is awesome just the way it comes. I'll eat it all day! Yanaahmean!? Spots so dang gooooooood Except, I went back and I've been disappointed twice, once a wrong order and skimpy af. My five star review is dropping to 3, you pay way too much for what you get, like most food trucks these days. Smallest, skimpiest, blandest, mushiest Cubans Ive ever had, not remotely decent let alone rave worthy.

My new office building does not currently have a vendor for food. We have a great new space, but…read morethe vendor isn't going to move in until the occupancy goes back up. Pandemic has led to a lot of working from home. So to try and do something, the building managers have food trucks come a few times a week. This is the first truck I wanted to head outside and check out. For food truck prices, they aren't bad. I decided against the empanadas and went for roasted pork with beans and rice. It came with tostones. Everything was fresh, hot and fantastic. Most importantly, it was filling. No one likes paying good money to be hungry, right? The ladies were super nice, the food was great and the prices were reasonable for a food truck. I would go outside if I was there on a day that they were again. Highly recommend.

I went with the full sized Thai bowl and homemade strawberry pop-tart! The full sized was HUGE! Since I've never ordered before, I didn't know the size differences. Ordering a "full" was more than enough, but I was able to make three meals out of it. Absolutely delicious! Zucchini noodles, broccoli, carrots, lime, chopped peanuts and a peanut sauce. What a wonderful marriage of flavors. My mouth and belly were very happy with the overflow of delicious flavors. And it's all healthy! Guilt-free meal for sure! Now the pop-tart! The pop-tart was a special. Only strawberry and blueberry were available. I went with strawberry! Vegan and gluten free, you can't go wrong. Flavor was on point, and didn't taste artificial at all or overwhelming with sugar. They have absolutely "won" me as a customer! I keep looking at their menu over and over to see what I will order next. Can't wait to try something else! Ordering was simple! They allow you to text your pre-order and pay the day/night before. Pick up was great and easy. Follow them on Instagram to see where they will be next!

Not only did it look like a picture it was flavorful and hearty. If you see this truck it's well worth every bite. Oh and totally environmentally conscious right down to the utensils.

Street is blocked off and many of the store owners are open and or have booths. Listed as Family Friendly activities, there were plenty of food and drink for expensive purchase by food trucks. Restaurants as the Campagne House which also had outdoor seating had a really good Brunch. Kiwanis was listed as sponsoring this years acitivty. There was a stage with live music by 106 North Sound by wired up llc. A variety of booths selling their wares. This includes but not limited to: On the outside before entering, a lovely display of plants, rocks and fountain (T.M.F Landscape design-516-822-1388) Upon entering-A Great display from the Bethpage Water District (celebrating 100 years) of a working system, a small water tower, sink and fire hydrant that actually had water coming out of it. A really great educational and fun display which brought many kids. Nassau County SPCA with dogs at booth, raffles for gift baskets, give aways, info about the things they do. Village Tatoo shop open behind their booth that had TATS FOR TAILS-get a tat for a great cause! At the Pure Raw Honey Company booth were so many kinds of Honey it was hard to choose. The man was very knowledgeable about the different types there were. He did give samples. The Fudgein Awesome had a great selection of fresh Fudge including Creamsicle. David at Mountain Man Candle Company was an amiable and friendly merchant with a full display of uniquely named types of home made candles. The Ruff House Rescue-was just that,a truck with various dogs in cages that seemed too small for them, associates that did not answer my questions dismissing me as I was not from their area or ready to adopt a pet-(right in front of the sign that read Foster, Volunteer, Donate, Educate) Then of course there were many jewlery, and clothing booths. as well as the Bethpage Chamber of Commerce booth near the front. It is a small yet effective working street fair to bring the family for a day.
